It is good to take honey and lemon but for weight loss you have to burn more calories than you eat

Dr. my random blood sugar after having my dinner (millets) with sambar, changes to 156, next few minutes later if I test means it's shows 138, after few minutes I tested its shows 129, its normal dr? Bcoz I am worried I have got diabetes or not dr? Pls pls pls pls help me, I left taking rice since from 10 days, I was 61 kgs now I have became 59 kgs since from ten days, even due to this I am unable to be happy with my kids and family member, so pls pls pls pls help whether I got normal readings r diabetes? If I feel hungry also I can't eat with happily.

Hello lybrate-user, First of all you don't need to be so anxious and stressed. Blood glucose values generally increase after meals peaking at 1 hour and then slowly decline to less than 140 mg/dl by 2 hours. For the diagnosis of diabetes, go for two tests 1. Hba1c 2. Blood glucose in fasting state and after taking 75 gms glucose (GTT) There is a substantial probability that both tests will be normal. Don't stress yourself unnecessarily. Do these two simple test to clear the confusion. At the moment there is nothing to say that you have Diabetes. Gud luck!

Yes something is wrong and avoid strain do under trainer tk muscle relaxant medicine and ultrasonic therapy and tk rest from gym at least 2 days with treatment.

10 Tips to Sizzle up Your Sex Life

As time progresses in a relationship, the sizzle somehow fizzles out and does not bring the same excitement as it used to.  However, sex is one of the best ways to keep the relationship lively and young.  Despite the hectic lifestyle and the weariness that sets in, there are definitely some simple things that can add some spice to your life and pump a new lease of life into the relationship.  What was initially spontaneous needs some forceful trying with time. 

Listed below are some tips that can help you sizzle up your sex life.

  1. Simple touch: Remember that sex need not happen in the bedroom when the lights are off. Routine, regular touch, which could include holding hands and a peck on the cheek can help keep the interest alive.  Make it a routine to do this every day, at a chosen time of the day.
  2. Fix up a date: Even if it sounds forced, block one day of the week as your date day.  If possible, go out for a dinner which will bring a change of place. Cook some aphrodisiac foods like onion, celery, asparagus could add to the magic
  3. Go lingerie shopping together: This could be one nice way to rekindle interest and along the way, you might end up with some nice fancy stuff.
  4. Watch adult movies together: This definitely will bring you in the mood.  If you are both game, then you could watch something different and even end up trying.  It has been proven that a person's preferences in bed change with time, and the new positions and forms might bring back the eagerness to indulge in the act more often.
  5. Try different place, different time: This could be something like spending time in the shower together, or in the pool, or even spending a night in a hotel for a change.  The routine home environment sometimes just sucks away the energy and mood required for sex.
  6. Frank discussion: As much as it might seem difficult, try having a frank discussion with your partner about how they feel about sex - would they like to turn anything, why there is less of it in general, etc.
  7. Work out: Exercise to show that you are interested in keeping yourself in shape and healthy.  This definitely will kindle interest in the other person.
  8. Read about sex: There are some sex facts including how it helps in curing headache, is the best cure for cold, is more effective than half an hour of running, frequent ejaculations reduce chances or prostate cancer, etc.

And these are some sure ways to improve your sex life.

Dear ,you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Take care.

I am aged 58 years. Upto the age of 25 used to cycle every day for not less than 4-5 kms per day. Now I am cycling 5-7 kms per day for body fitness. Every day, In the starting used to get leg pain, above knees, not unbearable. However, after 1-2 kms there will not be any pain. Can I cycle every day like this. I am 85 kgs weight. I also used to play cricket from my child hood to the age of 25 and from 25 years of age till 51 years of age used to play Table Tennis.

Its excellent to hear that you have been keeping active even at the age of 58. Well done, indeed! Unless you have persistent pain around your knee or hip you have nothing to worry. You may be having some stiffness of the knee from underlying arthritis. Since the level of pain is bearable, there is nothing to worry.

You can have Sprouts, pulses like daal, channa, milk, fish, meat an eggs. You should have high protein diet and do good workout to increase muscle.
