posture correction must. do hot fomentations and tk rest . do spine extension exercise, bridging exercise. side stretching exercise. avoid long sitting toward bending lifting weight. if it work then OK otherwise physiotherapy treatment for few days

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Let Physiotherapist do stretching exercises. 3. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 4. Do Hot fermentation. 5. Take calcium and vitamin D 3.6. Don't lift heavy things.

it may be due long sitting job or abonormal sitting posture or due to long driving daily or due to any previous injury of back. take rest .lay down on hard bed. sit straight. avoid driving. take arnica 200/ od daily rhus tox 200/ od daily for 15 days

Hi, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc and with no other associated constitutional symptoms like evening rise in temperature, loss of weight, excessive sweating at night etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. You can apply volini gel 1% local application on back twice a day for 3-5 days I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee, Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Apply hot fomentation Take care of your posture Avoid slouched posture While sitting your back should be well supported Use foot rest while sitting Avoid bending forward Avoid long standing Do back isometrics- lie down & keep a towel roll under your lower back; press it downwards, hold for 3sec then relax, 10 repetitions twice daily Do bridging- lie down, fold your knees, lift your back upwards, hold for 3sec then relax, 10 repetitions twice daily

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

if you are suffering neck and back pain ..and not getting relief ..so now go for tests x ray c-spine, x ray dorsal, L S spine. blood test c-rp. cbc. vit.D.vit. B12, s.calcium. take few exercises for neck and back bone...by consulting physiotherapist. till then you can take tab. acetaminophen 500 mg sos. cap. mecobalmin 1od.
