Hi, Take tab Lakshmivilasa Ras 1tab thrice a day and tab. Kutaja parpati vati 1tab thrice a day after food for stopping loose motions. Instill 2drops of Opthocare eye drops into the eyes 3 times a day which relieves eye pain.

pain in throat may be due to allergy cum infection in throat. Through examination of throat is required. If required after taking throat swab for culture and sensitivity, accordingly antibiotics and antihistamincs, analgesics can be given.

Sir, I have heavy cough prob and chest inefection also some time very tough to breeth also now on doctor reffer mucinac600 is best I have side effect of sulpha content medicien it is useful to me having this tablet or any other remdy for asthama problems.

Mucinac is not reccommended for asthma. Get spirometry to confirm asthma. Try budamate 200 2 puff/twice/day with spacer.

If you have recurrent cold and sinusitis it is likely to be allergic in nature. Try to find out the cause of allergy and if possible avoid it. To exercise to increase your immunity.

So I don't have money to see a doctor. Just want a diagnosis. My throat has been sore for a few days, more severe everyday. I don't have any nasal drip or runny nose so it's not allergy or cold. It's just my throat is on fire from the back of my mouth to my chest, red as hell, I have some what pressure uneasy feeling on my chest, have a dry cough, what could it be?

I am having tonsillitis. A little of dust or smoke will irritate my throat. I wonder if an operation will be a permanent cure to this. Please suggest.

1. Do warm saline gurgling 2-3 times daily 2. Take throat lozenges, 3. Drink warm/cold fluid to ease pain 4. Have smooth/semi solid food, 5. Take adequate rest 6. Take a full course of antibiotic for 10 days after consulting ent specialist (to avoid recurrence), 7. Take analgesic like paracetamol/ibuprufen for throat pain 8. If recurrent symptoms causing upper air way obstruction/difficulty in swallowing, surgery- is indicated 9. Consult a good ent surgeon for endoscopic surgery//laser surgery.
