Dear Doctor,
I'm 15 Years and while running more than 50meters I'm having a pain at my low part of my Abdominal part...
Abdominal cramps are fairly common in new runners. To prevent it make sure you eat light before you start running so that there is plenty of room for breathing. There should be a gap of 2-3 hr between meal and running. Breathe deeply from the base of your lungs. Avoid getting nervous because it makes you breathe shallow. When you start running initially start slow to prevent cramps. Inspite of everything if there is still cramp ,slow down and exhale forcefully multiple times. The pain should go in few seconds.

I am 33 yes old male I have fatty liver problem. I have been to ayurvedic doctor she suggest me to take liv52ds tablet for lifetime. Pls suggest me do I have any side effects while taking these tablets. I am also diabetic.

Actually fatty liver is accumulation of excess fat around liver. It's a proved reversible condition. But I suggest depending on a drug lifetime is not a solution. Also liver has an immense self regeneration capacity. It in simpler words means it heals on its own. Even without any drug support. For fatty liver I would suggest to change your lifestyle. Exercise regularly. Stop consuming fried/oily/sugar rich food. Avoid alcohol consumption. And it will improve I wish you good luck. Take care.

A high uric acid level can be caused when your body either produces too much uric acid or your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid rapidly enough. A high uric acid level may cause increasingly frequent attacks of gout, or it may never cause problems. A high uric acid level may also cause some people to develop kidney stones or kidney failure. And some people with a high uric acid level also develop high blood pressure, heart disease or chronic kidney disease, but it's often unclear whether this is a direct cause or merely an early warning sign of these conditions. Factors that may cause a high uric acid level in your blood include: Diuretic medications (water pills),Drinking too much alcohol,Genetics (inherited tendencies),hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid),Immune-suppressing drugs,Niacin, or vitamin B-3, obesity, psoriasis, Purine-rich diet — organ meat, game meat, anchovies, herring, gravy, dried beans, driedpeas, mushrooms and other foods Renal insufficiency — inability of the kidneys to filter waste Tumor lysis syndrome — a rapid release of cells into the blood caused by certain cancers or by chemotherapy for those cancers,Also, you may be monitored for high uric acid levels when undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment for cancer. Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain, oats, green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed.Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day.Take tab. Bencid 500 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos or tab. Naprosyn 500 mg once a day or sos for pain in joints.
