How do you count the day? correct method is, when the bleeding starts is the 1st day, according to this 5th day is safe day so no chance of getting pregnant.

No it will not affect your pregnancy. Fungal infection is very common in pregnancy. Use Zole-f ointment if you start Itching for itching. Good luck to your pregnancy .Keep the vaginal area clean and dry.

Hello, it appears that your wife is suffering from hormonal imbalance. It can cause infertility as well as irregular periods. Get her hormonal status and sonogram done to rule out any problem.

Visit your doctor (general practitioner) and take medicine for acid reflux. It is most likely causing the ulcers too. Once the acid reflux is under control, the ulcers will heal.

The vitamin c present in lemons is a strong antioxidant. Besides, its bleaching action works wonders on age spots and freckles. Just squeeze out the juice from a lemon, apply and leave on your skin for about 15 minutes every day and then rinse with plain water.
For even better results, combine 1 teaspoon of lemon juice with half teaspoon of milk cream and 1 teaspoon of egg white. Mix all these ingredients and apply on the face; after 15 minutes, rinse with cold water.
Lemon juice in combination with honey is also a very effective remedy for ageing skin because honey has a soothing action. Mix one teaspoon each of lemon juice and honey and massage it into your skin. Keep for 20 minutes and then wash with warm water.

Chewing Your Food Properly - Why it is Important?

You probably do not think much about chewing while eating your food. Chewing is indeed important for your health. Well, this simple behaviour of chewing your food properly helps in proper digestion, absorption of essential nutrients and keeps several diseases at bay. When you chew your food properly, your body gives out digestive enzymes which break the large particles into smaller ones. Smaller particles are easy for you to digest.

If your food is not properly digested you can suffer from many digestive issues like bloating, stomach pain, indigestion, headache, constipation and also exhaustion. The number of times you are actually supposed to chew your food depends on the type of food you are eating. Softer food items break down easily and are also easy to digest. You should at least chew these food products 5-10 times before swallowing. Dense food takes time to break down and hence is difficult to digest. You should chew them about 30 times before swallowing. You can also take the package for Eating Right.


The benefits of chewing your food properly

  1. Easy digestion and exposure to saliva: Chewing your food for a longer time helps your food to come into direct contact with your saliva.   3. Chewing helps to keep weight under check: To chew food properly you must eat consciously and when you slow down, you are instantly eating less. This simple process prevents you from overeating and helps you to avoid any excess weight gain.
  4. Chewing helps to prevent any kind of bacterial growth: Your food most of the time contains bacteria and saliva helps in killing some of them. So if you are eating longer and slower, it gets time to kill the bacteria which might affect your digestive process.
  5. Chewing gives you time to taste and enjoy your food: Properly chewing every morsel of your food lets you taste and enjoy the food you are eating which helps you in staying fit and healthy.

First of all you want to know that it is not the Vagina that is loose, it is your Pelvic Floor Muscles. It is important to know when going about looking for a natural way to fix a loose vagina that you target the correct area. The pelvic floor muscle is what surrounds both the vagina and vaginal wall muscle. When the pelvic floor muscle is tight everything else will be nicely held and supported in place. The reason the vaginal wall muscle becomes loose is because it sort of looks and acts like a folded, very elastic and stretchy accordion. So when the pelvic floor muscle stretches, the vaginal wall muscle can’t help itself and will unfold more and more with it to.------------------------------------------ 1 Have an Orgasm – the fun part about toning your pelvic floor muscles When you have an orgasm – that is actually your pelvic floor muscle contracting. So the more you orgasm the more you start toning up your pelvic floor muscle. As your pelvic floor muscle becomes stronger, so will your orgasms. 2. Kegel Exercises are also known as pelvic floor exercises because they specifically target this area and prevent weakness in the pelvic floor area. The pelvic floor is often referred to as a “hammock” of muscles that hold all of the pelvic organs in place. Kegel exercises are a great place to start treating vaginal looseness, especially if you are struggling to reach climax temporarily. Plus, they can be done in the privacy of your own home, when no one is around, so no one has to know you are doing them. Kegel exercises can only help though if they are done on a regular basis. Pelvic floor muscle training exercises can help strengthen the muscles under the uterus, bladder, and bowel (large intestine). And Vaginal looseness.--------------------------- PERFORMING PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES: 1.Begin by emptying your bladder. 2.Tighten the pelvic floor muscles and hold for a count of 10.3.Relax the muscles completely for a count of 10.4.Do 10 repetitions, 3 to 5 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). You can do these exercises at any time and place. Most people prefer to do the exercises while lying down or sitting in a chair. After 4 to 6 weeks, most people notice some improvement. It may take as long as 3 months to see a major change. After a couple of weeks, you can also try doing a single pelvic floor contraction at times when you are likely to leak (for example, while getting out of a chair). A word of caution: Some people feel that they can speed up the progress by increasing the number of repetitions and the frequency of exercises. However, over-exercising can instead cause muscle fatigue and increase urine leakage. If you feel any discomfort in your abdomen or back while doing these exercises, you are probably doing them wrong. Breathe deeply and relax your body when you do these exercises. Make sure you are not tightening your stomach, thigh, buttock, or chest muscles. When done the right way, pelvic floor muscle exercises have been shown to be very effective at improving Vaginal looseness.------------------------ 3. Exercise, Sweat, Exercise, Sweat Do explore other forms of exercise too, like yoga for strengthening your core muscles which together will help keep your pelvic floor muscles tighter for longer. 4. A Healthy Diet – Fruits, Vegetables, Juices, Smoothies To keep the muscles in your body strong, you don’t just need exercise, you also need to feed the muscle correctly daily to ensure its correct growth and repair. So, ensure you get a healthy diet full of wholegrain organic carbohydrates, organic lean animal protein (excellent muscle builder), and organic fruits and vegetables if you wish to keep your vaginal muscle healthy and strong. To all the women out there who currently have vaginal looseness, don’t fret, there is so much you can do about it starting today.

1. First of all, let’s understand one basic fact - NoBODY is perfect! quite literally.

After taking 1 tablet of mifepristone & 4 tablets of misoprostol it's 16 hours but no bleeding then what to do?

You can take now two tablets of mesoprostol and bleeding will occur within 4 hours. If bleeding doesn't occur, consult your nearest gynaecologist.

I had an abortion on 10th jan. I got hcg blood test done today. The result is 3.13 mIU/ml. What does this indicate? Is the pregnancy terminated?

At least 4-6 weeks after abortion preg test can renain positive and beta hcg stay high. So just wait for your periods to occur.

You are suffering from vaginal infection. You should insert clingen pessary every night for 3 days and take fas-3 kit. This kit should also be given to your husband and use condoms for 7 days. Kit is self explanatory as when to take is written on the back of kit and it is a single day course.

She needs a compete blood count, Thyroid function test and a Pelvic USG done. If these are normal and her cycles are regular although with reduced flow there is usually nothing to worry as long as she is fit and well. If she is trying for pregnancy and her periods are scanty then I would advice a endometrial biopsy as well to exclude pelvic Tuberculosis.
