I have back pain in last 2 months I am 20 years old have if got any relief. What should I do now?
Take castor oil 15 ml with lukewarm milk at bed time and take ajwaiyan, haldi, dalchini in equal amount. Mix it in luke warm water add 2tablespoon of cowghee and apply this paste on the most tender are of back. Cover it with paper to prevent it from drying and remove it after 20 mins. Take ashwagandha ghan vati 500 mg 2 three times a day. Do it for 15 days and take advise accordingly.

Yes it is harmfull to bear more weight on single leg. There may be so many reasons in this case. May be you have weak left hip joint or may be your left knee has arthiritis that's why your left leg is not taking equal weight. Or weakness of left leg muscles can also be the cause. So first you should visit some orthopedician and get yourself checked and diagnosed properly. A proper diagnosis is must for a proper treament.

It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain.

Pain klers is not a solution. Pl massage with warm mahanarayan and mahavishgarbh oil mixed equally. Drink hot milk and turmeric daily twice. Walk daily. Light easy digestible food required. Keep your gut clean by tarunikusumakar chooran and herbal'agnideepak' medicines, powders etc.

Because of stress you are taking additional food. Because of no job. You become very lazy and additional rest due to this reason. You are getting more weight. That is ignorantly you forgotten. Your mind is also not active in these days. Always thinking about job. Lack of opportunities. You become very lazy. No problem now you find out the problem. Try jobs better to walk most of the time. Take less food. Practice yoga it will give mental peace. Try and try until you get the job. Search jobs online ready to take any risk of the job. Better to enquire yourself directly go to the office. If they rejected do not worry. Take another chance. You will get the job. Better to practice running also morning time. Your weight is reduced and your both the problems solved. Patientience is important in this time. Wait for the right time. You will succeeded. Best of luck.

Hi get an x-ray done for right heel for calcaneum AP and Lateral views..it could be Achilles tendinitis or calcaneum spur. take Ace-proxyvon one tab twice a day, use heel cushion of silicon in foot wear or foam insole sandal, do hot fomentation.. if it turns out to be Achilles then local injection infiltration of hydrocortisone may help best wishes

The reason of the swelling has to be ruled out either it is any injury or work related problem or anything else. If it has appeared withput any stress or strain or any other cause than do ice application on the affected area 3-4 times a day and give rest to your shoulder do not strain or lift heavy weight.

Avoid taking tomuch non veg .take folic acid rich foods like sunflower seeds and califlower ,grean tea ,apple vinegar 3 spoons, oranges, olive oil. Do regularly brisk walk for 20 min.

Advice…. Back pain. Advice. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching. Knee Advice. Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)--. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. Best wishes.

As rightly advised by the other doctor, you need to take proper precautions before taking the blood sample. If its persistently high, then you need further evaluation. The symptoms you are having is because of increased prolactin levels in your body. The cause can be a small tumour in the brain, certain kinds of medications etc. An endocrinologist will help you with medicines to control the level of prolactin. If there is a treatable cause, then that should be treated by surgery.

Dear lybrate user, headache, shoulder pain with known history of cervical spondylosis can occur either in 2 cases. Cervicogenic or tension type headache or due to spondylosis itself where superior segment may give rise to headache and lateral nerves trapezitis (commonly seen with cervical facetal arthritis). Go for conservative treatment for few days if there is no relief consult either interventional pain specialist or orthopedician trained in spine for through examination and further treatment. Once you know the diagnosis it can be treated easily.

I have a back pain while playing cricket. Suggest something to do it. It is very painful.
It is critical to get an accurate diagnosis, so go and see a sports physician, an orthopaedic surgeon or a qualified sports physiotherapist who has experience working with cricketers. A full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed. More importantly, they will likely investigate your lower back using a combination of oblique lumbar x-rays, a bone scan, ct scan, or more likely a mri, which will show more accurately any areas of bone activity. The goal of the investigations is to primarily determine whether there is an active fracture present and whether the body is trying to heal itself. Can try some home relief techniques until you go to a specialist: -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time best wishes.
