The level of fasting and PP blood sugar are okay. You can't have exactly the same level everyday as our diet also changes from day to day. Still, eat the diet prescribed for diabetics and do exercise with morning walk etc. Your treating doctor must be aware of these fluctuations. Keep him or her informed. Curtail your intake of carbohydrates even more. I believe it is fine. All the best.

I would suggest you join a gym to train for regular aerobic exercises .Also stop taking high calorie, oily and junk foods as well as chocolates and sweets.

Belly fat may not be a severe medical problem in most individuals. However, it looks aesthetically displeasing and can affect long term health if not controlled at the right time. However, one must keep in mind that dieting and exercising go hand in hand. One cannot rely only on one of them to reduce belly fat. 

Mentioned below are a few ways to remove belly fat:

  1. Avoid sugar: Sugar and other sweetened products must be avoided. Excessive intake of sugar floods the liver with fructose which is then turned to fat. This leads to insulin resistance and metabolic problems. Eliminate sugary drinks and try unsweetened beverages like tea or coffee. However, caffeine, too, must be taken in moderate amounts.
  2. Eat protein: Protein is considered to be the most important macronutrient when it comes to losing weight. Most of the calories in protein are digested. It is the single most effective change in terms of calorie intake since it reduces your craving by 60% and boosts your metabolism.
  3. Limit your intake of carbohydrates: Cutting carbohydrates from your diet reduces your appetite and therefore belly fat. Consuming only 50 grams of carbohydrates per day assists in losing weight fast.
  4. Other dietary changes: Eat foods that are rich in fiber and do not skip meals. If you starve yourself for long periods of time, the body conserves fat by breaking down muscle tissue. This is called catabolic state. Eating in small amounts every two hours is also helpful for those looking to trim their belly fat. This helps to avoid overeating and keeps your metabolism up the entire day by processing food throughout the day.
  5. Track your calorie intake: It is very important to keep track of the amount of calories you consume so as to make the necessary changes in your dietary plans. You can keep track of it in a food journal or on diet-related websites.
  6. Exercise: Regular exercising is of utmost importance while trying to lose belly fat. Aerobic exercises, crunches (side, reverse or twist crunches), cycling, lunge twist, rolling plank exercises, captain's chair, the stomach vacuum etc. help in reducing belly fat. Other exercises such as running, jogging, cycling, walking and swimming also help in reducing weight.

You need to exercise regularly and stop eating junk/ high calorie foods/ sweets etc to begin with. Try and reduce about 1 kg a month which is realistic and achievable. normal Body mass index should be between 19-25. Also I would advise you to start taking low dose pills like Yaz to regularise your periods if they are irregular. Please get a Fasting insulin level and lipid profile done as well so that any further medicines if needed can be advised

For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or, syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4, TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.

These side effects normally go away after a few months. If they don? t pass, you could try a different pill instead. Research is ongoing, but suggests that the pill is also linked to an increased risk of cancer. Women who use any type of hormonal contraception are more likely to get breast cancer than women who do not use hormonal contraception. Ten years after you stop taking the contraceptive pill though, your risk of getting breast cancer returns to normal. There is some evidence to suggest there might be a link between the pill and the risk of getting cervical cancer and a rare type of liver cancer too. But then again, there is evidence to suggest that the pill can protect against colon cancer, ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer (cancer of lining of the womb). It also reduces your risk of getting non-cancerous breast disease, fibroids and ovarian cysts. And it cause to infertility for any queries message me privately.
