Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularly if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles. These r few things you can take care of. Otherwise as such no options available which wd increases your eyesight.

According to a study 70% of cyclist overextend the area between their pelvis and the lower end of the spine. Core strength is very important in lower back pain. Your core strength includes your back muscles. These muscles all work together to give your core stability. Focus on strengthening your core when your working and that will help with your lower back pain. Having poor spinal health due to bad posture (on and off the bike) can cause lower back pain while riding. Lack of flexibility can contribute to lower back pain while riding a bike. Stretch and avoid tightness in your hamstrings and legs. Avoid raising handlebars so that your spine is in an upright position. A straight back doesn't allow any give when you hit road bumps, and will only make your vertebrae jam together, which will aggravate existing back pain. Riding style can cause lower back pain especially when climbing or changing big gears. The angle of your back is increasing and decreasing causing a strain on your back. Make sure your seat is in the right position. Tilt the front tip of your saddle down about 10 to 15 degrees. This little adjustment will pressure off your pelvis and lower spine. Seat height should be so that your down leg is fully extended when the heel of that foot is on the pedal in the 6 o'clock position. Have the ball of that foot on the pedal; there should be a slight bend in your knee in the down position. Don’t lock your knees! Having your knees lock can cause injury and an upsetting feeling in your lower back.

Hello, Get your eyes tested from an Opthalmologist. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening Eye muscles: -Begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -Hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -Concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -Sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -Sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. -One helpful way to do this is to imagine that you are looking at the number 12 on a clock. Then, follow the numbers around the clock with your eyes. Repeat going the other way around the clock. -Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the midpoint of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. -Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 4-6 months and instill Euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance. Here are home-remedies to improve eyesight: 1. Take 7 almonds Add 2 tsp fennel seeds Add 1 tsp sugar candy Crush the mixture Add 1 tsp of this mixture to 1 glass warm milk Drink this at bedtime After having this, do not drink anything for 2 hr 2. Hello lybrate-user. Sorry about your eye problem. If you are facing pressure/ load around your eyes it would be a good idea to get the following assessed: (a) eye pressure checkup. (b) dilated retina evaluation. (c) systemic checkup by a physician. The reason for systemic checkup is that your blood pressure and other vital parameters should be checked along with the eyes. There are multiple causes responsible for diminution/ blurring of vision. Let me enumerate them in brief for you: (1) refractive error. This is one of the commonest reasons responsible. Minus or plus number in one eye or both eyes may be responsible for weak/ blurred vision. The solution for this is glasses/ contact lens/ refractive surgery (if applicable). It should be checked by a trained optometrist/ ophthalmologist and proper glasses should be prescribed. (2) cornea related problem: injury, degeneration, infections or inflammation occurring on the cornea tend to causes loss of transparency and lead to weakening of vision. These should be assessed preferably by a cornea specialist and treated appropriately. (3) cataract in the lens of the eye: this usually occurs with increasing age but in some cases may occur at a younger age. There are multiple systemic factors responsible (eg. Diabetes, increased cholesterol levels, etc) injury to the eye may also cause cataract. This should be assessed and treated appropriately by a cataract specialist. (4) retina/ vitreous problems: these occur due to a variety of reasons such as high minus numbers, diabetes, trauma, etc. These issues are best assessed and treated by a retina specialist. There are good quality surgical options available for the same. (5) optic nerve related problems: these may occur due to raised eye pressure (glaucoma), or occur in association with certain conditions related to the brain and the blood vessels. These are best assessed by a retina/ glaucoma specialist (whichever applicable). (6) neurological problems: certain problems in the brain and the central nervous system tend to cause weakening/ blurring of vision. These are best assessed by an eye specialist in concordance with a neurologist and a neurosurgeon if required. Sir I am having eye problem. Firstly it started from June. And I took medication from doctor then it reduced and now it started again. Before that I want to precisely state few points that before June 2016 nearly 2 years I waited for colleges from Usa and I got in November 2015 and for some constraints I dropped down. And in June I got burning sensation in my eyes because of vigorous computer browsing for colleges and replying mails and for Usa universities negotiations now I got an admission in a reputed college in hyderabad. Now the problem here is from 8 am to night 12 pm I use to sit in front of computer and after 6 pm at practice time I am getting mild eye pain and headache and I can't concentrate on studies. Please give me solution and exercise if possible and food diet as well. I am a pure vegetarian. Thanks.

Following things you need to do (1) try to wash / splash water every 2 hourly (2) blink your eyes every half hour (3) keep your computer screen 20 degree below your eye level (4) you can use anti glare glasses (5) put lubricating eye drops (6) have proper sound sleep 6-8 hours in day (7) plenty of water and healthy diet (8) position yourself away from air condition blower in your home office or in car warm regards.

It should be due to sinusitis and for pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and take a flow of steam (of plain water only) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required.

Hi lybrate-user. Myopia can increase till 18 years of age. Since you gained lot of height, the glasses number also increases. You can use contact lenses but get them from an ophthalmologist. I think you wait for another year or two before considering lasik as an alternative.
