Hello lybrate user, surgical scars are difficult to eliminate especially after four years of treatment. I would suggest you to leave it as it is. Any treatment would be very expensive and treatment complicated but the chances of success are less. Hope this helps.

Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Lycopodium 200/ once daily, Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month. Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.

Naturally our teeth colour ranges from pearly white to pale yellow so everyone cannot hv white teeth. Get scalling n polishing done by dentist. If you r not happy with your teeth shade later, you can get bleaching done by dentist which'll lighten your teeth by 2-3 shades. Alternatively you can use a teeth whitening toothpaste such as snowdent after scalling. Whitening gels used daily along with customized dental trays provided by dentist r also available in the market. Avoid heavily coloured foods, tea n coffee, cool drinks, smoking n tobacco products as they stain teeth.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Here are healthy ways on how to increase height naturally after 18. Minerals like calcium, manganese and zinc aids in building bone tissue, improving blood circulation and boosts height growth naturally. So have broccoli, cabbage, spinach, prunes, peaches, grapes, bananas, pumpkin, carrot, peanuts and legumes. If you don’t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. For stomach pain take tablet Meftalspas-Ds with rantac and Avoid spicy food in your diet and Also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet and do a repeat ultrasound to confirm the presence of stone and revert back with reports

1. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily) 2. Do urine examination for re/me, culture&sensitivity and consult doctor for advice 3. You have to take a course of antibiotic for 7-10 days even if you get relief to avoid recurrence 4. Avoid coffee/alcohol/spicy food which irritates bladder.

Weight and fat reduction requires, diet regimen, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in reducing weight, need to attend the gym if possible, simple morning and evening walk may be effective, to lose fat belly requires specific exercises, herbal preparations and yoga. To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Dear lybrate user! to loose weight, first do not avoid any food or skip any meals. 1. Eat more fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts. 2. On waking avoid green tea, coffee, tea- eat any type of fruit. 3. For every two hours eat small food. 4. Do exercise for 40 minutes daily 5. Finish your dinner by 7pm or two hrs before bedtime. Thank you.

You can’t brush every time you eat. But you sure can drink water or at least rinse your mouth with water every time you do so. Water neutralises the effects of acidic and sugary foods. Rinsing removes food particles left behind on/ between the teeth.

You will need to first check out what stains you have on your teeth. If those are minor then maybe scaling, polishing and bleaching can take care of it. In case you still need to go for veneers, then usually the front 6-10 teeth in the upper and lower jaw are treated, which will get you that perfect smile. The cost varies according to the veneer material used and also who is doing it. Just enquire around and get it done from someone you trust fully.. And remember.... Hello ED (Erectile Dysfuction) is very common in Diabetics as it may be due to Diabetic microvascular complication, moreover you have hypertension and some medicine for hypertension also does ED as its side effects.
