Diet correction like restrict oily fried junk processed foods, reduce non veg, take more of green leafy vegetables, salads, etc regular exercise and herbal medicine like ayaskriti, shuddha guggulu capsules, vrikshamla capsules, triphala churna, green tea taken for 3 months will surely help u .

Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) take food two times in a day only 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals 3) try to take liquid diet only for few days 4) avoid late night sleeping habits 5) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast and fermented foods. 5) walk upto 4-5 kilometres daily. 6) do yogasan (pacchimottasan, sarvangasan, pavanmuktasan, halasan, bhujangasan) and pranayam regularly. So pls suggest me how can I reduce my weight?
You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Yoga asanas you can do - manduk asana - sarwang asana - setubal asana - pawan mukht asana pranayama -anulom vilom -deep breathing - kapal bhati other exercises -crunches -cycling -leg rotation

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation. Diet forweight loss: early morning-lukewarm water with lemon 1 glass tea without sugar + 2 biscuits breakfast-2 hard boiled eggs + 2 slice brown bread or 2 scrambled eggs + 1 slice brown bread+ skimmed milk 1 cup (240 gm) mid-morning-1 banana/1/2 cup melon/20 grapes lunch-brown rice 1 cup (195 gm) + chicken (100 gm/ dal 1 cup) + mixed vegetables 1/2 cup + salad 1 bowl evening-butter milk 1 cup dinner-1 roti + fish (50 gm)/ green vegetables 1cup + lentils dal 1/2 cup+ raita 1 small bowl.

Protein requirement of an individual is calculated as per the ideal body weight. But for calculating IBW we need your current height measurement that has not been mentioned here. For height 5'8" 60 g protein is needed per day. Whatever be the protein requirement, it can be easily met via diet comprising of milk, curd, channa, lassi, buttermilk, soyabean/nutrella/tofu, egg, fish, chicken, nuts, oilseeds, sprouts. Protein requirement may increase in case of very extensive gym workouts done for long periods of time.

Male breast or gynecomastia reduction. Gynecomastia is treatable by surgery. There is no medical treatment. It is a one day out patient surgery with very gratifying results. It boosts self esteem also. It is a 1 day hospital stay surgery. It takes 1 day for consultation and investigation and 2nd day surgery and discharge in 3-4 hours. The Dr. Can examine and tell you what is the problem, gynacomastia has a breast tissue and a fat component. No one wants surgery unless it is necessary. There is no medication which can give the results. Surgery is the only answer. The surgery is almost painless because there are enough medications to keep the pain under control. We need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, etc

According to your height your weight should be 65 kg.Do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups.sit ups,yoga for better shape.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Eat plenty of whole fruits,watery vegetables.Use unrefined foods.Eat lots of protein.Use small amount of healthy fat in cooking.Use lukewarm water after meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take quality sleep.These will help you.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hello. These products are anyway useless. Get a proper diet plan, reducing the calorie intake (that does not make you starve, example replacing sandwich of the day with fruit of the day or replacing cappuccino with green tea) start doing yoga. Try to do surya namaskar, start with 2rounds, keep increasing according to the comfort level. You can follow tv programs or internet yoga practices. Give half an hour to it everyday. If you do not enjoy yoga, you can go for a walk.
