Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hello and thanks for writing. I can understand your concern and will try to help you in the best way possible. Prolonged cough can be due to various reasons like a pharyngitis or tonsillitis or bronchitis. In order to understand the nature of your complaints I would require a complete history from you. You may also need some tests like blood tests and throat swabs to get to a diagnosis. In the mean time you may increase your fluid intake, start steam inhalation and warm water gargles to help clear you throat.

Hye, thanks for the query. Just eating fruits or depending on a single food item to help gain weight is a totally wrong approach. Weight gain is about a wholesome dietary approach. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

sir in addition to sleeping pills start mind relaxation techaniques like meditation.start ur preparation for sleep early. avoid smoke tea coffee after 7pm .take hot water bath before sleep if not possible wash ur feet with warm water.drink warm milk.dont watch tv in evening hrs.try reading a good book. and give u a positive thought dat u r going to have a good sleep today.avoid lights in ur room. dont use mobile and net at night. good luck

It is reported that I am having varicose veins on both feet. Right foot has swellings with skin infection and decolourisation of the skin with itching etc. Too. My course for seizure disorder treatment is about 3 years, and medicins are VALCOT CR-300 & Neuroforte. Doctors told me take these meds for 3 years, 2 times a day. No. The medication that your are taking is good enough for control of seizure disorder. No matter what medications you take you are required to take them for at least 3 years, after the last seizure you had. Only when you do not have seizures for 3 years while on treatment, you can consider decreasing or stopping treatment on advise of your treating doctor.

Kegel Exercises - How Beneficial They are in Pregnancy?

Kegel is named after renowned gynaecologist Arnold Kegel. Kegel exercises are for the strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. You must continue doing Kegel exercises multiple times for several days, to begin to see changes and benefits.

4. Relieves abdominal cramps

7. Beneficial to those with constipation as kegel exercises help regulate bowel movements

Kegel exercises during pregnancy
During pregnancy, most women suffer from problems related to constipation, which can be kept in check by regular practice of kegel exercises. The strengthening of pelvic muscles is of utmost need during this time, as weakened muscles can lead to a major prolapse if they are unable to bear the weight of a baby. Strong pelvic muscles are required to have a healthy pregnancy. These exercises are useful in preparing the muscles for labour and childbirth. If you notice occasional leakage of urine during the third trimester, it is a warning sign of losing bladder control, which, if left untreated, can worsen during the post partum period. Regularly exercising can help prevent complications occurring due to pregnancy.

How To Do Kegel Exercise During Pregnancy?

Try to stop the flow of urine when you are sitting on the toilet without tightening your abdominal, buttock, or thigh muscles. When you're able to successfully start and stop urinating, or you feel the vaginal muscle contract, you are using your pelvic floor muscle, the muscle you should be contracting during Kegel exercises.

You can do Kegel exercises two ways: either by holding or quickly contracting the pelvic floor muscle. To do slow Kegels, contract the pelvic floor muscle and hold for three to 10 seconds. Then relax and repeat up to 10 times. To do fast Kegels, quickly contract and relax your pelvic floor muscle 25 to 50 times. Relax for 5 seconds and repeat the set up to four times.

Squatting: Squatting is helpful during labor because it opens the pelvic outlet an extra quarter to half inch, allowing more room for the baby to descend. But squatting is tiring, so you should practice it frequently during pregnancy to strengthen the muscles needed.

How to do Squatting? An exercise called a wall slide is especially helpful. Stand with your back straight against a wall, place your feet shoulder width apart and about six inches from the wall, and keep your arms relaxed at your sides. Slowly and gently slide down the wall to a squatting position (keeping your back straight) until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Hold the position for five to 10 seconds, slowly slide back to a standing position. Repeat five or 10 times.

Pelvic Tilt: What is it? Pelvic tilts strengthen abdominal muscles, help relieve backache during pregnancy and labor, and ease delivery. This exercise can also improve the flexibility of your back, and ward off back pain.

How to do Pelvic Tilt? You can do pelvic tilts in various positions, but down on your hands and knees is the easiest way to learn it. Get comfortabe on your hands and knees, keeping your head in line with your back. Pull in your stomach and arch your back upward. Hold this position for several seconds. Then relax your stomach and back, keeping your back flat and not allowing your stomach to sag. Repeat this exercise three to five times. Gradually work your way up to 10 repetitions.

These exercises can yield great benefits with minimal effort. The exercises require no special equipment except comfortable clothes, and a little space to do them.

Do not worry if you are not close to the goal when you begin. Pelvic muscles are like any other muscles in your body. They will become stonger only with time, consistency and mindful work.

Beware: If you sense any pain in your back or abdomen after doing a Kegel set, it is a sign of you not doing them properly. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a gynaecologist and ask a free question.

Hi doc, I am 25 years old. I am a introvert and i have had very few friends in all stages of my life. About 6 months back my life went as crazy as it could. There was a trip we planned but since i had some office stuff to take care of i cancelled in the last minute and they went without me. Two of them are dead and one went into coma and he still is. They are my best friends. I have 2 more one had to go to home town due to family issues. And the other one my best friend of all we were together for 7 years. He went out with my ex with who i was still in love with at that time, behind my back. Didn't say anything to me. Untill i found it out myself. Then i said him that i don't like what he is doing. But he was too much into it, so he couldn't stop. I had sleepless nights for months, 4 months to be exact. I'll cry most of the nights, while he is in the next room talking with her all night. Then i wanted to get better i did everything i could and i got better too. Then i met another girl who is the best friend of my friend the one who went behind my back. I know her even before this incident. But we kind of started liking each other and it's all going well. I really like her, but for me it's like mostly physical. I mean i really like her. She wants to marry me and all. But i am confused about this. Whether this is just a lust or love for me. Will i regret this after marraige things like that. I have to talk to parents. That keeps running in my head all day long. I'm worried. My ex dumped my friend now and got some other guy i guess. I feel so happy about it. It's like i love seeing him suffer for what he did to me. I have never hurt anyone in my life before. All these trauma is pulling me down. I just survive the day i don't know what i am gonna do the tomorrow.
