Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

I have skin allergy since 3 years. Meaning. Suddenly one day small small bumps started appearing all over the body. Which gives feeling to itch. The more you scratch over the area. The larger it becomes. Many doctors told it is food allergy but no one told which food is causing this issue. My esr is 55 I used citrizen based tablets for two years but that gives only temporary relief. Later since citrizen is making me lethargic I started using auyurveda since last year. There is certainly improvement but it is only 20 to 30 percent. I am vexed swallowing medicines. Can any one please tell me what is causing this issue.

Its certainly allergy, but the reason from which you r getting should be observed by you only. It may be due to food only[like any spices, dry fruits, chocolates, potatoes, wheat, milk, dry fish, sea fish or just by an fish, meat, egg, ghee, sweets etc, but also by any stress, or pollen, fur, sleeplessness, or any weather changes, so if you go on recollecting, then you may be able to find the reason. But whatever it might be, its certainly due to allergic origin. So, if you can go for homeo,[ then also you need to wait for some time]then you can find the reslt better.

I'm skin is always oily so which kind of food I prefer Or any soaps are face wash Thank you.
Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium tcan worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. Take 6-8hrs. of sound sleep everyday. Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Hello Doctor, I am having seborrheic Dermatitis since 8 years. I have not treated it for 5 years. Before it was only on my scalp and now it has spread to face (shaving area, ear (back side), chest and back side. I got it treated with a specialist, tried every shampoo, medicines etc. It was less when treated But after that no result. So I said NO to antibiotics. I google for natural cures. Now, I am applying Apple Cider Vinegar 1: 1 (water). Will it work? How to apply the solution? I even have Baking Soda. Can I apply for Scalp? What are the benefits, side effects of both? Will it work? Will it damage my skin? Suggest me other treatments to get rid. What food to eat, what not to eat. I will be very thankful.

Well, you seem to be having many doubts. Both apple cider vinegar and Baking soda help, though the recovery is bit slow. Also the medicines work, dunno why they didn't work in your case. These won't damage your skin. Food Habits is not a worry unless you have any specific allergy. I think I have pretty much cleared your doubts. For more info and one to one chat you can chat in person ot visit my clinic.

Bags Under Your Eyes - How Fat Grafting and Blepharoplasty Can Help?

Bags Under Your Eyes - How Fat Grafting and Blepharoplasty Can Help?

As we age, we begin to go through a variety of changes when it comes to our face and body. The face is one of the first and foremost areas where these changes begin to show up. From fine lines and wrinkles to sagging skin and even bags under the eyes, there are a number of things that show up as signs of ageing. There are many ways of combating such signs, especially tired eyes that have bags under them.

Fat Grafting and Blepharoplasty are some of the ways that are usually long term, immediate and effective as compared to many cosmetics and creams. Let us find out more about botox for under eye bags.

Causes-

Bags under the eyes may be caused due to a variety of reasons including age, genetics, allergies and lack of sleep coupled with stress. Age is one of the most common causes of under eye bags. As we age, our skin loses its elasticity due to the loss or reduction of collagen production. This is a substance that our skin produces in order to give a supple and tight appearance. When the production of this element diminishes, it leads to the appearance of fine lines and bags under the eyes. Similarly, lack of sleep, stress and a work routine that demands constantly staring at a computer screen, can all lead to dark circles and bags under the eyes. This makes us look tired and less than appealing.

Fat Grafting For Under Eye Hollows-

Fat transfer has quickly become one of the most sought after non-invasive treatments available for facial rejuvenation and the treatment of dark circles and hollows under the eyes. Fat is plentiful, easy to harvest, and because it’s your own tissue, there is no need to worry about having a reaction or excessive swelling.

Fat grafting (‘fat transfer’) offers an innovative solution for treating eyelid hollowness that may have always been present or that was caused by fat loss from prior cosmetic eye surgery, aging, or significant weight loss.
The presence of under-eye shadows is a frequent complaint that is commonly seen with aging. This happens from a combination of fat loss around the eye and a sagging of the upper cheek. Sometimes, it is an inherited trait that we see in relatively young patients. By filling in the shadow within the tear trough (under the eyes), fat grafting can make an extraordinary difference in rejuvenating the look around the eye.

Blepharoplasty For Under Eye Hollows-

Droopy eyelids are a major reason why some people consider eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) to remove and tighten excess eyelid skin for a more alert, youthful appearance. Sometimes blepharoplasty also can improve your vision by providing a less obstructed field of view, once droopy eyelids are improved. Blepharoplasty can remove excess skin, muscle and sometimes fat from the upper or lower eyelids. In some cases, you might need only skin removed but not muscle — or you might need the procedure done on both upper and lower eyelids. Many people express satisfaction with the results of blepharoplasty, such as a more rested and youthful appearance and more self-confidence. For some people, results of surgery may last a lifetime. For others, droopy eyelids may recur.

Side Effects: When you take a consultation from the doctor before the treatment, do not forget to talk about possible side effects and management of any pain that you may experience in the aftermath. Scars from the surgical cuts may take six months or longer to fade. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a cosmetic physician.
