I'm suffering with seizures which I rarely get I.E once in 100 days. I was not having this from birth it started just an year ago and I drink regularly.

Sezuire is a neurological problem that occurs due to disbalance in chemical in brain. To get relief from sezuires- * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. * practice sarwangasan and shirshasan * sit with the gyan mudra in hands. * take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 tea spoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning.

Change your routine- Do following- 1.Sleep . Go to bed and get up about the same times every day, 2. Exercise regularly. 30 mts daily morning walk 3. Eat regular meals. 4. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration 5. Relax – listen soothing music . Walk for 5 mts 6. Do meditation for at least 10 mts daily. 7. Do deep breathing ex for 10 mts daily.

I am 52 years of age working in Govt service, I am suffering from insomnia for the last one decade, now I am taking clonazepam 0.5 MG tablet every night. Is it healthy or you suggest any other alternatives G. Vidyasagar Hyderabad.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Please suggest the tips for migraine headache Rarely I get migraine pain. Generally I use migranil tablet to control my pain Kindly suggest the food I have to take and any exercises. Etc.

Migraine is a mysterious disease and though a huge research is going on, we know very littele about causes, pathology and treatment. But one thing is certain, it is related to complex things happening in mind and related to stress, mostly. A holistic answer to your question is to prevent happening migraine by working on lifestyle and stress. Keep food simple, avoid oily, fried food. Eat 4-6 times aday, with little food every time. Take 9*10 hours of sleep every day. Sleep early. Listen to music before going to bed. Do yogasans everyday for 30-40 minutes, pranayam and meditation for another 30 minutes. Make life decisions simple, avoid challenging and complicated situations. Develope hobbies. For pain relieving, I won't suggest migranil. Take crocin instead. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables every day. Drink water 3 litres per day. And lastly see a good doctor.

Hi doctor, my problem is, I have pain in lower back which is neither strong nor less, I do have a sitting job for maximum hours, because of that if I walk for say half an hour I feel fluctuating numbness in my cloves area (right side), please can you suggest me tablet or cream so that I can get rid of this. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
