Gaanth means a lump or a nodule. You need to be investigated by mammography or ultrasound of breast and fine needle biopsy of the gaanth, the nodules. Get blood tested for anemia and infection and sugar. Bp can be controlled by medicine but do get checked for nodules in breast and get back here with reports. You will get more guidance.

I got my TSH value 10 times high and cholesterol increased too and less vitamin D. Cold senstivity, weakness feeling, fat/weight increasing are effects I see in my body. I do not have much junk food usually, do exercise (40-45 mins dance) approx 3 times a week. But no improvement on fat though it always helped me previously. Kindly help out what should my intake to balance my body nutrients.

Dear, To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

You are underweight also. Get thyroid profile, cbc blood test + sugar test, chest x ray, monteaux test & gt back here with reports. Tests for heart will be suggested later after ruling out the cause of being underweight like anemia, infections of a thyroid disease.

At 21, may be you have lots of doubts about heart health. Why not get investigated for basics like ecg, echo, stress test and blood test for sugar and total lipids. You are underweight for your height 5.8 kg and only 50 kg. Get thyroid profile done also. Get back here with details about sudden loss of weight and appetite and low grade fever. More guidance will be suggested after you get back with details asked from you and reports.

Hi, blood pressure is checked by a medical instrument called'sphygmomanometer' which tells you 2 readings- upper (systolic) and lower (diastolic). Ideally the blood pressure should be checked once a day at the same time of the day daily if you want to make a note or maintain a chart initially. Once you will get an idea about the range of your blood pressure, can check once a week or may be once in 15 days or once a month until you face any signs or symptoms.

I guess you mean right coronary artery. Angioplasty is procedure in which a special balloon is passed across the blockage and dilated. After that a stent is implanted there to keep blockage open.

You might be suffering from fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is characterised by generalised body pain with flu like symptoms. It is common in females of middle age group. Please quit smoking. Smoking is more dangerous then we think. Please see doctor to examine you and do some test. Smoking can also cause sexual problems. There are some nicotine chewing gums available in market to help you with quitting smoking. Take care.

Heart attack has a hereditary predisposition. You should be careful. 1. Avoid stress, anxiety 2. Go for regular aerobic exercise like running/jogging/swimming/cycling/brisk walk for 1 hour daily exercise 3. Avoid sedentary life style 4. Control obesity (over weight)/hypertension/diabetis 5. Avoid smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption 6. Avoid excess oily, fatty, cholesterol rich diet, junk food 7. Have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily 8. Do yoga, pranayama, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 9. Lead a healthy and positive living style.

Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. give him cap. ecosprin gold-20 once at night for 30 days. it is harmful to his heart. Avoid bad habits i.e. Avoid fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. to burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. as half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. 5 Fast Ways To Lose Your Belly ========================= 1. Fuel Up Foods rich in protein help you build muscle, while soluble fiber – found in oats, beans, fruits, and veggies – shrinks belly fat. A study from Wake Forest found that for every 10-gram increase in soluble fiber people ate daily (about two small apples, a serving of oatmeal, a half cup of pinto beans, and a half cup of peas), their belly fat decreased by almost 4% over five years. 2. Fiber Adding ground flaxseed to your diet – mix a teaspoon or two into cereal or yogurt – helps prevent constipation. (It’s hard to have flat abs if your pipes are backed up.) To avoid stomachaches, increase fiber slowly and up your water intake, . 3. Cardio In a Duke University study of 196 sedentary, overweight adults, aerobic training significantly reduced deep belly fat and also burned more visible midsection flab. To maximize the benefit with a minimum time commitment, try interval training, suggests exercise physiologist Jessica Matthews of the American Council on Exercise. Start with a 1:2 ratio (jog 30 seconds, then walk briskly for a minute), aiming for 150 minutes weekly. 4. Stand Up Straight Standing tall, with tummy and butt tucked in, automatically makes your front look flatter. These two moves help you pull it off. Do each two to three times per week; work up to three sets of 12 reps. Even sitting up straight on a daily basis, instead of slouching over as you watch TV or are on your phone, will help you build up your muscles around your stomach. Just think about it: you’re doing a light version of a plank, standing up! 5. Strengthen Your Core Glute Bridge: Lie on back with bent knees, feet on floor. Lift butt, drawing pelvis to the ceiling without arching back. Lower butt down slowly. Bird Dog: From all fours, extend one arm and the opposite leg to shoulder and hip height simultaneously, keeping shoulders and hips squared to the floor. Lower slowly to start, and repeat on opposite side. Front Plank: Lie on stomach, with forearms on floor and hands palm-down on either side of chest. Tuck toes, lift legs, tighten abs, and raise body to a modified push-up position, keeping forearms on the floor. Hold five seconds, then lower. Repeat three times. Work up to holding for 20 seconds each time. Half-Kneel Lift: Kneel on right knee, with left foot forward and left knee at 90-degree angle. Hold a soccer ball with both hands at right hip. Without rotating body, slowly bring ball up and across until it’s above left shoulder and slightly behind you. Return to start. Do two to three sets of eight to 12 reps on each side.
