I am 38 year old male and I am having problem with migraine and sinus. I also have problem with Acidity and most of the time I am having problem with upset stomach and tiredness. My fasting Blood sugar was 105 one month back and also having problem with high uric acid level in blood. Please suggest me a good diet.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day get BP and eye sight checked, x ray PNS, thyroid hormones T3 T4 Tsh 1.Sleep . Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music . Walk for 5 mts 6.avoid .stress, 7. .avoid strong stimuli like loud noises, and smell of food 8. Keep your routine fixed and regular 1. Take more fruits and vegetables. No baked items, no alcohol . I am 36 years old. Working as a Designer in Civil Engineer field. My daily works is like sitting in front of laptop since morning to closing of business hours under high pressures. Dear lybrate-user You have to solution to your problem in your question itself. Get off the chair under any pretext to walk around the office. You should drink atleast 5 glasses of water daily. Take breaks to do this. Also, go to the place which is most further to you to drink water to make the walking more possible. Climb stairs, no lifts. Quit dinners and eat boiled veggies instead Start you day with plate full of fruit. Regards.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

If she is still breastfed constipation is a side effect.At 19 months she can have mashed bananas ,potatoes,wheat roti daal rice in form of khichri and give her curd.Banana is a natural laxative besides being full of nutrients. Please do not give laxatives.

Hello i got married in 2014 and my age is 24 years having a PCO's problem present i using fertlie tabletts since 2 months after second day of LMP and folmett ablets since two months and my cycle time is 40 days . My ovulation day is 28 th day from LMP ,19th day of after ovulation low bleeding is observed with back pains is this a period or not and i had pregnency test it is negative . Follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin : • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Hello doctor, I was suffering from pox last month. Though I recovered 2 kg of my previous weight but yet my body is in under weight by 2 kg. Now my problem regarding time of sleeping. Don't worry. 1. Take rest for 2 days from training. Continue daily activities. 2. Take healthy nutritious diet with protein, calcium and vitamins. 3. Apply cold pack on area for 10 mins 4 times a day. Apply topical painkiller creams too. 4. Take anti inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen round the clock for 2 to 3 days. 5. Start your training again once pain is decreased and begin with stretches. Consult again if needed.
