Get bp and eye sight checked, get x-ray of pns Change your routine- Do following- 1.Sleep . Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 2. Exercise regularly. 30 mts daily morning walk 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music . Walk for 5 mts 6. Do meditation for at least 10 mts daily. 7. Do deep breathing ex for 10 mts daily.

For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

Have balanced diet, regular sleep and light exercises along with kegel exercises and avoiding addictions if any must suffice. Keep a close watch on these 4 things, even if you insist medicines can be prescribed after a counseling session. Regards.

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Drink this every morning. Take pranacharya heman syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya heman capsule 1-1 twice a day.

You should take a normal healthy diet of rice rotis veggies dal and fish. You should avoid refined sugars like chocolates sweets sandesh rosogollas sugar in tea or milk. Please get in touch with a dietician /endocrinologist.

How to tackle and overcome this masturbation as I masturbate quite often.
This problem can be tackled only by reducing its frequency a frequent masturbation causes physsical a well as sexual weakness.I will suggest you some points and with their help you can eaily overcome your frequent maturbation habit. • Do exercise daily in the evening, this will make you tired at night. And since masturbation is often done at night, so when you are exhausted, you will give preference to sleep not to masturbation. • Avoid sitting on your bed. Use a table/chair, and always sit with other people. • When the urge is very intense take a cold shower! It is not only shown to calm the mind but have many other benefits to overall health and energy. • Think about your family or anyone else and if they were watching you. • When you feel the need to masturbate, take a brisk walk or jog. Always try to occupy yourself when the urge arises. • Exercise more and get out of the house. This is a great way to take your mind off everything. • Motivate yourself by reminding yourself that abstaining will increase sexual performance, because if you don't do it as much you will have more energy and be more easily aroused when you have sex with someone, whoever it may be, and also you will have a stronger orgasm since you are less desensitized to the feeling. For optimum hormone levels, keep masturbation to no more than once a week. Studies in men have shown that not masturbating for up to a week slightly increases testosterone, after this it goes back down. • Take your mind off it with (non-sexual) music. • Set tiny goals for yourself, start with going 3 days clean, the third day is the speed bump, get past that and you KNOW that you're committed. Then go a week, then 10 days, then two weeks, then 17 days, etc. • Try fasting. Abstain from food or drink in a few hours everyday can distract your mind from sexual urge. Fasting will also act as a diet from stimulating food or drink for a certain period. If you do it regularly you will have better control upon your urge.

Know Everything About Male Menopause

Male menopause also called ‘andropause’ is characterized by changes in the male hormone 'testosterone’ due to age. Other names that are used to describe similar symptoms are ‘androgen deficiency’, ‘testosterone deficiency’ and ‘late-onset of hypogonadism’.

What Is Male Menopause?

Because men do not go through a well-defined period referred to as menopause, some doctors refer to this problem as androgen (testosterone) decline in the aging male -- or what some people call low testosterone. Men do experience a decline in the production of the male hormone testosterone with aging, but this also occurs with conditions such as diabetes (read more about diabetes problem). Testosterone is a hormone which is produced in the testes and it plays an important role in a man’s body; from regulating sex drive, increasing energy levels in the body, maintaining muscle mass to bringing about changes during puberty. Male menopause differs from female menopause in a few aspects and not all men are affected by it. However, this condition doesn’t cause impotence.

Symptoms:

Along with the decline in testosterone, some men experience symptoms that include:

  1. Fatigue
  2. Weakness
  3. Depression
  4. Sexual problems

Symptoms: 

The symptoms of male menopause are low energy levels, fatigue, depression and an inability to focus on anything. You will lose muscle tone coupled with an increase in body fat; the muscles in the body also tend to become weak. Some other symptoms are decreased bone density and breast development. 

Causes:

There are no specific causes as such, but aging is known to play a major role in male menopause. Certain lifestyle factors such as depression, stress and anxiety can cause some symptoms of male menopause to show up such as erectile dysfunction. Not eating a balanced diet and not following a proper exercise regimen and drinking or smoking excessively can trigger symptoms of male menopause.

Treatment:

Once the diagnosis is done, the doctor will chart out a treatment course. The common treatment for male menopause is to make certain changes in your lifestyle – eating a well-balanced diet, getting optimal sleep and exercising regularly. Making these types of changes has been proven to dramatically improve the health of men affected by male menopause.

Another option is hormone replacement therapy, wherein synthetic or artificial testosterone is administered to the body. It is similar to performance e    nhancers in terms of its side effects. So it is advised to consult your doctor and take a well-founded decision on whether to go ahead with the hormone replacement therapy.

Ayurvedic Management of Male Menopause:

  1. Manage your emotions through yoga and meditation.
  2. Attend couple’s counselling and talk your doctor about your issues. Educate yourself and your family about the condition.
  3. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
  4. Maintain your weight by doing regular exercise and diet.
  5. Do regular body oil massage with Ksheerabala taila, Sesame oil or Mahanarayana taila.
  6. You can undergo Ayurvedic treatments like Shirodhara, Rasayana and Vajikarana chikitsa to rejuvenate your body and enhance your sexual health.

Ayurvedic medicines like Ashwagandha, Kapikachhu, Shilajit, Gokshura, Musli, Amalaki, Punarnava, Chandraprabha vati, etc. are very beneficial.

Dear lybrate-user first you please eat slowl and chew well each core of roti proprly in mouth. It is because all signal of eating goes to brain through mouth only. Mix saliva properly. Drink plenty of water half an hour before and after meal. Take salad huge quantity. Take fruits one hour before and two hour after meal. Secondly your body might have fast metabolism. You eat more fibrous fruits and vegetables.
