I am 20 years old. I had an unprotected sex with my boyfriend and soon after this I took I PILL within 4 hrs and now I am suffering from it's side effects. Tell me how to reduce the side effects. And one of it's side effect is delayed period then how will I confirm myself that I am not pregnant or is there any kind of abortion pill you suggest.

If you have missed the periods then do urine pregnancy test. Repeat again after one week if still no menses. Usually periods are delayed by 2 weeks due to I pill. If still no periods then see a gyanec for this.

What preparation should be done before pregnancy and what diet should be followed? And how to avoid miscarriage in first trimester?

Hi avoid sex, travelling, heavy work during first trimester. It increases chances of abortion. U can have anything in food as at this time you are not much receptive due to vomiting. So eat whatever you want to have. Just avoid cough and constipation.

If your menses are irregular then 1st do the usg (abdomen-pelvis) to rule out pcod or any physiacal abnormality. To normalise the menses first you have to go through the basti or appropriate shodhan therapy as per your prikriti, for that visit your nearest ayurvedic doctor. Until then take tab. Chandraprabha vati 2 tabs tqice a day before food. Liq. Dashmoolarishta 3 tsf with same amount of water, before food. Medicines should be taken 15 minutes before food.

Stone in your kidney will not bring any problems to your baby perse but if the stone travels down and if it gives you symptoms than we might have to put a stent in your ureter only if required

No it’s bleeding because of ipill There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking ipill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. Next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill. Taken within 24 hrs it is 95% effective.

Mera last period 20/07/2016 ko aaya tha Dr. Ne bola ki heart beat nahi ho rahi abortion karna padega kya kare wait karna thik hoga?

The baby's heart starts to beat at around 6 weeks. You may be able to hear – and see – your baby's heart beat for the first time when you're about 8 weeks pregnant if you have an early ultrasound exam. Otherwise, you'll probably first hear it with a fetal Doppler at a regular prenatal care visit.
