Hi Take brahmi vati...smriti sagar ras and praval panchamrit..make its powder and mix it.....then take these medicines with honey twice a day...1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....do pranayama early morning for freshness..avoid oily food...junk food.....avoid alcohol consumption...eat green vegetables.........walk for at least 45 minutes a day

I am 38/male with type 2 diabetes. My sugar levels were close to 250 after meals (PP) even when I was taking Galvus Met 50/500 after each meal. My doctor has now increased the dose to Galvus met 50/1000 mg after each meal (lunch and dinner). I want to ask if this much dose along with diet control and exercise can lower the sugar level even below normal which can be dangerous. Please suggest. Thanks.

No. The medicines prescribed to you will not cause the sugar to go below normal levels. They work in a way that the sugar level will drop to normal levels and not below that irrespective of the dose. The dose given to you is perfect.

Respected Gargi hi u have written 24th March which has not came till now ? I think if it is 24 th Feb, then also your next cycle is due on 14 th March so if like that nothing of conceiving at this stage I think so. Thanks regards u can consult for any further queries at anytime dear

Get thyroid profile done decide the dose accordingly if thyroid hormone levels are low there's a range of thyroid hormone in our blood. Don't take medicines if you are in the lower range.

Dear sir I just want to know how to look more fair and how to have a great physical fitness?

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day. I assure you that you definitely get fitness by applying these tips and lifestyle. Be healthy.
