Apply coconut oil and massage everyday before taking bath and apply moisturiser after bath. Take an antihistamine in the night for a week if the itching is serious. Consult your dermatologist if it doesn't come down.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. Sunscreen should be both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether it is raining or not. Use a cap or a scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a glares. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. Drink two litres of water every day.

Dear Lybrate User, These are the causes of pimples: *excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). *Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: *To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. *Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. *Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin.

Dear, keloids are formed due to defective healing of body injury. I can suggest you some better tips to get relief from keloids: * boil 100 gm of dry or fresh neem leaves in 500 ml of water and wash keloids with this water daily. * take 2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) and 2 tea spoon of mehndi, mix some water in it and make paste. Apply this paste on keloids and wash it after 45 minutes. Repeat it atleast for 20-25 days. * you can take mahamanjishtarishth but only under the guidance of an ayurveda expert. * you can also opt the plastic surgery or radiation therapy by consulting a cosmetic surgeon.

Hi lybrate-user - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Dear lybrate-user, kindly remember that if the dimension of any kidney stone is more than 3 mm then it is almost impossible to get rid of rid of it without surgery. You must have done usg of your whole abdomen 4 months ago. However I would recommend to conduct an usg of your whole abdomen again. If the latest usg report reveals than your kidney stone has a dimension of less than 3 mm each then you can take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for one month. This medicine will expel the stone through urine if the stone has a dimension less than 3mm.

Clean eating? check. Regular workouts? you got it. Calorie counting? well, yeah. Yet you can't lose weight? no matter how hard you try, the weighing scale just doesn't seem to reduce those double digits. It's like the fat in your body is refusing to leave, just like a clingy bf/gf. So we came up with a list to debunk the myths about losing weights. Here is a to-do and not-to-do list which will certainly help you achieve your target body weight.

The first step is to control your carb and sugar intake. Don't fall for these zero calorie drinks and 1 g net carb  bread. Even multi grain bread is just a fancy way of saying (or not saying- in this case) the bread contains carbs. It's all just a hoax. Be aware of what you're eating, portion size and don't just believe what's written on the label. Anyway after the whole maggi wave that shook up our country and its youth; it's time to be a little more aware about what is actually going inside your body. It's not possible to give up carbs completely, but try to have them in a balanced proportion. Processed foods and supposed diet sodas should be a total no-no. Did you know, if you replace a bottle of soda with water daily, you would easily lose up to 15 kgs in one year.

Now that brings us to the second essential factor. Drink lots of water. Even when you decide to go on a detox or a cleanse, have lots of water and fiber rich foods. Loss of fluid without medical supervision is risky, but combining that with fasting is even worse. Make sure you have around 8-12 glasses of water a day! the reason behind this is that if you stop having water then the kidney slows down which increases the work load of the liver. If the liver is working too hard then it starts to store fat instead of burning it. You get what that leads to right.

Third essential factor is sleep. A minimum of 7-8 hours a night is needed. Sleep deprivation cause's the release of cortisol i. E a fat storing hormone. The maximum amount of fat burning hormone is released during deep sleep! speaking of good habits, while you try to inculcate these it's time to let go of the bad habits. And that means alcohol, smoking and other such habits. Nicotine might be a weight suppressant substance but the withdrawal symptoms include major hunger binges. Alcohol is basically the refined juice of natural foods which basically makes it pure concentrated sugar. That will without doubt make you gain fat easily.

It's a proven fact that breakfast skippers weigh more than those who eat breakfast. The worst thing to do while attempting to lose weight is to skip any meal. Those who skip a meal usually end up consuming more calories than those who eat all three meals. Breakfast is the most essential meal of the day and should never be missed! a good breakfast contains equal amounts of protein and fiber.

Apart from this, don't over exercise but don't forget to have your daily dose of physical activity. Work on your will power skills to give up the dessert lover life and move towards healthy eating. Good eating habits and regular exercise are a lifestyle; not only to lose weight but also to remain fit and healthy!

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.
