1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing . 5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.

Hi. Allergic rhinitis is mainly because of aeroallergans, some times food allergy. Therefore allergy is not curable but what we can do is only modify the way body reacts to these allergensallergens by giving medications. But during the course of treatment one can have remission which could be permanent or temporary. Daily changing of linen and having the linen ironed, removing carpets from the house, not having pets at home can definitely reduce the allergic symptoms.

Apply marichyadi oil on your skin twice a day. Pranacharya b clean syrup or khadirarishta 2-2 tsf twice a day. Pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Take 7 hours sleep minimum. Do pranayama early morning. Walk for minimum 30 minutes in a day. Hello Lybrate user Pimples medically termed as Acne Vulgaris. It is caused when the body is unable to remove toxins through excretion leading to contamination of the bloodstream. This can be due to constipation irregular bowel movement irregular meal timings excess starch, sugar, oil and fat consumption acc to ayurveda it is caused by vitiated pitta and kapha by above said food habits. Try to rule out the cause as the first line of treatment. Symptoms whiteheads blackheads pimples pores scar marks red and itchy rashes do's and don'ts avoid sugar and sweets don't have foods containing white flour, such as bread, biscuits, cakes, pastries and pasta. Avoid canned, preserved or processed foods. Don't have fried foods. Boil, steam, bake or lightly grill them instead. Avoid fatty foods like butter, cream and ice cream. Don't have processed foods as most of them contain trans-fats. Avoid smoking rx surakta 3tsp_0_3tsp a/f puritin cap 1_0_1a/f skinelle oint e/a every night for 3 weeks. Roasted cinnamon powder with honey application for 20 mins weekly thrice. Use Siddhartaka soap Evefresh cream regular application.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day. In ayurveda there is mention panchakarma treatment. Panchakarma means five procedure for detoxification of body in this five procedure for blood pressure you should do basti and shirodhara treatment. You will get good result so consult good ayurvedic doctors.

For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Medicine and insulin will work better if you follow diet and exercise.

A) home remedies 1. To remove skin marks, apply a mixture of carrot juice and pineapple juice to skin twice a week. This not only removes the marks but also adds shine to your skin. 2. Mix equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, neem, red sandalwood, tulsi, and multani mitti with buttermilk or milk and make a paste of it. Apply twice a day. 3. A paste of fresh fenugreek leaves, applied and washed off with warm water before going to bed is good for removing scars of old pimples. B) yogasanas- sarvangasana, vajrasana, shavasana, anulom-vilom pranayam. C) diet- raw onion, raw garlic, raw ginger, mint, boiled beans, carrots, sweet potato, flaxseed, oranges, tomato, lemon, spinach. Salad 1hr before lunch and 1hr before dinner. Minimise sugar consumption (especially chocolates, sweets, sugar in tea). Start using a herbal shampoo and kallonji oil. D) do's and do not's- avoid spicy, oily foods, tea, coffee, cold drinks and fast foods. Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Avoid white rice, bread, corn flakes and other foods which are high in glycemic index, triggering acne formation. Avoid washing your face with soaps. Use fresh aloe vera twice a day. Cleanse your face with lemon peels. Increase intake of water to about 3-4litres per day, and take coconut water. *practice meditation*.

Dear lybrate-user, Calcium taken externally has no role in bone healing unless you have a very low calcium level and are osteoporotic, So if you have a normal calcium level which it seem you will have looking at your age, do not be fooled by any calcium brand, the time the fracture will take to unit is not going to be affected by it.

This being a season for vector borne diseases like dengue and malaria and also with the rising cases of swine flu being seen we do need to take preventive measures. Our government will take appropriate preventive measures at community level but we as a individual should also perform our duties. First and foremost is to keep our household and surrounding both clean.

Avoid unnecessary accumulation of water and waste. This will be a breeding place for larvae of aedes and anopheles mosquito. Also if one has high grade fever with swings along with bodyache then one should avoid taking self medication and should visit a doctor. Similarly cough, cold with fever and headache should warrant urgent visit to a doctor as it can be a early presentation of influenza. It is always safe to receive a single shot of flu vaccine in this season. Prevention is a always better than cure.

Hi, He may be suffering from intestinal infection. Get his routine stool examination done and revert back with the reports. Continue to give him paracetamol syrup 1tsf 3 times a day for fever and give him plenty of ORS liquid to avoid dehydration.

Esr is a marker of chronic inflammation. Please get a CBC and X-ray chest to find the cause of raised esr. A raised esr alone has no meaning.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Masturbation is normal, natural and never unhealthy. Even animals do masturbate. As a human being, you are also an animal. Every animal has sexual instinct because they are designed to reproduce. Human being also has sexual instinct and therefore he needs to satisfy sexual instinct. Therefore, to satisfy sexual instinct, a man or woman, masturbates. In any case, masturbation is never unhealthy or will never affect your physical or sexual health or it cannot affect your future sex life and the ability to have children. Masturbation cannot affect your growth or cause pimples or cause hair fall or cause shrinkage of penis or loss of vital nutrients etc. You should try to reduce the masturbation frequency to thrice a week and continue masturbation. You can be sure; there are no side effects to masturbation if you are able to restrict it to thrice a week. मानसून एक ऐसा मौसम है जो हमारे जीवन में खुशियां लेकर आता है,

क्योंकि यह गर्मियों की झुलसा देने वाली धूप के बाद वातावारण को बिलकुल ठंडा कर देता है। परन्तु मानसून की ठंडक का मज़ा लेने के बावजूद ऐसी कुछ बातें हैं, जिनसे आपको सावधान रहने की आवश्यकता है।

मानसून अपने साथ कुछ ऐसी स्वास्थ्य समस्याएं लेकर आता है, जिससे बचाव के उपाय ढूंढना काफी ज़रूरी होता है।

अगर आपके घर में बच्चे और बूढ़े लोग हैं तो वे एलर्जी (allergy), सर्दी, खांसी आदि स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं का शिकार हो सकते हैं। जब आप भोजन भी कर रहे हों तो ऐसे खाद्य पदार्थों को अपने खानपान में शामिल करने का प्रयास करें, जो आपको बीमार ना बनाएं।
