No. Never drink cold water, drink water from earthen pot or slight cold. Honey can be taken with hot cow milk also add 1 gram original saffron to gain weight. Start doing surya namaskar everyday to gain weight, also start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers for 20 minutes, do it for 4 months for amazaing results. Eat cow ghee with all your meals. The first meal of the day should be 3 bananas + hot cow milk + add 1 tea spoon cow ghee, eat this for 3 months to gain upto 10 kgs. Thanks.

Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually. Another great way to make oily skin fair is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face.Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin.The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube.The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.

Oiliness is because of the secretion from the glands in the skin. Hormones have a direct effect on the secretion and hence the appearance of acne. Use a salicylic acid containing facewash twice daily. Avoid spicy, hot food and use a cap before going out in the sun.

Hello. Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit. It is considered abnormal only when it inhibits partner-oriented behavior, is done in public, or is sufficiently compulsive to cause distress. There is no hard and fast rule as such, but 2-3times a week is fine. Post-masturbation effects: a man whose penis has suffered a blunt trauma, severe bend or other injury during intercourse or masturbation may, rarely, sustain a penile fracture or suffer from peyronie's disease. Phimosis is" a contracted foreskin (that) may cause trouble by hurting when an attempt is made to pull the foreskin back" in these cases, any energetic manipulation of the penis can be problematic. A small percentage of men suffer from postorgasmic illness syndrome (pois), which can cause severe muscle pain throughout the body and other symptoms immediately following ejaculation, whether due to masturbation or partnered sex. The symptoms last for up to a week. Masturbation drains vital nutrients from the body. Hi - for reduce tummy all must be dynamic lifestyles nut not sitting at one place or sedentary lifestyle. Low calorie diet, non fast, junk, cream, oily, spices full foods including restaurant meals. Dear lybrateuser, -Because of nerve damage, people with diabetes may not have typical chest pain during a heart attack, instead they may experience milder chest pressure or sudden shortness of breath or sweating, or even an unexplainable change in blood glucose levels -on investigation ecg may show changes.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

your uric acid is in normal range. upto 7 it is normal. you may take less of protiens like milk paneer, cheese, pulses etc.

A ganglion is a cystic swelling in continuity with a joint capsule or tendon sheath. It is a degenerative disorder  arising from the joint capsule. It is filled with clear, viscous fluid. Ganglia are common on the dorsum of  wrist.

They are often painless and resolve spontaneously. Often, only reassurance of the patient is required. Wrist splints relieve the pain. Aspiration and injection are rarely effective. Surgical excision is best avoided as recurrance rate after surgery is quite high.

Stay away from spicy, oily, junk food and alcohol. Say no to harmful chemicals, shampoo, hair gel etc. Apply mahabhrinraj oil thrice a weak. If you have dandruff, use nizral shampoo. Take nutritious diet full of protein carbohydrates, calcium and iron. Sound sleep is very necessary for you. Stay away from unnecessary worries.

Hello..... Eat high carbs and calories in diet.... Take full cream milk and milk products...... Take soya products and also soya milk...... Eat nuts daily because it rich in omega 3 and healthy fat..... Take protein shakes daily.. Protein powder is easily available in market... Take it twice a day....... Take avocados, banana, cheese, white rice, potato, sweet potato, peanut butter , datk chocolate , soyabean etc....... Take homoeopathic tonic:- Alfa alfa malt ( 2 spoons twice a day ).. I am facing some issue with hard erection from 3 days, before this 3 days I use to masturbate with good and hard erection, do not know why I am unable to masturbate.
