Dear, *To control the sebum (oiy secretion) you should maintain your hormonal. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. *Apply cucumber juice mixed with curd for 5 minutes and rinse with water.

Patience is the key. It took nine months for your tummy muscles to stretch to accommodate a full-term baby. So it makes sense that it can take that long, or longer, to tighten up again. -- exercise can help to tone stomach muscles and burn calories. If you exercised right up until the end of your pregnancy, you can do some light exercise and stretching from the start.-- if you stopped exercising during your pregnancy or are a newcomer to fitness, it is better to start exercising more slowly. -- fitness aside, all new mums can begin pelvic floor exercises and work on gently toning up lower tummy muscles as soon as they feel ready. This may help you to get back to your pre-pregnancy shape and help to flatten your tummy.-- when you feel up to it, take your baby out for walks in his pushchair. Getting out and about will help to lift your mood and exercise your body gently. You may find there are pushchair workouts with other new mums in your local park.--

Proteins are the building blocks of life and every living cell uses them for both structural and functional purposes.They are long chains of amino acids linked together like beads on a string, then folded into complex shapes.There are 9 essential amino acids that we must get from the diet and 12 that are non-essential, which the body can produce out of other organic molecules.The quality of a protein source depends on its amino acid profile. Hello, Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching Swimming regularly Yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. ...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. You need to reduce your carbohydrate and fat content n your daily diet. Restrict sweets, rice, bananas and other high calorie foods. Take high protein diet and fruits & vegetables /salads on a daily basis.

But my husband gets anger whenever I want to share things. As you rightly said communication matters but sometimes I do not understand what he tries to communicate when I ask him for the next time he gets anger on me and scolds me. Secondly he does not share anything with me he shares all good and bad to his mother only, which is quite hurting me. I feel that he does not know to balance between mother and wife. Moreover we do not have privacy to talk to each since my mother in law sleeps with us. It is just become routine come to office, go home work, take care of your kid, sleep and next day your routine begins. I seriously do not know whether he loves me or not. I do not know how to come out of this issue. Am getting depressed since I do not have a supporting hand at home. Please tell me how to go about it. I tend to forget many things nothing is getting registered in my mind. Sometimes I feel lonely frustrated and feel why am living on this earth. Please counsel me on this issue and how should I live.

The important thing in communication is listening. So, if you are not listening with rapt attention, especially since he hardly used to communicate, then quite naturally he will get angry. If you are serious about wanting the communication, then pay close attention and pass some good and interesting remarks when he talks. Your MIL sleeping with you both is shocking. He may be a mama's boy and somehow you have to accommodate his sharing with her but not sharing the same bedroom. These things may be difficult to talk to him about and so I advise you to find a counselor and go and meet that person for his/her inputs. About doing so much of work, why don't yo get a maid and relieve yourself of a lot of housework. And as the children grow make them gradually handle a few responsibilities too. For further assistance, you need to go for what is called 'continupoous counseling'

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. You can apply this home remedies • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water it will reduce your pain. • Drink lukewarm water.

You may be allergic to ear buds. It is not a good habit to use ear buds anyway, habit of putting oil or swimming habit wherein contaminated water goes inside can also be the cause. Fungus growth inside outer ear called otomycosis may be yet another cause. See an ent cosultant for proper diagnosis and to confirm there is nothing.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
