Dr. On and off I am getting back problems. In jan I had back spasam problem in right side and took some injections and it was ok. Then the problem came in the right side hib cured after injection and physiotherpy. Now from day right side paining a lot. I donot have any sugar or no bp but cholestral is there. My near by Dr. Says obesity is the problem and I am 5.3 and weighing 98 kgs. I donot want to take physiotherapy or any power killer tablets. Kindly advise what to do. Pain is acute.

Backache is the commonest ailment. Do not worry, rule out vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you must loose some weight weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises. Weight gain is muscle gain and not fat gain. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat atleast 6 meals in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk. Products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

Hello, dandruff is a big issue coming across nowadays. Mostly everyone to a certain extent is suffering from scalp roughness as well as dandruff. The simplest cure for such kind of problems is" aloe vera" juice/pulp (freshly made. Consume 4 spoons of aloe vera juice everyday besides apply aloe vera juice on your scalp as well. It may sound a hefty job to do but trust me it is the best natural remedy for your scalp. It will also help you grow your scalp healthy and your hair will look more prominent with a spark of shine. For weight gain start doing surya namaskar everyday in morning and also start doing prithvi mudra with your fingers (see image in google) everyday for 20 minutes. Below are the list of weight gaining foods, eat them regularly 1. Peanut butter 2. Whole eggs 3.100% fruit juice 4. Cheese/paneer 5. Dry fruits 6. Oats 7. Whole wheat bread 8. Yogurt 9. Hi, 2 years back - my weight was around 125 kg. In one year with constant diet and continous gym, I reduced around 35 kg and currently my weight is 90 from past 1 year. In last 13-14 months I have not reduced any even 1 kg, it is continously fluctuating between 89 to 93 kg. Diet chart which I am following: 1. Morning green tea (09: 00 am) 2. Oats in breakfast. (09: 45 am) 3. In lunch - 2 chapati and curry (01: 00 pm) 4. Green tea (4: 00 pm) 5. Fruits and salads/sprouts (8: 00 pm) also following gym around 1 hr in the morning 07: 00 am to 8: 30 am. Hello, there are many causes for swollen lymph nodes of throat/ neck. Want to know more details like since when he is having this problem? Is he also having fever? What is the pattern of fever? Does fever rises in any time of the day/ night? Sweats with fever? Is there recent throat or cold infection? Or dental problems? Any recent loss of weight?
