Number of medicines in homoeopathy to stop hair fall permanently. But medicines depends up on the severity and onset. Mix one tablespoon each of amla pulp and lemon juice, massage your scalp thoroughly, cover your hair with a shower cap, leave it on overnight and shampoo your hair in the morning. For best results do this one along with medicines.

Avoid tight undergarments. Wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Remove any form of moisture that accumulates. Change underclothes regularly. Reduce weight. Tinea is due to a fungal infection which grows in hot, humid, wet environments. You need to use antifungals. Topinate vil not help you.

Hair is a great problem for youth. There are following causes which are responsible for hair fall.
1. Genetic causes.
2. Major illness. After prolong fever hair fall started suddenly in pt, s.
3. Dandruff plays major role in hair fall.
4. In female heavy menses for prolong period may causes hair fall.
5. Sudden mental shock may lead hair.
Apart from many other causes may lead hair fall.
There fore in the treatment of hair fall it necessary to remove the causes of hair fall. It differs from one pt. To another.
For the general people it is necessary live healthy. Take plenty of vegetable, fruits, and proteinous diet. For dandruff may apply use lemon juice on scalp./khalli of mastered oil after wetting make paste and apply on scalp for 20 minutes, when hair became dry then wash it with plain water.
Apart from above thing treatment is essential part for removal cause of hair fall by which hair fall can be stopped.
In adolescent age hair fall at once started due tom hormonal imbalance it may also be checked by homoeopathic treatment.
In market many shampoo/ hair oil is available for check hair fall, but it is not so fruitful. People runing here and there for this problem but fails to recuipt.
As such pt. S of hair fall should consult efficient homoeopathic doctor for treatment. By which hair fall can be stopped as early as possible, and baldness can be avoided.

Regardless of your belief, dark circles are not caused by sleeping late. I don't want to lecture you on the benefits of" early to bed and early to rise" but consider it. You are only 21 and should be bursting with health. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle should be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is unchangeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it affects the entire body. Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 3 months. PIMPLE You need more than medicines and gels to deal with pimples. The issue requires lifestyle and eating habit changes. First start with increased intake of Vit A, C and E for flushing out acne-causing proteins and calming your skin. Eat nuts like walnuts and almonds and stop consuming dairy products. You also need to fight stress and depression for a healthy and glowing skin. Bring Yoga and Meditation in your lifestyle. Mositurize your skin with non comadogenic moisturizers and avoid haircare products that clog your skin pores. Use oil-control facewash to clean the impurities and stay hydrated. Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * use sunscreen having spf 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * take vitamin -e rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * make paste of papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content.

He has got fungal infection. He has fungal infection in hair roots Take antigungal treatment: 1. Selsun shampoo once in a week to be done as mentioned on bottle. 2. Fluconazole or Ketokonazole shampoo (available by many brand names) daily 3. Candid (clotrimazole) lotion to be applied at hair roots after bath and drying of hair 4. Oral Fluconazole (Nuforce 150 mg) once every week for 4-5 months 5. Cap Aquasol 50, 000 iu once weekly 6. Dry the hair after bath quickly and hair dry. Wetness by water or sweat may increase growth of fungus.

Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. *since how long you have this problem? * do you have dry or oily skin? *do you have dandruff? * have you history of any serious illness. * do you have anaemia? can be checked from report of blood test. * is it hereditary in your family?

Hello lybrate-user, use of hair straightener provides extra heat to hairs that the reason why they are becoming rough. The oily thing that can protect its roughness and make them silky is hair oil, so try to oil your hair daily (even with a small amount) at bed time.

I'm Female 25 years software engineer. Frequently I'm getting pimples and my weight keeps on increasing. What to do?
Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use Sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with Mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Graphites 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day 15 days and update with the feedback. Use Arnica hair oil and Arnica shampoo.
