Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Dear sir there are many varieties of diabetes. And many degrees to the diet chart varies as per the type and extend of problem there is no single diet chart for every one however, there are few common advices 1. Eat carbohydrates less than 45 gms per day or 750mg/kg body weight per day 2. Walking for 45 minutes every day 3. Maintaining hba1c less than 6.

Do not worry about size as far as you get good erection and timngs. Women vagina initial 2 inches is sensitive so size aythg bigger than 2 inch is sufficient. Imprtant is good erection and timings. Consult for detailed discssion and solve your erection and timing issues.

Hello Sir. Calcium tablets is not reason for your condition. Please check your blood sugar once. Avoid drinking liquid at least 2 hr before sleep and empty your bladder just before going to bed.

Microwave rays are not death threatened. But better to avoid prolonged exposure to microwave. Regarding bird flue if you take proper precautions against it then there should not be any problem. Good thing you do yoga. And you can do weight lifting also but do it gradually without any jerky movement. And prolonged. Go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises. Have plenty of water by mouth.

There is absolutely no link between masturbation and erectile dysfunction/premature ejaculation. If anything, masturbation actually delays the time it takes to ejaculate. Unless it interferes with your daily routine, there is no indication to stop masturbating. Sex is an instinctual urge, and it is difficult, if not impossible to suppress it completely.

If you practice kegel exercises (also called pelvic floor exercises) for five minutes, two or three times daily, you will likely see significant improvement in your ability to control urinary leakage. Diet during Ramadan fasting / ramzan should be well balanced, consisting of all the food groups before dawn (sehri or suhur). This will help in avoiding, fatigue, restlessness, and vomiting sensations due to hunger at bay. Dear Lybrate User, *Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) *Reduce weight if overweight *Control diet *avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta *avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, *include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. *avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato *avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. *avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. *avoid red meat. Dear Doctor My mom was recently advised with a blood test for diabetes check and the report is as follows Fasting Blood Sugar is 146 mg/dl PP Blood sugar is 172 mg/dl HbA1C is 7.64% The doctor has revised the report and stated that she is in prediabetes stage. It is diabetes as fasting is more than 126 & hba1c more than 6.5. But there is no readon to worry as she can be managed with diet control and exercises that is bridk walking. She should avoid sugar and fried items to loose weight. She can eat all types if dals and vegetables. She should get investigated for complication of diabetes affecting eyes kidneys and heart as some patients have complications at time of diagnosis.
