For a healthy body Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Peynoire's disease. Due to fibrous plaque deposition on that side of the penis. Penis bent to the left side. But, No worries, its self-resolving in most cases. Do not worry. It's normal. The size and shape do not matter much if the rest of the things are normal. Please read about the normal physiology of the human body and sexual health from the internet. You have to overcome lots of misinformation or myths propagated everywhere. Also, invest time in healthy habits. Avoid all types of stimulants like alcohol or tobacco. Avoid junk and outside food. Have more of natural food (with daily 2 servings of fruits and vegetables ). Drink enough water (8-10 glasses ). Exercise everyday as that can give strength and stamina to you with good sleep as an added benefit. Relax your mind by doing Yoga (meditation and pranayam ).

Im 27 years old male. When I was 23, I have used "skin light" cream which have to apply on face over night. It is best in result. I became very white. After stopped using it, my face became very dull than before. Black.now im looking like 28. My hair also became weak. Having hair fall also. Wrinkles occurred on my forehead. Dear user, First of all understand that no external application of products can give your permanent results. It is the quality of food + Exercises + Your genetics that determine your skin and hair health. I would advise you to start exercising daily + Yoga and have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables daily. Follow a normal skincare regimen - CTM. Use AHA glow face wash, then use sunscreen and then moisturise your skin.

Hello lybrate-user. According to your height height your weight is bit excess. As age advances our metabolic rate vl come down so it's better if you opt for doing something which suits you like Yoga / Brisk walk and keep urself fit & Stay healthy & look young. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hi. I am a non-vegetarian. Gym coach has suggested me to have meat or chicken for protein and amino acid gain. Just want to know which is better in all aspects of nutrition value? Some say chicken is good some say meat or mutton is good. So please guide for this. Will be thankful.

Hye Firstly understand that just including proteins is not going to help. Most people going to gym for workout get obsessed with protein intake. Protein needs depend on your diet, your exercise routine and lifestyle. You have to have a balance of all nutrients for the proteins to be absorbed for body building. Try to include all types of protein foods in your diet. Proteins have to be distributed equally in your diet to avoid indigestion. Generally depending on your needs it would not be good to go for red meats on a regular basis.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice,  half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Now a days, dengue and swine-flu fevers are prevailing which may need immediate hospitalisation. Get tested for these fevers. If this is only ordinary fever, take homoeo medicine belladonna 30 (6 to 8 pills) --3 times (hourly) in the morning and arsenicum alb 30---3 times (hourly) in the evening. If the fever continues after 1or 2 days, have a check-up with local doctor.
