Dear Mr. Lybrate-user this is called" mala-baddha" as per ayurveda. Its condition of constipation & your food don't get digest properly. *you should try ishabgul husk powder 1tsp at night for 1 week. *avoid to heat heavy meal in night, specially junk food & spicy food. *if any stress full condition is there than try to subside it. *do proper mastigation during food intake. *increase high fiber food. *skip fermentation & sprouts.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

For allergy take tablet cetrizine and For loosemotions drink ors solution and to stop the frequency of motions take capsule roko and Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi and if necessary we should take prescribed antibiotics

I have a skin disease and keep on getting scars on my hands and have one on my head as well. They look very ugly and hairs start to grow on these scars. And once it comes it never vanishes and hairs grow on it. It's very ugly looking and without any reason a scar pops up within a month or two. How to remove this scars. Please help me out. There are many ayurvedic medicines for this purpose like ras manikya ras. Gandhak rasayan. Panchnimbadi churna. Panchtikta ghrit guggul. Arogya vardhini vati. Khadirarishta. Marichyadi oil. Pranacharya b clean syrup. Take these medicines by consulting with a good ayurvedic doctor.

Sir problem is hair loss I am only 16 so help me and I am also doing masturbation so this will also effect on hair loss.
Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc. Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Try to avoid your habit of masturbation and have rich protien diet.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

Myths and facts about gynecomastia

Gynecomastia or enlarged or developed breasts in men can happen to a male at any age and at any time of his life. The enlarged breasts not only affect a man's looks and self-esteem. They can also cause physical discomfort as they might be tender.

Myth: it's only caused by excess fat
Fact: one common myth about gynecomastia is that only very overweight men develop it. While there are cases where excess fat can make a man's breasts look larger, fat alone isn't the cause of the condition. Gynecomastia occurs when a male develops actual breast tissue, not just a bit of fat in the chest area.

Myth: there is no role of hormones
Fact: what's really behind gynecomastia is an imbalance of hormones. A man is more likely to develop breast tissue when the amount of testosterone in his body decreases and the amount of estrogen increases. Although associated with female characteristics, all males have a small amount of estrogen in their bodies. When estrogen levels rise, problems can develop, such as male breast tissue.

Myth: there are no external causes of male breast tissue.
Fact: alcohol consumption is often connected to gynecomastia. Certain prescription medications can also cause gynecomastia, such as medicines taken for an enlarged prostate, as well as anti-depressants, some antibiotics, and heart medications. Endocrine problems in a man can also lead to the development of breast tissue, such as an overactive thyroid or an underactive pituitary gland. Someâ herbal treatments, such as the use of lavender oil, might increase a man's chance of developing gynecomastia.

Myth: exercise can cure gynecomastia
Fact: in some cases, gynecomastia will resolve on its own, as soon as the hormonal imbalance is corrected. There's a misconception that increasing the amount you exercise or that performing exercises that focus on toning the chest will help the issue. That might be true if the enlarged breasts are due to extra fat tissue only. But, since gynecomastia is the development of breast tissue, there is no way to burn off the extra tissue.

Myth: surgery is not the solution
Fact: surgery can be a reliable treatment option for men with gynecomastia that doesn't resolve itself when a hormone imbalance is corrected or when medications related to the condition are adjusted. There are a few options for surgery, depending on the severity of the condition.
A man with limited breast tissue but a considerable amount of extra fat in the chest area will most likely benefit the most from liposuction. If there is a considerable amount of breast tissue and fat, theâ surgeon will most likely perform liposuction to remove the fat and excise, or cut away, the breast tissue, through an incision made near the armpit or nipple.
The most severe cases of gynecomastia require a more complicated surgery, which usually combines liposuction, excision of the breast tissue, and a breast lift to remove any excess, loose skin.

Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am glad that you followed the doctor's advise even though it did not work. Even so you can still pick up the pieces and start afresh. My advice is for to seek counseling in tandem with the medication. It is grossly inadequate to rely on medication alone. Counseling will teach you a lot of coping skills and techniques to manage the daily challenges of life. This is a passive way to hope for recovery. You must be active and work towards your reformation. Many lifestyle changes need to be made to progress away for the condition. Then, if you go episode-free for three years under the combination of medicine and therapy, you could initiate weaning off of the medication gradually and under strict monitoring of the psychiatrist. But it is never too late, and now you have a clear agenda and time plan to resolve the depression. In the meantime please do the following: When you are depressed, you will feel lazy though I would like to call it lethargy. There is an inertia and lack of energy to even think, let alone act. You are required to literally do the opposite of what you feel like doing. Depression makes you want to withdraw, lie down, sleep, become lethargic, slow down, make you too lazy to even think etc. So when I suggested doing the opposite, you will need to fight this disease. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, eat more of proteins and vegetables, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least 30 minutes but not in the scotching heat. I hope you can find someone to love and be loved too. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three things, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Be prayerful too and trust that God will intervene too. Do not worry about your colleagues’ progress. You have been handicapped by this disease and your belief system due to this disease. Now go out there and win your battle: nothing is too late in life.

Hello, I am giving example of best routine by a famous person. Please look at this. And also I will give below to gain mass. Leo Babauta: “Start your day by planning what you need to get done” LeoA morning routine can be particularly important to setting up your day in the best way. Leo Babauta of Zen Habits shared his schedule when he began experimenting with the best morning routine for him: Wake at 4: 30 a. M. Drink water. Set 3 Most Important Things (MITs) for today. Fix lunches for kids and myself. Eat breakfast, read. Exercise (run, bike, swim, strength, or yardwork) or meditate. Shower. Wake wife & kids at 6: 30 a. M. Leo’s routine is all about starting his day in the best way possible: Best way to gain mass. Here are my top 9 Tips to Gain Mass…. TIP 1 TRAIN UNDER AN HOUR You should be keeping whichever program you are doing to no more than 1 hour of duration. Be sure that you are focusing on keeping the intensity high rather than making the workout drag on. There have been countless studies on how nasty things happen in your hormonal state after training hard for more than an hour. Plus, when trying to gain weight, we want to work out harder rather than longer. TIP 2 MAKE EATING A HABIT Listen, I know in the beginning of this post I was sympathetic to your problem, but I am also here to say, Suck It Up. I can tell you that to gain weight, you need to focus on making your meals a habit rather than an afterthought. Your body is pre-programmed with your genetic disposition. So even though you might eat 3 meals a day, and they may be high calorie meals, your body is going to burn through these very quickly. TIP 3 STOP RELYING ON SUPPLEMENTS I have been in your shoes, and I can't count how many times I have fallen prey to the supplement industry. You have to understand, a supplement is exactly as the name implies. A SUPPLEMENT. It is not going to make or break your gains in the gym. The majority of supplements being marketed to hardgainers looking to gain weight are focused on increasing water weight instead of muscle which after you come off the supplement, your weight will drop again. The only supplements I recommend are protein powder and perhaps some Gatorade after workouts. TIP 4 TAKE IT EASY As naturally skinny guys, you have to stop moving around so much. It's just a part of who you are, but you might fidget or move around a lot in the day. Learn to relax a bit more and try to limit activity outside of the gym as much as possible when outside of the gym so that your energy is put forth to good use. TIP 5 UNDERSTAND CALORIC SURPLUS This is another thing I am very tired of hearing.'No matter what I do or what I eat, I can't gain weight' I have heard this countless times and I am here to tell you that you are dead wrong. That's OK, because I actually said the same thing until I realized the truth. Most people think they are eating a lot and you just may be. But no matter what you are eating, if you are not gaining, you are not eating enough. Most times, you should re-evaluate your diet as well and focus on more calorie dense foods. But you need to eat more if you are not gaining. TIP 6 FOCUS ON PROGRESSION As mentioned above, your workouts should really be under an hour if even that. But the main take home principle is to make sure you are progressing at a workout. It's so simply yet so many people screw it up. They put in more volume and more until their workouts are at about 2 hours. Now some things to work for a while and you may see some results. But if you want to gain weight, you're better off focusing on progressing in either the number of reps or an increase in weight lifted within your main program. Just like overeating, this too will be tough and require you to push yourself to the limits. TIP 7 CHANGE REP RANGE EVERY 3-4 WEEKS Unless you are making great gains and progressing like nobody's business, I would suggest changing the rep range every 3-4 weeks to avoid plateaus. Changing the rep range will make your body adapt to the new stress causing you to gain weight in the form of muscle. This is a much better tactic than adding more sets and more work in your routine. TIP 8 HIT THE BUFFET Remember, this is for the extreme skinny guy. But I want you to start hitting a buffet once a week. Try and position this eating frenzy after a hard workout so that the majority of calories get shuttled into the muscles which will really help you pack on those pounds and gain weight in the right places. Don't go too overboard, but this will train your body to'accept' more food and it will increase your appetite in the days to come. Take advantage of this strategy. TIP 9 CONSIDER A MASS GAINER I know I bashed the supplement industry, but the truth is, if you really cannot eat any more whole foods (which is the better option) you could consider a mass gainer. A mass gainer is basically calories in the form of a shake. So instead of having rice, veggies and chicken, you could replace with a shake Though its lengthy answers, hope the above will be of some help to you.

Hello, White patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. In the mean time you can take cal phos 6x, 4 tabs twice daily. Do send me a clear photo of the affected area.

Hello, You are likely to be suffering from oestrogen deficiency and may require a 3 month oc pill treatment for the same.
