Skin looks dull when the grease and dirt stuck to it and appears dark and blacker than it is. These fairness tips are for making the oily skin fair and glowing. Curd is very rich in lactic acid that gently exfoliates the skin and makes the skin fair. Apply curd on the face for 20 minutes and wash. Do this 2 3 times in a week.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance.

Hi lybrate-user, First of all you don't have to apply Retino in the morning it has to be applied in the night. Once you wash your face afte r20-25 min apply Retino A in very small quantity.

Hi, Please follow these tips: Don't get too worried and anxious. Relax well. Avoid drinking coffee or tea after 7 PM, Take hot water bath before going to bed. Have light food and drink a glass of warm milk at night. Listen to soothing music or read some magazines while you are on bed. Keep your mobile in silent mode at night. Do not work on your laptop on the bed or watch TV till late night. Sleep in a dark and silent room.

I have diabetes last hba1c report is 10.0 I am taking human mixtard insulin taking morning 12 units and evening 5 unit. I have thyroid too. Taking thyronorm 75 mg tablet. What should I do reduce hba1c level?

Jimitji, hba1c% 10, shows uncontrolled diabetes. Needs better blood sugar conntrol, which can be achieved by slowly uptitrating insulin dosage be 2 units every 3 rd day based on reported blood sugar levels. Plus exercise and diet control.

5 Things You Must Know About Sensitive Skin Care

Sensitive skin can make life miserable. Factors, such as environmental and climatic changes, certain beauty products and medications can affect individuals with sensitive skin. There may be skin inflammation, irritation, rashes, redness, dryness and flakiness. The extent of the sensitive reaction can vary from one individual to another. In many cases, it has been observed that sensitive skin appears to be thinner than the normal skin. Thus, people with such delicate skin type need to be extra careful. Do not try self medication. It will make things worse. Always seek an expert advice. A dermatologist knows what is best for your skin. 
     
People with sensitive skin need to follow some basic skin care regimes:

  1. It is very important to keep a sensitive skin hydrated and moisturised all the time. A dehydrated skin not only appears tighter, but also results in extreme skin dryness and irritation. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. It is very important to flush out the toxins and maintain the alkaline skin pH. Avoid taking very hot water or ice baths. The extreme temperatures will do your skin more harm than good. A warm water bath is an excellent option. Apply generous amounts of moisturiser, whenever your skin feels dry and itchy.
  2. It is best to avoid products that are harsh on your skin. Consult a dermatologist before using products containing alpha hydroxyl acids. These are strong acids and their application can lead to skin irritation and rashes. It is a healthy practice to keep your skin clean. However, not all soaps are suitable for sensitive skin. Soaps (strong alkali) are a big no. It is best to use a medicated soap, specially formulated for sensitive skin. To cleanse your face, use a mild (soap free) face wash or a cleanser.
  3. For people with sensitive skin, it is best not to experiment with the skin care products. Play it safe, stick to the brands you have been using for long. Certain beauty products are strongly fragranced. These can trigger severe skin and allergic reactions. Lanolin, artificial mineral oil and alcohol containing products are no better. It is best to use natural and herbal skin care products.
  4. Do not use cosmetics and beauty products beyond a certain period of time. Face powders, silicone based foundations, sunscreen (titanium oxide or zinc oxide based) are best for sensitive skin. These products are known to be less harsh and thus have little or no side effects.
  5. Before using any products, know the ingredients and chemicals that goes into its manufacture.

Naturally-fair skin is decided by nature. There are ways you can keep your skin glowing and healthy and thus make it appear fairer than it is but magical whitening of skin is not possible by any natural ways. You should take care of your skin's health and provide optimum nutrients to your skin with water and healthy food. For flawless skin, take tablet nutraskin everyday twice after meals. Cleanse your skin, get regular skin clean ups (or do it at home with home made mild scrubs) yogurt is very good for skin lightening and suits most skin types, you can apply yogurt on your face and body, let it dry and then rinse. Apply sun screen with spf 15 to 30 in summers, wear sun glasses to pretect under eye area, wear cap / scarf or use umbrealla as sun shield.
