Hi, nowadays, hair fall is a common phenomena. We should give little concern for this as the causes may differs. Usually it is due to dandruff, stress conditions, mal nutrition etc. Daily fall of 100 numbers of hair is normal. If it is more than that we have to take care of it. So make sure that you should clean your scalp daily. You should keep your towel and comb clean and keep it for you seperately.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Hey, it has been diagnosed that I have fibroadenoma in my left breast. Doctors told that its happen in teen age sometimes but not dangerous at all. I just want to know if this can become cancerous or not.

No fibroadenoma do not become cancerous. But there is no medical management for fibroadenoma. If it is symptomatic or bothering u cosmetically then u can get it removed surgically.

Mr. Lybrate-user, when diabetes is not in control, blood glucose level goes up. If glucose level goes over 180 mg/100 ml, then it appears in the urine. If still higher level is there in the blood then more glucose is filtered in to urine. When glucose is present in the bladder, it draws more water through omosis, this fills the urinary bladder more often. This causes more urge to urinate at nkigt. Hence strict blood sugar control is the only option in reducing urination at night. Plus uncotrolled diabetes also causes more thirst and water intake increases, it also contributes.

Dear , backache can be due to following reasons: 1) bad posture while sitting and bending 2) problem of herniated disc 3) muscle spasm 4) fascet lock 5) sacroilliac joint dysfunction 6) lumbo sacral hypo mobility so I request you to send me the x-ray of your lumber spine to diagnose properly. If it is due to postural muscle spasm, then it can be cured by postural correction.

Ok have you tried ivf interventional treatment for infertility. If you want conventional treatment with homeopathy consult privately. Take lycopodium 30x 4pills x tds x month. My consideration is that take constitutional medicines of homeopathic both of you for infertility.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

Going outdoor in sunlight leads to tanning. Use a good quality sunscreen with atleast 30 spf, apply it atleast 15-20 min before moving out. Avoid going outdoor during peak sunlight hours. Kindly revert back with image of the affected area for better advice.

Hello, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days.

As per the data given by you you are 87 kg and at 6 feet height, this is ok, but it is in excess: height 183 cm [6 ft 0 inch (es)] weight87 kg [191.8 lb] your body mass index (bmi) is 25.97 your ideal weight range based on your bmi is between 61.95 kg and 83.39 kg even if you take an average of this, it will be 71kg, so by this you will realise that you are overweight. And when anyone is having excess weight, it is due to body fat. Breast tissue is basically just body fat accumulation. In a lady there are glands in the breast which are there for milk production. As a mammal we have breasts but he functional milk production tissue is absent in the male. So do not worry. What you have is excess fat and thats accumulated usually in tummy, buttocks and thighs and around chest. If you go for exercises, where in you have weight loss and muscle development, then you will burn out the fat and chisel your body into the shape you want. So go for weight loss workout and let it be a combination of weight training and cardiovascular exercises so that you gain both weight (fat) loss and a good form and physique to look better. Estrogens are usually not present in large quantities in men. And they do not cause breast development in men! small amounts of estrogen that are present in male body play a role in sexual drive and hence is necessary. So there is no need to worry about" getting rid of all estrogen" in your body.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

I am 29 but still not settled well in my career as I was busy in my higher education and now people started asking me to get marry but I don't want to I need 2 more years to settled down my question is why senior people ask me to get marry soon otherwise it will be to complicated for you? Does age effects the sexual life if you are not functional? Is it true that I'll face some physical and hormonal problems after 30 to have sex and conceiving a baby as I hadn't yet. Please help all these questions are forcing me to have sex before marriage. What should I do? One more thing I want to tell you that once I fell in love with a man truly but still not get excited to have sex with him after his so many efforts I never get seduced at that time. But after passing a year of this relationship I have started feeling about him in my dreams but I can never ask him for this as we have broke up now after knowing the fact that he is married since 9 years and he is 38. He cheated on me. When I found out his reality then I somehow manage myself to make distance from him. And end this relationship in sake of his wife and kids whether I still love him. He was the only man of my life for whom I felt this much else I had never seen or touch a guy because I never feel for anyone or interested in guys. Now what to do how to control myself to not missing or contacting him. Please help. I am ruining my career too because of these odds in my life. I am feeling helpless. First of all it is okay to have a desire to move ahead and progress in career. And age don't have much to do your desire or ability to engage and enjoy sex. Many women have given birth to their child is early 30s so that is also not an issue you may still visit gynecologist and get checked for your satisfaction. Now about the guy who is married and have kids. You need to forget about him and move on. Now it is easier said than done. So what could you do? you can have a very concrete goal for next 2 years about where you want to be in your career and you ca also focus on what kind of person you want to get married to have how do you see your marries life. See in order to say no to something you must have a burning desire (yes) for something else. You need to create that burning yes. Working with psychologist or a life coach for few months will help you refocus and bring your energy back to your life your happiness and your satisfaction. Creams make skin more oily. You should use saslic face wash and avoid using creams. If your face gets dry in winter, then also use aloe vera based creams or gel on face.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
