Get a mouthguard and wear it for most pqrt of the day or overnight switch to antisensitivity toothpaste be conscious of your grinding and try and stop the habit.

Hello, Avoid sex completely hence till 16 weeks gestation for chances of threatened abortion and also after 34 weeks to decrease chances of preterm labour and infections after PPROM. So you may practice from 16th -33rd week of pregnancy and with man on top or side to side positions, which are generally comfortable to the woman. Regards

Hi. I can understand your concern. It must be a viral infection try stem inhalation and warm salt water gargling. Also give her drink lots of fluids and fruits rich in vitamin c like mausambi, orange etc which will help come over the infection faster. If her cough does not settle she will need chest x ray to rule out lung infection. Don't worry, she will be alright. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.

A good nutrition and exercises which increase the blood circulation (flow) on and near the areas of pores will definately help you to remove the pores and marks on face. There are methods and instructions which give relief you from pores & marks. * Eat healthy diet daily. * Eat 20 gm of soyabean cereal daily it contains protein which help in regeneration ( making of new skin ) of skin on the holes. * Eat an apple daily . Hmmm, can understand your problem. Do not worry. Sometime some diseases takes long time for recover. You need to continue the treatment, do regular with your Dr. If you r not feeling good after taking medicine then please inform to the Dr. Need to keep busy to self, always stay with your family / frnds, do not stay alone. Try to avoid your negative thoughts, I know it's difficult but if you keep busy to self then you can easily avoid it. Best luck, have a nice day.

Hi few month before I have a been suffering from fungal infection after treating that I am experiencing alot of dandruff on my scalp and heavy hairfall, earlier it was normal just 2 3 strands of hair in a day now it's heavily on my pillow and it is easily plucked on fingers. Lot of dandruff is coming out while combing on a lice comb. Even it's itchy scalp.

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week. Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc.avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

It's better to run while closing the mouth, and taking deep breathing. I will recommend you for weight reduction exercise is must along with diet plan, and dieting is not the right way to reduce weight rather than plan your diet properly. So here is Some tips, a diet chat, and yoga for you. Tips: Avoid single large meals and start small frequent meals 4-5 times in a day. Avoid consuming food at late night.
