I am 66 years old I have heavy pigmentation on face can it be removed by Homeopathy medicine.
Hello. Heavy pigmentation in your age could be because of many reasons. So, get thorough body check up done and share the reports with me. Meantime, you can start using Bioforce's Blooume - 55 ointment (for clear skin) twice daily and also use some good branded sunscreen, 20-30 minutes before stepping out under the sun.

Loosing 50 to 100 strands on daily basis is normal. This is because our growth: fall ratio is 80: 20.20%of our hair are always in fall phase. They will go on oiling, washing and combing. Oil and shampoo has the function of conditioning the scalp. They will treat the hair fall which happens from root. If it is breakages then it will help to control that. There are various reasons for hair fall. Nutritional deficiency, stress, thyroid, diabetes, malaria, typhoid etc are few causative reasons for hair fall. It is important to understand the cause. Diet plays a major role in controlling hair fall. Food rich in protein, mineral and iron will always support the hair. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist for hair fall.

Hello, I want to straight my hair permanent for that indulekha bring hair oil is best or any other products can I use...
Natural tips to straighten your hair with time - 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

I get rashes that looks like goosebumps and feels really rough to tough. Especially the parts of my thighs, the outer side of the thighs and upper arms outer part. What can be done? please help me out. It' s really iritating and very rough.

PG Hom, London, BHMS

Hi, a picture of your rashes will really help in diagnosing and giving you the solution to your problem. The description sounds more like lichen spinulosus or keratosis pilaris. But a bit elaboration of the symptoms and a picture will help more.

Im losing my hair. Please tell me the method to stoop it and .which shampoo must be used.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Im losing my hair. Please tell me the method to stoop it and .which shampoo must be used.
Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You can start the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of homeopathic sulphur 200, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic selenium 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic natrum mur 6x tablets, thrice daily. Just chew the tablets as those tablets are sweet in taste. 4) take homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. So I would suggest you to consult me privately via lybrate as it is very necessary to diagnose the proper underlying cause of your problem if you are wishing for a permanent relief from your problems. A permanent annihilation of the underlying cause of the disease will not only provide you relief from your troubles but it will also cease any chance of further relapse of that particular disease condition.
