Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

You should have high protein rich diet like milk eggs, sprouted pulses, meat etc. Do not consume any sort of supplements.

Your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i. E dairy products, non-veg, fruits (banana, dates, mango, anzeer) go for gym for 1 hour everyday.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. The reason why you cannot walk more than an hour is because your muscles have become so weak and it becomes tired very easily. To break that fatigue it is advisable to drink or eat protein and mineral food which would be a reservoir for you to store the energy. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. We also suggest people with knee pain to use MCR chappals which would reduce the inflammation of the damaged/inflammed cartilages.

You can improve your physical health improve with proper diet and by physical activity regularly. In diet you can inceases Calcium Rich Foods – Milk, cheese, yogurt, soybeans, tofu and nuts Vitamin D Rich Foods – Breakfast cereals, margarine, oily fishes Natural Protein Foods – Red meat, fish, pulses, cereals, green vegetables Folate-Rich Foods – Brown rice, green vegetables, fortified breakfast cereals and bread. Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. 1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week, will start medication which can increase your weight without any side effect.

Both are equally good. Dry fruit contains protein, iron, fresh fruit contains vitamins, minerals. Fresh fruit is comparatively cheap and has all good nutritional value.
