I have some pain near the outer part of my right chest. It has swelled and it has become very hard and it is painful.
Dear lybrateuser, - Your problem could be due to bony or soft tissue disorder - apply hot fomentation three times a day on the affected area - apply pain relief gel, lightly on the affected area three times a day - take pain relief tablet after meals if pain is more - do not bend, lift weight or exercise till pain & swelling subsides - do x- ray chest to find out exact cause, consult a doctor.

Doctor I have been suffering from mild left ventricle systolic dysfunction. Doctors asked me to do an angiography but it was not done because I have been again diagnosed with 12 mm kidney stone. Is it possible to do an angiography under such conditions. Please advise.

Yes angiography can be done. If angiography is normal then get this stone removed by RIRS by a urologist.

Avoid medicines for correcting laboratory numbers. This medicine benefits patients after having blockage illness, not before falling sick. Cholesterol should be constantly above 300 before starting this medicine. I suggest you learn about good health from healthy ninety year olds, don't believe anyone else.

Hi sir, Considering your age your BP is ok. A good walk for an hour a day and reducing deep fry, oily food items, increasing good amounts and varieties of fruits and vegetables. Having green cucumbers and soaked and sprouted groundnuts, walnuts is also good fr u. Concentrate on your mental health condition and do something good to keep you happy, work on your hobbies. Hope my answer is useful. Have a healthy life.

Avoid excess salt in diet take 8-10 glass water daily avoid fried and spicy food and coffee take a nutritious diet and a early morning walk start doing kapal bhati pranayam daily for 15 minutes. To start with do for 3-5 minutes nd slowly increase upto 15 minutes. The procedure for doing this asana is o sit in a comfortable crossed leg posture, sukasana (using padmasana or vajrasanais the best) and keep your back straight. Rest your hands on the knees using gyana mudra or chin mudra. O inhale deeply trough your nose, this will expand you abdomen. O exhale using a great force so that your abdominal muscles contract to the maximum o these exhalations are similar to your breath outs, but they should be forceful o make sure while exhaling, the air should be pushed out of your lungs by contracting the diaphragm o after exhalation again do inhalation, but this time with out any effort. To do this just relax your lungs, they will automatically expand and fill with air o one cycle of kapalabhati pranayama include one deep inhalation, then forceful exhalation and an effortless inhalation. O a learner can practice up to three rounds, each with 15 exhalations. Small breaks between each round are allowed.

First of all your weight is too much in excess. If you can bring it to 70 kgs a lot if your problems can be solved. Go for a walk. Reduce food intake to about 1500 calories. If you want more details about diet send a private question.
