I very often get clients in their twenties who report of memory problems which typically affect their studies or work. Many of them have already got several tests done such as vitamin b12 levels, thyroid hormone levels, hemoglobin and so on which are all normal. So what is this condition? as perplexing as it may sound, they do not have true memory issue. What they actually have is what is known as a registration deficit. Let us clarify this further using an example. Consider these two scenarios: scenario 1: 10 names are written on a blackboard and then accidentally erased. Those names are now lost and cannot be retrieved. Scenario 2: 10 names were about to be written but for some reason were not written at all on the blackboard. There is no question of retrieving those names. In both the above scenarios, the names are lost and not retrievable. A true memory problem is like scenario 1 where names are entered into the brain and then lost. This is commonly seen in old age conditions such as dementia. The registration deficit is like the scenario 2 where the names were not entered into the brain in the first place. This happens in youngsters due to concentration difficulties. But just as the final outcome of unable to retrieve names is common to both scenarios, so too, the registration deficit gives the impression of a poor memory. So what are the common causes of this registration deficit? well they include anxiety or depression usually. So the good news that automatically follows is that it can be easily treated!

GO HIGH ON PROTEIN, VEGETABLES & INCLUDE GOOD FAT IN YOUR DIET – To control your calorie intake and diet quantity, you must introduce protein rich food, low carb vegetables, and healthy fat to your diet. This way you will keep yourself satiated for an extended period, which will further decrease your appetite. With decreased appetite, you will eat in less quantity without gaining weight or putting on fat. Consuming food rich in healthy fat will help you gain enough energy to function without any health issues. This way you achieve the medium carb eating range of 20 to 25 grams per day. Protein increases metabolism rate which will help you lose around 60 to 100 calories per day. When your stomach is full, you will likely eat less. A proper protein rich diet eliminates late night hunger pangs and will keep you away from unnecessary binging. You can include the following rich in protein food items in your diet: Eggs- They are a good source of high amounts of omega 3 which boosts metabolism. Adding a bit of fat content in your diet will help you continue with the diet plan. If you resort to low carb along with low or no fat diet, then you will give up quickly. Do not be afraid of adding healthy fats in your diet, as good fat rich diet will be entirely consumed and exhausted by your body in the form of energy. You may include these fats in your food- Olive Oil Avocado oil Tallow Coconut oil It is important to mix these diet elements to have the best results. If you continue this diet, your calorie intake will be within its range, which is 20 to 25 grams. It will lower insulin level in your body, and you will lose weight faster.

Hi, she is suffering with her hand from last 15 years, she already treatments with many Dr. S but not found any good result. Her problem is that all hand Pam skin is very rough n some time many cut and bleeding and very small small bubbles in her hand, she not able to do any work and little pain also. Hi. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) sleep upto 10.30 pm, 5) avoid coffee and tea, A) use evenshade cream of charak pharma, B) take 30 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA before meals, C) take ½ tsf of nimbadi churna after meals, Do all things for 30 days.
