Hi, Precum does contain some sperms. It is likely to have gone in. Therefore possibility of pregnancy exists. Hence I suggest you take plan B to be safe on your side. Let me know if you need any more clarification.

I and my girlfriend had 100% unprotected sex and sperm has entered inside her vagina. But it was 3rd day after her periods ended. So is there any chances that she will get pregnant?

Yes there is a chance as sperms can live upto 7 days. So you should give her ipill asap. Menses may come little irregular for a month or so but it is easily manageable than getting pregnant.

Can Complementary Therapies support fertility?

Many people use complementary or alternative therapies to improve their overall physical and emotional health. This could include medicines, such as herbal, vitamin, mineral, homoeopathic, nutritional and other supplements, and therapies such as , chiropractic, naturopathy, osteopathy, acupuncture, homoeopathy, reflexology and aromatherapy.

I am 27 now I want to ask that some time I have pain in my left brest due to a small nods inside it what should I do?

Sometimes a slight pain and heavyness in breast is normal justbefore arrival of periods. But if it is paining regularly and if you can find some nodule inside. Better to go for mammography. Its just like x-ray of other organs. But it gives idea about that nodule and pain.

My period date was 16,17 but now I just feel pain but no period. Last one moth back I was with my husband for intimate but when he put his part in my part so I felt pain and he stopped. please tell me what is the reason. This is first time period date late.

Hi Gaurav. It' possible that you maybe pregnant. Please do a pregnancy test and check. Its not always necessary to have full intercourse to get pregnant. Even the precum of the semen can make a woman pregnant.

My periods are on 12th so to prepare that I ate papaya soo much so that heat can cause periods early but it dint effect anyways does papaya help in getting periods early.

Hi my girlfriend is 26 years old we had sex couple of weeks ago and she missed her mensuration cycle. I took out a preganews test last evening it came up to positive so Is she really pregnant? ?and if she is than can you please suggest me a safe and secure pills for abortion but it should be 100% safe. please.

She is definitely pregnant. If you people do not want the pregnancy, you should take treatment for medical abortion as early as possible. It is 100% safe but the surity of completion of abortion is 95 % when taken under guidance of a gynaec. Do not delay any further. Consult privately immediately.

For first time intercourse. Every women get pain in the vagina? ANd blood flow also in vagina? please help us, coz of pain while having intercourse in vagina I I'll not continued it.

Since the vagina is tight, initially some amount of pain is expected in intercourse. Also due to rupture of the hymen, some amount of bleeding will be there.

Hai. Can you please tell me dat can I continue my walk after my ovulation while I am trying to conceive?? N I wanna point out dat I am ttc frm last 1.5 yrs.

Yes you can have all activities while ovulation period. It does not prevent you from getting pregnant. To get pregnant you need to have regular sex i. E. 3-4 times a week for one full year before you start seeking medical help. You can follow this calender method. If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26 days) minus 18 days = 8th day. The longest cycle (31 days) minus 10 days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period.

5 Common Causes of Hip Pain in Women

Your hip plays a very crucial role in the proper functioning of your body. It bears the weight of the entire upper body and also supports your back to maintain balance. The hip joint is a ball and socket joint that connects the pelvic region to the thighs. Some sort of injury on the hip joint/bones or a disease can cause pain in the hips. Also, women are more likely to suffer pain in the hips than men.

Here are some common causative factors of hip pain in women:

1. Arthritis - One of the most common causes of hip pain in women is Arthritis. As women grow older, the risk of suffering from arthritis increases. The ball and socket joint of the hip gradually degenerates with age. This wear and tear of the joint causes swelling and stiffness which results in pain.

2. Obesity - Excessive body weight results in excessive pressure on the hip joint. Due to the development of excessive pressure on the joint, an obese/overweight woman may experience pain on the hip joint.

3. Osteoporosis - Mostly found in older women, osteoporosis is a condition in which the density of the bones reduces. As a result of which, the hip joint becomes weak and is unable to withstand the weight of the entire upper body and gives rise to extreme pain.

4. Bursitis - A sac-like structure cushioning the muscles and bones around the hip joints, filled with some sort of fluid is known as bursae. The inflammation of bursae is a condition called bursitis, which results in extreme pain in the hip joint.

5. Gynecological issues - Pregnancy leads to excessive pressure on the hip joint due to weight gain and growth of the lining of the uterus, resulting in pelvic tenderness. Both of these factors induce a feeling of pain in the hip joint in a pregnant woman.

I am pregnant with placenta accreta how much chance are there of removal of uterus.

It depends on your actual scan /mri findings. Most important however is the findings during you delivery. If the placenta is badly stuck to the utertine wall so that separation is impossible or its partially separated and you bleed heavily from the placental bed there is a very high chance of hysterectomy. If there is no bleeding your uterus can be preserved and you can be treated with a injection called methotrexate to dissolve the placental tissue. But you will need long term monitoring and there is always a small possiblity of needing emergency hysterectomy later for infection or bleeding. This is not practiced a lot in india though.

It safe to have sex after 18-20 weeks till 38-30 weeks provided there are no issues with the mother and baby it is imp to check with gyn the frequency if all is okay depends on HER comfort.

I am a very exercise loving person. I alternatively run and do jumprope. Is it okay to do such exercise during periods?

No any physical exertion during menses should be completely stopped n exercise is a strict no. Take rest as much as you can take. Exercising during menses will cause irregularity of menses, scanty menses etc. In the long run.
