I am very weak student in my class 12th commerce. My height is just 5.1-2 Feet How can I gain height. We also went PGI chandigarh 2years ago. They Said Growth Failure. What can I do.

There are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Include protein in your diet. Protein strengthens hair and controls hair falling. Eat a high protein diet filled with meat, fish, eggs, avocados, nuts, and beans, or add protein supplements to your drinks.

My one year baby is not eating anything these days. He only loves to drink water. Even he don't like milk, very low quantity of milk he take. Normally he ate everything. I think it's all due to this summer season. Still m worried about his health. What should I do? What should I offer him to eat that he will like.

Try to give all seasonal fruits to your baby. Give milk him regularly two time at least and protein and iron rich diet he need must. Give him rice and pulses.

I am 42 years old age and I have a problem of constipation, headache, acidity, lack of sleep, back pain. I use before going to sleep constipation powder with lukewarm water to clear in morning but with this I feel I can have a side effect. I want naturally I should get motion early morning, for this any solution let me know. I get headache when my stomach is not clean. I get acidity when I have coffee once in a day and I take coffee only to get relief from headache and stomach clean. Give me correct solution to my constipation.

Hello lybrate user, - all the problems you have mentioned are all interlinked to one another, so have to get the solution to solve all of them not one by one - 1st thing you have to do is to correct your food habits and lifestyle - avoid outside food, take freshly prepared home food always - avoid heavy food in the night - take a glass of butter milk after meals - take a glass of warm water before going to bed - take a walk after meals, never go to bed immediately after food - take hingwashtaka churna 1spoon with warm water twice a day before food - dhanwantara vati 1-0-1 before food - triphala ras 20 ml with warm water after food follow this for 10 days. You will be fine after this. Thank you.

Hi, welcome to lybrate. I am here to help you. Most causes of sleeplessness are due to wrong habits and the good news is that it is very very easy to cure them 1. You have to first have a natural circadian rhythm a. Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. B. And wake at the same time 2. Food a. Do not take coffee or tea after 6 pm b. Milk can be taken 3. Light a. Cover the windows and doors with curtains and avoid light b. Avoid watching tv lying in bed c. Avoid mobile phones / tablets 4. Exercise a. Walk for 45 minutes after dinner b. Take a bath after that hope you found the answer helpful. Presence of a few moles here & there without any symptom can be considered harmless. Just note if there is any change in size or color of these moles and also appearance of any new mole in the body.
