Causes of boils. Boils are usually caused by a bacteria called staphylococcus (staph). Most staph infections develop into abscesses and can become serious very quickly. This germ can be present on normal skin and enters the body through tiny breaks in the skin or by traveling down a hair to the follicle. You can take hep. Sulph. 6/5 drops in little water thrice a day for one week. Revert back after one week with feedback.

Please Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Avoid alcohol totally. If any Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take salads, vegetable juices, soups, fruits more Take Kumariasav 15 ml twice daily with water for 6 mths Tab Livrite 1 perday for 6 mths Do sonography of abdomen after 3 mths for evaluation.

Negative energy balance & nutrient deficiency may lead to fatigue. You need to ensure that you are having a balanced diet. Crash dieting & excessive exercising can be very harmful. Have small frequent meals at regular intervals (2-3 hrs). Drink 3 litres water daily. Have enough good quality protein in all your meals- fish, chicken, egg, low fat dairy products (milk, curd, lassi, buttermilk, channa) nuts, oilseeds, soybean, sprouts, cereal-pulse combinations. Have plenty of whole fruits & vegetables daily. You may include coconut water (1 no) daily esp post workout. If you are gymming, you may have a whole fruit & buttermilk 45 minutes before gymming.

Are you colouring of your hair. If so stop it. Apply raw amla paste in your hair thrice in a week for two hours. Also apply curry leave dried paste in your hair twice in a week. Do massage of wlmond oil with your fingure tips twice in a week. Wash your hair with mild shampoo. Do not change shampoo again and again.

It's better to sleep for a minimum of 7-8 hours and tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.

Vegetarian Indian Diet Plan Menu To Lose Weight By following this menu guide, you will be able to restrict your food consumption to just 1200 calories to 1300 calories a day and thereby you will feel lighter after a couple of weeks of following this weight loss diet menu. The vegetarian diet menu is as follows: Early Morning (7 Am): o A glass of lukewarm water with lemon (0 calories). O A cup of tea with skim milk, no sugar and 2 biscuits (90 calories) Breakfast (8 am): o 2 Wheat Rotis or chapattis + ½ cup of Paneer gravy (tofu is better) (330 calories). Or o A plate of brown bread upma and a cup of skim milk (300 calories). Mid Morning Snack: (10: 30 am): o A banana or 20 Grapes or ½ cup melon (50 calories). Lunch (1 pm): o 1 cup of brown rice (200 grams) + ½ cup mixed vegetables + one small bowl of Raitha + 1 bowl vegetable salad (345 calories). For increasing your height I will suggest you to do skipping daily as per your capacity for next six months and follow up with finding and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Dear, Main causes of bad breath include: Tobacco: tobacco products cause their own types of mouth odor. Additionally, they increase the chances of gum disease which can also cause bad breath Food: the breakdown of food particles stuck in the teeth can cause odors. Some foods such as onions and garlic can also cause bad breath. Dry mouth: saliva naturally cleans the mouth. If the mouth is naturally dry (for instance, in the morning) or is dry due to a specific disease (such as xerostomia ), odors can build up Dental hygiene: brushing and flossing ensure the removal of small particles of food that can build up and slowly break down, producing odor. Crash diets / Fasting : fasting and low-carbohydrate eating programs can produce halitosis. Drugs/Medicines : certain medications can reduce saliva and, therefore, increase odors. Other drugs can produce odors as they breakdown and release chemicals in the breath. Mouth, nose and throat conditions: sometimes small, bacteria covered stones can form on the tonsils at the back of the throat and produce odor. Diseases: some cancers, liver failure and other metabolic diseases can cause halitosis due to specific mixes of chemicals that they produce. Lifestyle and home remedies for bad breath include: Brush teeth: brush at least twice a day, but preferably after each meal Floss: flossing reduces the build-up of food particles and plaque from between the teeth - brushing only cleans around 60% of the surface of the tooth Clean dentures: anything that goes into your mouth - dentures, bridge, mouth guard - should be cleaned as recommended on a daily basis. Brush tongue: bacteria, food and dead cells commonly build up on the tongue, especially in smokers so brushing the tongue is beneficial for that. Avoid dry mouth: drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol and tobacco, both of which dehydrate the mouth. Chewing gum or sucking a sweet (preferably sugar-free) can help stimulate the production of saliva. Diet: avoid onions, garlic and spicy food. Sugary foods are also linked to bad breath. Reduce coffee and alcohol consumption. If all above don't work then it's recommended to go for a good dentist. For 5 ft 10 inch, ideal weight is between 77-80 kg. He should avoid the following to lose weight as well as to control sugar levels: 1) sugar, gur, sweets, sugary items like jams, jellies etc. 2) processed and ready to eat food like chips, namkeens etc 3) refined flour or maida items 4) cut down on saturated fat or solid fats like ghee, butter 5) fried foods like pakodas, samosas etc following food items should be taken in moderation: 1) fruits- mango, litchi, chickoo, grapes and bananas 2) vegetables- patatoes, sweet patatoes and arbi 3) suji or semolina and white rice 4) nuts like dates, raisins etc he should include more fibre in the diet as fiber helps in controlling the blood sugar levels and also helps in losing weight. For this he should have plenty of vegetables and whole pulses. Ask him to include salad before both the meals. Hope this will help.

few advice to stop bleeding gums-- - visit to a dentist for professional cleaning once in a year - use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water to keep the area clean. - Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth.

Here are some tips. 1 start eating high energy high protein food.
