Best Penis Enlargement Foods Onions – Research shows that onions are great for creating healthy blood flow circulation throughout the body to the heart. Furthermore, onion consumption helps prevent blood clotting. But what people seldom realize is that onions help not only blood flow to the heart, but also with blood flow to the penis. Salmon – Like we touched on in the case with onions, foods that generate a healthy blood flow are proven to help you attain a stiffer erections. Eating salmon is no exception. Rich in Omega 3 and other fatty oils, salmon is great for thinning blood, which in turn helps generate a healthier blood flow. Bananas – Good for your heart and for your blood flow, bananas are our #1 recommended food for penis enlargement. Broccoli – You probably won’t notice any increases in penis girth or width, but broccoli is a great vegetable for strengthening your pelvic muscles. If you don’t like broccoli, try sweet potatoes, tomatoes, or even carrots. Low Fat Yogurt – Natural penis enlargement foods often contain high amounts of lean proteain. Low fat yogurt most certainly fits this criteria. Dark Chocolate – Dark chocolate contains flavonol, a phytochemical in a variety of plant-based foods and beverages. But what most people don’t realize is that foods with flavonol, like dark chocolate, are useful for increasing blood flow to the penis. Plus dark chocolate tastes good! Longjack — Also known as Tongkat ali and pasak bumi, longjack is a Southeast Asian shrub that helps improve libido. The scientific community has only recently started to notice that it can potentially increase testosterone levels, and researchers at South Africa’s University of the Western Cape recently found that longjack improves testosterone levels and muscular strength in physically active seniors – a population that typically struggles with low testosterone. Enugreek — Often found in Indian, Turkish, and Persian cuisine, studies have found fenugreek to improve testosterone levels, and in particular, sexual performance. Testosterone levels increased for 90% of the volunteers, sperm morphology improved for 14.6%, and more than 50% of volunteers experienced improvements in mental alertness, mood, and libido. Furthermore, another study found that men experienced a higher number of morning erections, and had sex more often after taking a dose of 600 mg per day for 12 weeks. Oh, and fenugreek also improved the sex drive in women too.

What should I do? but there is no pain. This question is answered by a doctor. He said me to consult an ent specialist and I consulted, the ent doc said that I have tonsils and my question is how to reduce tonsils and what are the causes of tonsils.

Hi it would be due to pharyngitis/tonsilitis/urti. Tonsils are part of human body in everyones throat. Kindly remove that taught that it will cause big issues. Only when it gets infected it causes problems. Kindly do routine infectr tonsils. Ion investigations and examination of tonsils by an ent doctor. Hello Doctor, I am 25 year old man and I have suffering from fever last night. what should I do? please tell me.

AUTLS, CCEDM, MD - Internal Medicine, MBBS
General Physician, Faridabad
Hello Doctor, I am 25 year old man and I have suffering from fever last night. what should I do? please tell me.
Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) bathsmay help bring down a fever  -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc.  -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport.  -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Hey. If you feel your throat is getting dry frequently, then try to drink plenty of water everyday. Sip small amounts of water through out the day. If at all you have any throat irritation or itchiness, then you can try doing warm salt water gargles. You can drink plenty of water/fruit juices or hot fluids like tea/ coffee/ soups, to get some relief. Take care.)
