You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. For a start please follow: 1.Cut down the excess carbs. If you want to lose weight you should start by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread). A low carb diet reduces your hunger and makes it easier to eat less. And it might even increase your fat burning at rest. 2.Don’t skip meals. Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. 3.Stay hydrated. You've heard it before, and you'll hear it again. That's because drinking 64 ounces of water daily is one of the easiest ways to speed up weight loss. Your body needs water in order to efficiently metabolize stored fat. When you shortchange your supply, you're likely to slow down that process, meaning it's more difficult for you to burn calories. An easy eight glasses a day (at least!) will keep your system running smoothly. 4.Start exercising. Strength training builds lean muscle tissue, which burns more calories — at work or at rest — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The more lean muscle you have, the faster you'll slim down. How do you start strength training? Try some push-ups or a few squats or lunges. Use your free weights to perform simple biceps curls or triceps pulls right in your home or office. Do these exercises three to four times per week, and you'll soon see a rapid improvement in your physique. 5.Go for an evening walk. An evening activity may be particularly beneficial because many people's metabolism slows down toward the end of the day. Thirty minutes of aerobic activity before dinner increases your metabolic rate and may keep it elevated for another two or three hours, even after you've stopped moving. What that means for you: Those dinner calories have less of a chance to take up permanent residence on your hips. 6.Take adequate rest. You should also make an effort to get enough good sleep, preferably every night. Strive to wake up refreshed of your own accord, independently of the alarm clock. If you’re the kind of person who always gets brutally woken up by the alarm ringing, you might never be giving your body adequate rest. 7.Supplement vitamins and minerals. Nutrient-dense, good food is certainly the foundation of weight loss. But an adequate amount of vitamin D can be difficult to ingest via food. In the case of a lack of sun (such as during the darker months of autumn and winter), it’s wise to supplement for multiple health reasons – and perhaps even for your weight. Thank You !

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

If gallstones are detected incidentally, always go for surgery. As in diabetic patients, gallstones are not symptomatic. But it can cause complication in future. As stone can slip forward into common bile duct or it can cause pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas).

5) Hello Lybrate user- Hairfall is due to excess of shampoo use. Imbalance in ratio between shampoo and oiling results in loss of hairs so try to oil your scalp with some ayurvedic oils like Nili bhringadi hair oil or Maha bhringraj hair oil, and try to shampoo as less as you can (not more than once in a weeks’ time).

It's called sunburn and it can b relived through some home remedy as well as medication. Apply the kumkudi taila over it also massage it with gulab jal and besan four. Also massage it with egg yolk.

If tb is suspected in uterine tubes then you should do pcr test of your menstrual blood to confirm it, if tb is found then you need to treat it.

Several factors can contribute to acquiring a fungal infection including a side effect of antibiotics, a weakened immune system, diabetes, poor hygiene, living in a warm environment, poor blood circulation, a skin injury and coming in contact with someone who is infected. For treating a fungal infection, you can use plain, unsweetened yogurt with live, active cultures. The probiotics present in plain yogurt can keep the growth of fungi in check by producing lactic acid? soak cotton in plain yogurt and apply it on the infected area. Leave it on for 30 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water and pat dry. Follow this remedy two times a day until the infection clears? in case of vaginal infection, dip a tampon in yogurt and insert it in the vagina for two hours. Do this twice a day? also, make plain yogurt a part of your daily diet. Eat two to three cups of plain yogurt daily until the infection is gone completely. Any queries inform me.

Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity. Please follow these tips apart from taking medicines to avoid recurrence: - Do not keep your stomach empty for long durations, - Eat in small quantities frequently. - Avoid hot, spicy and oil fried food - Drink plenty of water in between your intake. - Keep away from mental stress and tensions, - Perform physical exercises daily and meditation helps to relieve mental stress and tensions. - Consume lot of fibre like raw vegetables, oats, fruits, sprouts, etc - Avoid excess intake of coffee or tea , intake of medicines on empty stomach. - Be careful about the food while eating outside. - Carry a small pack of biscuit or some fruits along with you for emergency. - Whenever you suffer from acidity, take the medications prescribed by the doctor for 2-3 weeks continuously until the wounds in the stomach gets healed completely. - Sleep well for 8 hours per day.

Dirty hair causes more hair fall, and shampooing hair daily reduces falling of hair. Fixed amounts of hair fall every day. If hair are washed after a long gap, then also those hair will fall. It is possible that most of the hair fall happens during the massage before shampooing and while shampooing you find less hair fall.

How can I remove the acne from my face, and what is the diet for me to grow my muscles.
Homemade remedies to treat acne and pimples: you probably are under impression that it is tough to treat your acne and pimples. Try our homemade remedies and explore your beautiful skin. Sugar scrub: dead skin cells when get clogged in pores often mimics the acne problem. Scrubbing the skin is the most natural and clinically proven method to exfoliate. Do not scrub too hard, it may irritate and damage your skin. You require: sugar, lemon juice how to use: take half cup of sugar grind it well. Add 10 drops of lemon juice to it. For dry skin, you can add olive oil to give moisturizing effect. Dip your fingertips into the mixture, and scrub on your face in circular motion. Apple cider vinegar: acids in vinegar exfoliate and treat scars on your skin. Also improves skin tone and balances skin ph. It helps to open your pores, shed off bacteria and dirt thus reduces the risk of acne and pimples. You require: apple cider vinegar, distilled water how to use: to 1 part vinegar, add 3 parts water and mix thoroughly. Dip a cotton swab into it and apply it on pimples. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Reapply 2-3 times in a day for best results. Papaya: papaya is a rich source of vitamin a and protein (papain). Helps in exfoliating dead skin cells and treats irritated dry skin. Reduces premature ageing and gives a glowy look. You require: papaya how to use: peel outer skin of papaya and mash into thick paste. For a dry skin add milk or honey (optional). Apply this mask evenly all over your face. Wait for 30 minutes and rinse off completely with water. Pat dry your face and apply a good moisturizer. Oranges: if you have any doubt whether oranges help in treating acne, then don? t worry the answer is a definite yes. Its astringent properties attributes to acne treatment. As an excellent source of vitamin c, oranges are actually good in whitening and refreshing your skin. You require: oranges, rose water how to use: peel off outer skin of oranges. Dry them and grind into fine powder. Add rose water to make a paste. Apply it on blemishes and wash off after 20 minutes. Lemon juice: to heal scars and acne spots, lemon is the best remedy. When used topically or taken internally, lemon does wonders. Lemon is a good source of vitamin c, helps to remove dead skin cells. You require: lemon how to use: extract lemon juice and dip cotton balls into it. Apply on pimples, scars; wash off after 10? 15 minutes. With soft towel gently pat your skin. Avocado & honey mask: to clean your pores and treat acne and pimples, avocado is the best choice. It is rich in vitamins and fats that helps to repair damaged skin. Honey helps in cleansing and giving a soothing effect to your skin. This facial mask is suitable for all skin types. You require: avocado, honey how to use: take one of a ripe avocado, remove the skin, seeds and mash it. Add 4 tablespoons of raw honey. Apply it to face and leave it for 30? 60 minutes. Wash with warm water and pat dry. Potato: potatoes do wonders on treating acne prone skin. It is a huge hub of acids and antioxidants. Helps in clearing pimples and left out scars. You require: potato, blender, warm water how to use: all you have to do is take one potato, peel off outer skin completely and make slices. You can even mash it using blender or juicer. Apply it on pimples forming a thin layer. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water. Mint: mint leaves contain menthol which acts as an anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent. You require: mint leaves, lemon juice how to use: take 2 cups of mint (peppermint) fresh leaves and grind them into fine paste. You can add few drops of lemon juice to it. Using a cotton swab, apply on pimples. After 30 minutes rinse off with cold water. Do not rub, gently pat with dry towel. Green tea: green tea is rich in epigallocatechin-3-gallate, an antioxidant. Research studies have revealed that epigallocatechin-3-gallate reduces sebum production, inflammation, and infection thus relieving from acne symptoms. You require: green tea leaves how to use: extract green tea from green tea leaves. Wash your face twice a day with green tea and dab with soft towel. It leaves you refreshing and relaxed. You can even daily intake one cup of green tea. Aloe: aloe has many medicinal unseen benefits. It soothes your skin and nourishes giving a vibrant look. You require: aloe, blender how to use: to attain a beautiful and glowing skin start using aloe as your routine. Extract gel from 2? 3 aloe fresh leaves or buy it from a health store. Apply to face and wash off after 20? 30 minutes. Repeat same procedure thrice in a week to get desired results. Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate): sodium bicarbonate neutralizes skin ph. Best skincare regimen which helps to remove dead and dying skin cells. Can be used regularly until you get desired results. In fact it got less or no side effects. You require: baking soda, water how to use: clean your face to remove dirt. Mix equal proportions of baking soda and water to form toothpaste like consistency. Use as a facial scrub, massage in circular soft motions with fingertips. Leave it for 15 minutes, and then rinse off with lukewarm water.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & medicated oil avoid direct sun & air take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya tretment.

Change food habites. Add in your daily food calcium, vitamines, minirales, proteins, milk end milk products, dry fruites, fruites, etc. Avoid fast food. Take always nutrinational food this will help you. Massage maha bhringraj taila morning end night for one month than report to me for further advice.
