At this weight you need personal care. Better to take specific diet that is required by you only. Random kcal count and adding in your diet routine will not help you. You can go further for constitution check (vaat/pit/kapha) in the basis of that ...

Hello. You can start with mild walk at night, after meal jog it’s not healthy. You should start with hard exercise or jog during day time or morning hours. Else before meal.
