Hi. I am 26. I have a combined skin type. I had a fair and glowing skin tone and now it has become very dull and 2 shades darker skin tone. Since I get small small acnes (like white heads) in my face very often, it has left blemishes, dark spots (on nose and forehead) and open pores in my nose and cheeks. I am using cetaphil cleanser regularly and I can keep the acnes in control for some extent. However, even though my skin feels dry sometimes, I am unable to use any moisturizer as it breaks me out with small small pimples. Most of suggested to use a scrub and I tried with Neutregena (non-comedegenic) pore cleaning scrub for twice and that has broke me out as well. So, I stopped using scrub, creams and moisturizer completely except a cleanser. But, day by day my face color looks dull and kind of darker with blemishes, dark spots and few small acnes. All I am trying to have is clear, even toned and moisturized skin. Please let me know the way to attain it.
Hello doctor my mom is 48 years old. She suffered from dengue in the month of September. And after around a month she got headache, fever and pain in whole body which she got tested for chickengunia but it was negative and Dr. said that it is like dengue only. Hello, for good health and to overcome skin problems with type of bathing means cold water bathing or hot water bathing is essential and which type of soap is best. Kindly requesting you please give the best tips to overcome those skin problems. Skin problems means I don't know that name in English in Kannada it's called" beli chibbu" and also some pimples in face and back shoulders. Any one please give suggestions to overcome these problems.
1) Recognize the early warning signs of dehydration.
These can include dark yellow urine, loss of energy, dizziness, loss of coordination, cramps, headaches, or unusual fatigue. If left untreated, more extreme symptoms can occur.
2) Allow for acclimation.
Acclimation is the body's adaptation to a hot environment. Slowly increase practice intensity and duration over the first two weeks of training. Most cases of heat illness occur in the first 2 to 3 days of training.
3) Drink up.
Once acclimated, fluid intake needs to be greater because sweat losses will be higher.
4) Have fluids within arm's reach.
Fluids should be easily accessible during workouts, practices and games.
5) Don't rely on thirst.

8) Exercise in the morning or evening.
This is when the weather is coolest. Also, avoid the direct sun to minimize radiant heat from the sun and hot playing surfaces.
9) Dress for the weather.
Keeping cool in hot weather means wearing fewer clothes and frequently removing gear like helmets during breaks.
10) Break it up.
Increase the frequency and duration.
