Juvenile Arthritis - Top Homeopathic Remedies For It!

Inflammatory, chronic and systemic ailments can cause joint or connective tissue damage throughout the body along with fever, rash, hepato-spleenomegaly and arthritis in children. Juvenile arthritis is a persistent inflammatory disease that stays for at least 6 weeks and starts at an early age of less than 16 years with no particular cause detected for the same. This is more commonly found in among girls and is associated with physical as well as emotional stress and triggers any or a combination of symptoms such as irritability, listlessness, discomfort in walking, loss of weight without any apparent reason, loss of appetite, fever, swelling and pain in joint regions. In case your child is suffering from these problems, homeopathy can be of good help.

Homeopathy treats a patient as a whole along with his or her pathological conditions. The homeopathic medicines are prescribed after a complete evaluation and case-analysis of an individual that includes the clinical history of the child, physical as well as mental constitution. Some of the most commonly opted homeopathic medicines for treating juvenile arthritis are-

  1. Abrotanum: If your child is having trouble in moving causing marasmus of lower parts along with lameness and soreness, which is worse in the morning then this medicine, can help him or her. It is also effective in curing marasmus in children with remarkable emaciation, particularly of the leg where the skin is flabby and swung loose in multiple folds. Sometimes these symptoms are also added with constipation and diarrhoea where this medicine can be opted for.
  2. Aconite: In case the arthritis is causing drawing and tearing pains along the limbs with violent and acute pulling in the joint regions and bones, then Aconite can help. This medicine is normally recommended for acute arthritis in young people who lead a sedentary life with plethoric habit.
  3. Apis: When the juvenile arthritis causes swelling in the knee area with stringing soring pain then Apis can mitigate the pain. The pain can spread in the back portion and limbs with tired, bruised feeling and numbness in hands and finger tips. Sometimes hives are also formed with oedematous swellings along with intolerable itching as a symptom of juvenile arthritis. Apis is prescribed in all such cases.

If your child is suffering from this painful discomfort, then you must take him or her to a certified homeopathic doctor instead of administering the medicine without professional advice. With persistent treatment, your child will be able to lead a normal, healthy life like his or her peers and be completely relieved from the suffering.

I am 24 years old. I have a personal question. Few days ago when I was trying to masturbate I found blood in my fingers. I never saw this when my husband did it. Is it just due to a nail scratch or something serious?

Hmmm, yes nail scratch on the skin or internal vaginal linning can be one cause. Sometimes it can be pre menses spotting. It can be also due to dry vagina. Get a check up if it happens again, and yes, cut your nails!

If you are aware of fertile and non fertile periods and had taken requisite precaution, then there should not be any risk of pregnancy. Even then, you will have to wait for the next periods to be confirmed.

Lack Of Lubrication During Sex - How To Manage It?

Lack Of Lubrication During Sex - How To Manage It?

Although there is a misconception that younger women do not require lubrication during intercourse the truth is that all women would require lubricants to ease out the process and enjoy the pleasure in place of feeling unbearable pain and discomfort while having sex. Many people use different types of substances for the process of intercourse although the right type of product can make the real difference.

What causes vaginal dryness?
The levels of vaginal secretions vary from one woman to another, and it can be largely affected by stress, depression and anxiety along with relationship problems. Sometimes hormonal changes triggered by contraception, menstruation, pregnancy and breastfeeding may also contribute to vaginal dryness. It has also been reported that medical conditions like high blood sugar, high blood pressure, immune disorders and complete hysterectomy may lead to such troubles as well. It is also important to note here that women require more stimulation than men and in such cases, lack of proper foreplay may cause pain and discomfort while having intercourse.

What is lubrication useful for?
There are many reasons why many people show no interest in sex which includes fatigue, discomfort and pain which doesn’t make sex as pleasurable as it should be. First of all, it is important to dispel the myth that lubricants are only required for alleviating a sexual problem. The truth is that many women regardless of whether they are young or old suffer from dryness in the vagina which becomes very embarrassing to be discussed with anyone or seek aid. Most people believe that the younger women should always be wet and when they are suffering from vaginal dryness, it is a sign of some serious underlying condition.

What are the different types of lubricants?
According to a study, it has been reported that 9 out of 10 women feel that use of lubrication during intercourse not only makes the intercourse feel more comfortable but also makes it more pleasurable compared to not having used any kind of lubrication. Not only that, a proper lubrication can make the intercourse a lot more comfortable for men too. It also helps in preventing damage or abrasion caused to the delicate tissues of both male and female genitals. And it goes without saying that a couple can enjoy sexual intercourse and make it last longer when it feels comfortable.
With different types of lubricants to select from, it is imperative that you must consider the most suitable option as some people may develop allergic reactions from the lubricants and feel a burning or tingling sensation.

Some of the most common types of lubricants include:
Water-based lubricants are considered the safest of all options and are inexpensive and non-staining. One can also use them with the diaphragms or other protective measures. The water-based lubricants can also be washed off after use and are known to leave the skin nourished and smooth after use. On the other hand, the oil-based lubricants make the skin silky and smooth owing to their thick consistency. Before you choose any product, it is recommended to speak to an expert who will help you choose the best lubricant for your needs.

Dear, In Ayurveda it is termed as KAMSHITALTA. According to Ayurveda Kapha dosha is responsible for sexual disorders such as frigidity. In frigidity, functions of sukra dhatu and Ojus are disturbed. CHARAK SAMHITA says blindly trying to do better in bed is less useful than improving the basic relationship. So talk to your partner about your problems, hopes and fears and try to solve them together.
