To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day.
