Six or seven hours a day sleep is proper. Simply keep yourself active in service which is sufficient to keep you fit.

Use a good quality moisturizer. Eat fruits and vegetables. Drink at least 5 liters of water daily. Revert back after 1 week.

Homoeopathic treatment whitening cream (biovalley) apply in circular fashion in morning nd at night whitening soap (biovalley) wassh face with this face wash before applying whitening cream suncare cream (bakson) apply 30 minutes before going outsside nd again reapply after 3-4 hrss after washing with whitening soap papaya pack (bakson) daily apply on face directly in evening when you think you r not going outsside now nd wash face after it is dry.

1. Do urine re/me, culture&sensitivity and consult doctor with report for advice and treatment 2. Take a full course of antibiotic even if you feel better, 3. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 4. Take pain reliever (anti spasmodic), 5. Avoid coffee/alcohol/spicy food which irritates bladder.

Hi, symptoms of dengue are high grade fever, headache, bodyache, retro orbital pain, skin rashes, v0mitting, abdominal pain, fatigue and restlessness. Avoid mosquito bites by using mosquito curtain, repellents and odomos cream. Avoid stagnated water in and around the house to stop breeding of mosquitoes.

You should avoid direct sunlight, as much as possible. It will take time but your skin will lighten up on its own. Also start taking fresh fruits and vegetables. Keep yourself well hydrated all the time.

I am having a fluctuating back pain from upper back to lower back. I am 28 year old, I have a bit of history with this but I am a very adventurous and have recently started playing tennis and after I felt really good but I don't know if that is the reason for my back pain. Avoid strain of muscle and long sitting toward bending heat fermentation twice a day and do spine extension exercise if it work then ok otherwise take physiotherapy treatment and rest.

If you are not ar ideal body weight try to lose weight these shall help you to improve the symptoms also use 1tsp methi seeds soaked over night in the early morning empty stomach before breakfast. Mean as soon as you wake up. Shall help you in cholesterol and diabetes. Foe blood pressure try use minimum salt and salty food like papad, pickle etc.

1. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. 2. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. 3. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. 4. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. 5. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light. 8) avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Do not think of, or bring your problems to bed. 9) stop using all your digital devices and stop looking at digital screens be it mobile phones or televisions at least 1 hour before the time you plan to sleep. Instead try reading a fiction book near bedtime so it makes you help relaxed and de-stressed.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.

Hello, Few lifestyle changes can help your father in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if if he is taking blood pressure medication. Here are the guidelines for him: Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Hi, stomach ache may be due to gases and acidity. And headache can occur due to gases. Take tab biochemic 25 (sbl, 4tabs 2times a day before meals. Nat sulph 200, 4pills twice a day for 15 days for weight gain take alfa alfa q 10drops in 1/4cup water twice a day for 1 month.
