As of now plan for symptomatic treatment and get all your teeth cleaned through your dentist and if there is any kind of inflammation or pain at the site of xray than we should plan for extraction after clinical examination and if there is no pain than nothing to be done for now and make sure to drink water regularly.

To freshen your breath, chew a sugarless gum for around 20 minutes after meals. It will make the leftover food particles cling to it.

We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning, root canal treatment & capping. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.

My teeth very dirty become use gutkha(pan masala) so how clean please tell me good medication.
Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use sensodent tooth paste for 2 to 3 weeks. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

Reason for bad breath may be due to deposition of tartar and plaque on tooth surface or pus formation in gums. You should go through cleaning of teeth by the dentist and thorough dental check up.

Gum Pain Home Remedies
Consume Carefully

If you have a sore or an ulcer on your gums, avoid eating anything that can irritate the tissue. Stay away from spicy and acidic foods and drinks. This includes tomato juice and even colas. They have pHs in the range of five, which is acidic. What about orange juice? Make sure you dilute it with water. This reduces the acidic concentration, so the juice won’t burn when you drink it.
