It's not a big problem. Only systematic approach to handle and solve the problem is required. First of all you need to have proper aartav shuddhi - a procedure to clean the reproductory system such as regulation in m. C. By shedding abnormal remains of endometrial lining, proper hormonal levels, proper nutrition etc. In fact almost every woman tonic working on uterus, more or less has these qualities. Once you determine to start it, start light food, deep breathing, fresh air walks, proper gut cleaning and digestive herbal powders should be initiated to get full benefit.

Hi lybrate-user if your belly is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

This is how the mind can suggest the body and it will act accordingly. There is absolutely no connection between the common cold and masturbation. Maybe you have some guilt about masturbation and are therefore punishing yourself for doing something you believe is wrong. If you change your belief, you will have no cold. Just check it out and see for yourself. This is the truth about masturbation: 'Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

I'm, 25year old I have lot of stretch marks on my belly last 6years I is possible to remove it or how can I remove that marks it is removable or not any type of lotion or homemade solution.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
Cocoa butter is famous for its anti-wrinkling and anti-aging properties. It helps in enhancing the blood circulation, which reduces stretch marks. Massage the affected area with cocoa butter at least two times a day. Repeat the process for two months and notice the reduced scars. Else, mix half cup of cocoa butter with one tablespoon of wheat germ oil, one teaspoon of tea kernel oil, two teaspoons of grated beeswax, and vitamin E oil. Heat the mix until the beeswax melts. Apply it on the stretch marks twice or thrice a day. The mixture can be stored in a sealed box in the refrigerator.------------------------------. Physical Exercise One must regularly do physical exercises, like abdominal crunches, sit-ups, swimming, etc. Which tone the underlying muscles and remove the ugly stretch marks. Here are some exercises, which are beneficial to remove stretch marks on your Belly:------------You are required to lie down flat on your back. Now, bend your knees keeping the feet flat on the floor. Keep your hands on the sides of your head. Now, lift your upper body somewhat off the floor, contracting your abs. Note- For best results, practise 20 lifts thrice a week.---------------------------------- Useful Tips •Consume protein, zinc and Vitamin C rich foods in abundance. Green salad, milk, fish, nuts and citrus fruits help a lot in diminishing stretch marks. •Do yoga and other physical exercises on the regular basis. •Pregnant women should not use creams and solutions, prepared from chemicals. Instead of fading away stretch marks, they may result in skin damaging rashes. •Don’t scratch the affected area. •Keep your skin moisturized.---------------------- HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINE--------------------- SILICEA 6X (Wilmar Schwabe India) Chew 4 tab 3 times daily for 3 months------------- COCOA BUTTER CREAM (BAKSON)

Hair oil and shampoo are helpful to condition the scalp. Hair roots are situated inside the scalp and they get nutrition through blood. Hair is made up of minerals, protein and iron. Diet rich in protein like sprouts, beans, paneer, soya is good for hair. Green leafy vegetables are good source of iron. Drinking 3 lit of water/day is good for hair. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist for further treatment.

Is there anyway to boost the energy level? any diet or any exercise to keep the energy level boosted?

DUSM
Unani Specialist, Coimbatore
Breathing, talking, peeing, even sitting?they all use up the body's water supply. Let your body dry out, and your energy level will dry up as well. High-calorie meals take longer to digest and end up pulling energy away from other cells in your body. Nutrition show that breakfast eaters not only feel better mentally and physically compared to people who skip breakfast, but they also tend to have a healthier lifestyle and are better at dealing with depression and emotional stress. Almonds and peanuts are so nutrient dense that a single nut packs enough calories to heat up half a cup of water. Nuts are also high in magnesium and fiber, two proven energy boosters.

It is natural to be anxious when you are writing an importantexam so that you do well but excess anxiety can be counterproductive and hinder your learning and revision. If you are suffering from depression, then you will need to take psychiatric treatment and undergo psychological counselling as well to manage depression. Cognitive behaviour therapy is excellent for controlling rumination and negative thinking, anger management and any emotional disturbance. 1. You need to understand the source of your emotional upheaval and learn to either manage with it or cope with it so that you can concentrate on your studies. 3. Exercising regularly within your capacity is very important so that natural neuro are released in the brain and you will feel relax and calmer and more confident and motivated to do many things. You can run, walk, gym, dance, whatever you can and want to do. 4. Avoid all kind od processed and refined foods and replace with fresh fruit and vegetables for your nutrition. You need more of lean proteins, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin b12 and vitamin d3 for optimal brain functioning and emotional wellbeing. 5. Sleeping well for 6-8 hours every night is important for the brain to recoup from daily stress and body from physical stress. Please do bhramri and anulom vilom pranayama to help you sleep well every evening for 10 min each. Please give your exams only that much importance that is due to it because life is more than these exams and not everything in your life depends on them.

Hello, Use Witch Hazel cream of Medisynth Brand. Witch hazel is great for cleansing your skin of blackheads. Use a cotton ball and dab some on your face daily to help remedy a breakout of blackheads. Home remedy:- 1. A mashed tomato paste applied to the face for 20 minutes will help reduce the appearance of blackheads while pulling the impurities out of the skin. Rinse off with warm water. 2. Honey is one of the best ways to remove blackheads from your skin, and it can even help prevent future breakouts. The sticky texture will pull the impurities from your skin, while it is tightening your skin and closing the pores off from getting additional dirt in them. 3. Place a bit of raw, grated potato on your face for 20 minutes daily to remove already formed blackheads. Rinse off with warm water. Take care.
