DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

Your eye can turn brown by aesthetic procedure , a novel laser treatment which targets the brown Melanin pigments of Eyes but be aware that this procedure is not reversible, means you will never get bach to your original brown eyes once they are blue.

Gallstones and homoeopathy -
When the gall bladder is surgically removed, the gall bladder bile is lost and digestion becomes weak resulting in discomfort after eating fatty and fried foods.
Homoeopathic approach:
In homoeopathy we are having permanent cure for gall stones and tendency to formation of gall stone & restoring his diseased condition to health without surgery. Homoeopathic treatment involves detail history taking by concentrating on general physical make up of person, diet, life style, sedentary habits, physical build up, food eating habits, appetite, stool, perspiration, body weight, present signs & symptoms, any treatment history or drug history, bowel habits, disordered from particular foods, sleep and temperament. Also his miasmatic background taken into consideration. In homoeopathy disease diagnosis is made with the help of modern investigation like usg, liver function test and common disease symptoms are separated from uncommon symptoms. In treating the case we bear one thing in mind after diagnosing through usg -size of gall stone & thickness of wall of gall bladder. For speedier relief in gall stone colic we may take help of medicines like stigmata madagus q, chionanthus q, dioscoria q, berberis q, cardus mar q in mother tincture form given as per symptoms indicate the medicine and in material doses. To avoid recurrence of gall stone constitutional line of treatment is given. In severe condition like acute cholecystitis with severe pain, fever, tenderness etc medicines like belladonna, cheli, dioscoria, mag phos are of important value. Homeopathy has specific medicines for the treatment of pathological gall bladder. They should first be treated with homeopathic medicines.

My penis is small. I am very afraid about it. Will it make harm in my marriage life. please give some advice to make it strong.

BASM, MD, MS (Counseling & Psychotherapy), MSc - Psychology, Certificate in Clinical psychology of children and Young People, Certificate in Psychological First Aid, Certificate in Positive Psychology

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Size, thickness and hardness of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. But even a two inch erect penis can satisfy any woman across the world just because, woman sexual nerve endings which are the reason for pleasure for women, are available only up to two inches from the opening of vagina. Therefore, please don't worry. You can improve the size of your penis by massaging it with olive oil and doing kegal pelvic strengthening exercises. I suggest sex therapy and counseling. Take care.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. Hi, I'm 25yrs old F, i've brown complexion, how can I change my complexion to fairy permanently, please suggest me if there is any medical procedure available. Thnk you.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. We can't change the colour of your skin permanently with which are born, but there are many treatments available in the market which helps in taking out the dead skin layer of your skin to make one shade lighter than your original - skin polishing, chemical peeling, etc. Skin whitening surgery treatment is a procedure that reduces the concentration of melanin pigment in the skin. But whether it is permanent or not, visit a dermatologist for further queries.

I am 27 years old and my breast to too small it has no growing sign. Wat should I do.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Small breasts are rarely due to any significant anomaly but can cause much anguish to teens. It is often associated with low self-esteem and even depression especially when there is a history of taunting, which is a common practice among teen girls. However, it is not only young girls and teens who are worried about their breast size. Older women too are often unhappy about their small breasts and look for ways of enhancing them. Attitudes about breast size usually develop as a result of ongoing media presentations depicting large breasts as being attractive. Women with large breasts are also seen as being more desirable by the opposite sex.Breast size is often associated with sexuality and attraction and therefore the belief arises that the size of breasts may affect one’s social and interpersonal relationships. Causes of Small Breasts 1.Genetic Causes  Breast hypoplasia, which is the underdevelopment of the breast may occur due to familial or genetic causes, without being linked to any pathological cause. It may also be a result of rare genetic disorders like Poland’s sydrome as well.  Genetic body fat distribution  Turner’s syndrome (ovarian agenesis) is a medical disorder that affects about 1 in every 2,500 girls. It is a genetic condition in which a female does not have the usual pair of two X chromosomes. Besides other symptoms, there may be lack of breast development at the expected age, usually by age 13. 2.Hormonal Causes  Delayed menarche (first period) is discussed under primary amenorrhea.  Hormone irregularities as a result of gynecological disorders that may also cause a range of menstrual symptoms like irregular menses and heavy periods.  Shrinking of the breast tissue during menopause as a result of decreasing estrogen levels can cause a decrease in breast size. Other Causes  Age  Family history  Eating disorders like anorexia, bulimia or severe dieting  Severe weight loss, whether intentional or unintentional Certain Facts about Small Breasts  Small breasts do not hinder breastfeeding in any way.  Milk production is not hampered by small breasts.  There is no relation between breast size and the development of breast cancer. About Increasing Breast Size  Improving nutrition may help, especially where there is severe under-nutrition.  Exercise does not increase breast size. Some exercises may develop the pectoral muscles beneath the breasts.  Using padded bras may boost one’s self confidence.  Being comfortable with one’s body and accepting that small breasts are beautiful can be a better way of restoring one’s self-image.  Hormone supplementation like oral estrogen therapy may help in some cases where small or underdeveloped breasts may have a hormonal cause, such as in delayed menarche.  Breast enhancement by means of breast implants can be a reliable method to increase breast size. Many women undergo this surgical procedure without considering the dangers and possible long term complications of breast augmentation.  HOmoeopathic medicine SABAL SERR Q ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 10 drops in 10 ml fresh water 3 times daily B-SHAPE cream ( BAKSON) Massage twice daily with inward motion of your hand fingers.

I am having the problem of hair loss while washing my hair, please suggest me the treatment for this and also suggest me the shympoo or soap that may be cure for this problem.

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. I will also suggest home remedies. Do reply back for private consultation for rx.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them.
