lybrate-user, you are most probably suffering from BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) This is due to a disorder in your inner ear where certain particles have migrated from their rightful position in the saccules and need to be repositioned back into the saccule. This is done by doing Particle Repositioning Exercises. Look up Epley's Maneuver on YouTube and try to do the same or meet an ENT Surgeon locally to teach you the same!

दस्त, ढीले, जलीय, मुलायम मल के लगातार उत्सर्जन को कहते हैं। यह पेट में सूजन, दबाव, और ऐंठन के साथ हो सकता है। डायरिया सबसे आम चिकित्सा समस्याओं में से एक है जिसके लिए लोग चिकित्सा सलाह लेते हैं। विश्व स्तर पर, अतिसारजनक बीमारियों के लगभग 2 अरब मामलें हर साल देखे जाते हैं। इतना ही नहीं, 5 वर्ष से कम आयु के 1.9 मिलियन बच्चे, ज्यादातर विकासशील देशों में, दस्त से मर जाते हैं। 

यह आमतौर पर कुछ दिनों तक रहता है और अक्सर किसी भी उपचार के बिना गायब हो जाता है। परंतु यह एक हल्की, अस्थायी स्थिति से लेकर जीवन-धमकी की स्थिति तक हो सकती है। दस्त तरुण या चिरकारी हो सकती है। 
तीव्र दस्त तब होता है जब स्थिति एक से दो दिन तक होती है। वायरल या जीवाणु संक्रमण या भोजन विषाक्तता के परिणामस्वरूप आपको दस्त का अनुभव हो सकता है। तरुण दस्त होना काफी आम है। दूसरी ओर क्रोनिक (चिरकारी) डायरिया आमतौर पर कम से कम चार सप्ताह तक रहता है। आंतों की बीमारी या विकार, जैसे कि सीलिएक रोग या क्रोहन रोग से क्रोनिक (चिरकारी) दस्त हो सकती है। 

दस्त के लक्षण
अपने आप में दस्त अन्य स्थितियों का एक लक्षण है। हालांकि, अतिसार के भी लक्षण हैं, जिनमें शामिल हैं:

  1. मतली 
  2. पेट में दर्द
  3. ऐंठन
  4. सूजन
  5. निर्जलीकरण
  6. बुखार
  7. मल में खून
  8. अपने आंत को खाली करने की लगातार तीव्र इच्छा
  9. बड़ी मात्रा में मल 

कुछ लक्षणों को अधिक गंभीर बीमारी के संकेतक के रूप में देखा जाता है। लक्षण जैसे- रक्त या मवाद, बुखार, निर्जलीकरण के लक्षण, लगातार उल्टी, क्रोनिक डायरिया, या वजन घटना।

  1. आपका दस्त दो दिनों से अधिक समय रहता है
  2. आप निर्जलित हो जाते हैं
  3. आपके पेट या गले में गंभीर दर्द है
  4. मल खूनी या काले हैं
  5. आपको 102 F (39 सी) से ऊपर बुखार है

दस्त का कारण
अतिसार के अधिकांश मामलें जठरांत्र पथ में जीवाणु, वायरल, या परजीवी संक्रमण के कारण होता है। वायरल दस्त आमतौर पर लगभग 3 से 7 दिनों तक रहता है, और हल्के से मध्यम लक्षणों के साथ जुड़ा हुआ है। रोटावायरस और नोरोवायरस दस्त के दो आम कारण हैं।
बैक्टीरिया के संक्रमण से दस्त अधिक गंभीर मामलों का कारण बनता है। कैम्पिलोबैक्टर, सैल्मोनेले, और शिगेला जीव बैक्टीरियल डायरिया के सबसे आम कारण हैं। परजीवी दूषित पानी के प्रयोग से पाचन तंत्र में संक्रमण फैलाते हैं। डायरिया के आम परजीवी कारणों में जिआर्डिया लैंब्लिया, एंटअमीबा हिस्टोलिटिका, और क्रिप्टोस्पोरिडियम शामिल हैं। 

सूजन आंत्र रोग, इर्रिटेबल बोवेल सिंड्रोम (आई.बी.एस), विपुटीशोथ, सूक्ष्म बृहदांत्रशोथ, और सीलिएक रोग सहित आंतों के विकारों या रोगों से दस्त हो सकता है। एंटीबायोटिक दवाओं, ब्लड प्रेशर दवाएं, कैंसर ड्रग्स, गाउट दवाएं, वजन घटाने वाली दवाओं, और ऐंटासिड्स इत्यादि सहित कुछ दवाओं पर प्रतिक्रिया के कारण भी दस्त हो सकता है।
शराब का दुरुपयोग, अतिरिक्त जुलाब, विकिरण चिकित्सा और कुछ कैंसर जिनमें कार्सोइनिड सिंड्रोम, कोलन कैंसर, लिम्फोमा शामिल हैं, दस्त के कुछ अन्य कारण हैं। पेट में सर्जरी या पित्ताशय की थैली हटाने की सर्जरी के बाद भी कुछ लोगों को दस्त जाता है। 

दस्त का निदान
एक चिकित्सक आमतौर पर, दस्त का कारण निर्धारित करने के लिए, शारीरिक परीक्षा आयोजित करता है और आपकी दवाओं की समीक्षा करता है। इसके अलावा, आपका डॉक्टर आपके दस्त का कारण जानने के लिए निम्नलिखित परीक्षणों का आदेश दे सकता है: 

  1. रक्त परीक्षण
  2. मल परीक्षण
  3. लचीले सिग्मायडोस्कोपी या कोलोनोस्कोपी

दस्त के लिए उपचार
दस्त, अधिकांश मामलों में उपचार के बिना कुछ दिनों के भीतर स्वयं हल हो जाता है। अन्यथा, आपका चिकित्सक दवाएँ या अन्य उपचार सुझा सकता है।

  1. एंटीबायोटिक्स बैक्टीरिया या परजीवी के कारण होने वाले दस्त का इलाज कर सकते हैं।
  2. बस अधिक तरल पदार्थ पीने से, या गंभीर मामलों में उन्हें नसों में प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
  3. ओरल रिहाइड्रेशन सॉल्यूशन (ओ.आर.एस) - यह पानी है जिसमें नमक और ग्लूकोज शामिल है। मल के साथ खो जाने वाले पानी और इलेक्ट्रोलाइट्स को प्रतिस्थापित करने के लिए यह छोटी आंत में अवशोषित होता है।

यदि आपका दस्त अधिक गंभीर स्थिति से उत्पन्न होता है, जैसे सूजन आंत्र रोग, तो आपका डॉक्टर उस स्थिति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए काम करेगा।

Take moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, low fat diet. Take a cup of green tea in the morning and evening. Avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, milk products like cheese, khoa, etc. Also do not take creamed milk rather take skimmed milk. Eat less chapatis, less rice, more pulses and pulses products, fresh fruits and vegetables. Must take exercises daily.

My son is 7 yrs old. Suffering from ra having hla b27 +. Swelling in right leg ankle started from oct 14. Medicine used prednisolone15 mg reduced to 7. 5mg with methotraxate 10mg /week. But now swelling in right knee with severe pain start from 14april. What to do?

Get your blood counts done with esr, if counts are ok, steroid injection in the knee can be given. Could also try changing methotrexate to leflunamide- consult your rheumatologist for the same.

1. Apply a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar directly on the scar. 2. Gently massage the area so that the apple cider vinegar can be absorbed fully by the scar. 3. Allow the apple cider vinegar to dry up on its own. 4. Once you are sure that it is dry, repeat the process. 5. This can be done several times. Results can be seen after about a month of doing this process every day.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
