Kindly get a clinical assessment done for the same. There are certain pharma companies which do have medications. For such situations. But how effective they are. One can only know if they are used. This condition is call oral submucous fibrosis. There are certain intralesional injections also available which are given inside the mouth. Kindly visit dentist.

Quit Tobacco, Welcome life
Tobacco in any form is harmful for our teeth, gums, heart, or in short for our whole body. One should try to quit tobacco by reducing the quantity and frequency of tobacco consumption. Keep yourself busy, avoid meeting people with habit of tobacco. Drink plenty of water. Avoid soft drinks. And start feeling good with slowly leaving tobacco. Few medicines and chewing gums also help in this if you want to stop habit at one go.

Yellowish can be due to two reasons Extrinsic stains wich can be cleaning with scaling and polishing Intrinsic in wich bleaching has to be done or other procedures depending the cause of intrinsic color.

Soft drinks, cordials and fruit juices should be consumed in a limited quantity because they are acidic in nature. Acidic food or drinks often soften the tooth material which leads to the dissolution of minerals into the tooth enamel, resulting in cavities (holes).

Please visit a dentist. He will tell the the cause of the tooth ache and also give you medication for the pain and infection. Since you are only eleven years old, try to visit a pedodontist (childrens dentist) and do not take medication without consulting a doctor.

Sir, my son is 12 yrs . he had a bad breath problem since the last 2 yrs, what should I do?

Advanced Aesthetics, BDS
Dentist, Mumbai
Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. You can come for a consultation (free of cost) in our clinic.
