Mr Krishnada, From your query it appears you have only hypertension plus ED. There is no mention of diabetes. Because usually ED develops in persons with diabetes more often. If you are betablocker drug, then first it is better to discontinue that and instead add some other compound like ACE Inhibitor or an ARB. Because Beta blocker can contribute to ED. Then you might consider taking PDE-V Inhibitors as and when needed. Thanks.

Take crocin pain relief one tab if headache is more and unbearable. check your BP. check your eye sight. take rest and proper sleep, avoid anxiety and stress.consult if not ok. avoid combflam and other pain killers.

you can take tab. thyronorm according to level of thyroid. pl. tell us tsh level. High cholesterol can cause atherosclerosis, a dangerous accumulation of cholesterol and other deposits on the walls of your arteries. These deposits (plaques) can reduce blood flow through your arteries, which can cause complications, such as: Chest pain. If the arteries that supply your heart with blood (coronary arteries) are affected, you may have chest pain (angina) and other symptoms of coronary artery disease. Heart attack. If plaques tear or rupture, a blood clot may form at the plaque-rupture site — blocking the flow of blood or breaking free and plugging an artery downstream. If blood flow to part of your heart stops, you'll have a heart attack. Stroke. Similar to a heart attack, if blood flow to part of your brain is blocked by a blood clot, a stroke occurs.

You need to take 3 meals and 3 snacks At around 7 am take two biscuits around 9 take breakfast either 3idli/ 2 chapathi/ 2 puri around 11 take 2 almonds/ 1 glass of milk / half fruit at 1 pm lunch one cup of rice/ 2 chapathi no restriction in curry quantity at 4 pm snacks half apple or two cashews At 8 pm dinner 2 chapathi without oil curry no restriction @ 10 pm 1 glass of milk Avoid sweets, fruit juices can take egg twice weekly can take non veg in addition to all these you need to be exercising at least 30 minutes walk daily and upper limb exercises in sitting posture.

Hi to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
