Avoid taking stress because though you are not helped in any way but stress will deteriorate your mental stress. So chill down, have increased water intake and take fresh fruits daily.

Dear user. Female vagina is elastic. You should always go for 10 minutes of foreplay before inserting your penis. That will ease the pain. Take care.

My wife 's cousin suffering from breast pain and she is 15 years old she is living jakarta with parents could please tell me there is a doctor who join lybra+e and they comfortable to talk.

MCh - Surgical Oncology, FEBS - Fellow of European Board of Surgical Oncology
Oncologist, Navi Mumbai
Breast pain in 15 year old can be due to 1) breast enlargement which is very common at her age 2) related to menses. Could be cyclical or non cyclical 3) pain may be due to bone disease which is under the breast. Ask for a careful history keeping these in mind. Most likely the pain is physiological related to increase in breast size.

The reason could be some infections occurring from your husband. Get blood sugar test done. Continue lactacyd and avoid normal soap in vaginal area. You and your husband both needs drug treatment together.

Women who use emergency contraceptive pills have some irregularity and menstrual disturbance for a few months after taking them. Ipill is an emergency contraceptive pill and it contains a high dose of hormones which once ingested disturbs the normal hormonal pattern of the woman and this causes many menses disturbances like excess or scanty bleeding at menses, inter menses bleeding, or delayed menses. So what you are suffering is a consequence of taking ipill. If you are indulging in frequent sex, then the bestw ay to prevent such problem and prevent pregnancy is to use condoms and / or oral contraceptive pills. Which is more better than emergency pills.

Hello doctor, my daughter suffers from menorrhagia for the last fourteen years, since her periods started. Her period starts but doesn't stop on its own. She is advised by the doctors to take primolut-n to stop it. She gets relief for one or two months and again the same problem. All test done. Everything normal. Slight pcod. It is also a recent development. Please help. Her age is 29. She is married for four years. No kids.

M.B.S.(HOMEO), MD - Homeopathy
Homeopath, Visakhapatnam
Causes of menorrhagia there are many possible causes of heavy menstrual bleeding. They include: hormonal imbalance, particularly in estrogen and progesterone; this is most common in adolescents who recently began their periods and women who are getting close to menopause. Hormonal imbalance may also occur if there is a problem in the function of the ovaries. Fibroids or noncancerous tumors of the uterus; fibroids typically occur during childbearing years. Miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy -- the implantation of a fertilized egg outside the uterus, such as in the fallopian tube use of blood thinners problems with a non-hormonal intrauterine device (iud) used for birth control adenomyosis, a condition in which the glands from the lining of the uterus become imbedded in the muscular wall of the uterus; this is most likely to occur in middle-aged women who have had several children. Pelvic inflammatory disease (pid), an infection of the uterus, fallopian tubes, and other organs of the reproductive system uterine, ovarian, and cervical cancer; these are rare but possible causes of heavy menstrual bleeding. Other medical conditions that can prevent normal blood clotting, including liver, kidney, or thyroid disease, and bleeding or platelet disorders. Use homeopathic drug like trillium pendulam 200 three doses.

Christmas Cake - 8 Fascinating and Healthy Facts About it

Christmas Cake - 8 Fascinating and Healthy Facts About it

Christmas would be incomplete without a delicious Christmas plum cake. This lovely cake is rich in fresh and dried fruits and is soaked in brandy or orange liquor. Preparations for this cake often start a month before Christmas as the fruits are cut and soaked in alcohol until it is time to bake them. Here are 8 fascinating facts about this Christmas cake.

  1. It has a really long shelf life: Christmas cake or fruitcake can last for months and years. This may be because of the alcohol content in the cake. Many families keep aside a part of the Christmas cake to be eaten during Easter. The longevity of this cake is also why it is the perfect packed food for hunters and travellers.
  2. It is packed with energy: Christmas cake has a high ratio of fruits to flour and hence is packed with nutrients. On the flip side, this isn’t a cake you want to snack on as it can also increase your waistline.
  3. Naturally dried fruits are the key to a good Christmas cake: Christmas cake is said to be an acquired taste. However, the key to make a good Christmas cake is to avoid glazed and candied fruits and instead use naturally sweetened and dried fruits. This makes the cake healthier and much more wholesome.
  4. You can put any fruit into Christmas cake: Christmas fruit cake is an all inclusive cake. A Christmas cake can be made with fresh fruits, dried fruits or a mixture of the two. However, fresh fruit cake has a shorter life span than dried fruit cake.
  5. It gets better with time: Like wine, Christmas cake ages and tastes better with time. Christmas cake can also be revived, if it has dried out. For this, all you have to do is, steam the cake and drizzle a little more alcohol over it.
  6. It is a very old recipe: Christmas cake is said to date back to the Roman empire. The Romans used a mixture of pine nuts, barley, raisins, sweetened wine and pomegranate seeds to make a version of the Christmas cake known as satura. However, it was only in the 16th century that it gained popularity.
  7. The origins of Christmas cake lies in a meat pie: Christmas cake has evolved from the plum pudding. This plum pudding was originally a pie of mixed minced meats and fruits. With time, the meat was removed and only the fruits remained. Later, spice and dried fruits were added to the recipe to give us a modern day Christmas cake.
  8. Christmas cake was traditionally not eaten on Christmas day: Christmas cake was originally eaten on the twelfth day of Christmas. For this reason, it was also known as the twelfth night cake.

Massage your scalp daily. Massaging helps circulate blood and brings nutrients to the scalp. Put both your hands on the head and move your fingers in slow, circular motion. Massaging will make your scalp warm and tingly — it is an indicator that blood is flowing to the scalp which will help in hair growth.

I am feeling mysterious diffuse pain and discomfort in mine left breast. Nothing positive on investigations and test. All of a sudden this diffuse pain and discomfort troubles me alot. Few say. At the age of 45 setting of breast may be the cause. Or perimenopause symptoms. But really. The pain and discomfort I feel and face. Is unbearable. At that time it seems. As if I am not even able to breath properly. What can be the reason. How to get rid of this trouble or got it treated.

DNB, DGO, MBBS
Gynaecologist, Ghaziabad
Reasons for such a pain can be many, from gastritis to angina or heart problems, lump in the breast etc. Please get yourself checked up to find out the exact cause. Heart check up is important. Also, get a mammography done, which is a special x ray of breast. It is advised for all women after 45 years of age to detect any signs of breast cancer early.

Yes you should give her a pill as this technique of discharging outside while having unprotected sex is called COITUS INTERRUPTUS and is highly dangerous. For adopting this technique while having sex you should know regarding the safe and unsafe period of your Gf menstrual cycle and if Sexual contact is made in unsafe period ,even though you have ejaculated outside, you should immediately give her pill, afterall accidents dont happen with prior intimation.
