She didn't have fever in this whole period of 20 days. Suddenly today she is having 102 fever. Way can be done now? Can paracetamol be given in this jaundice with fever phase? Take sinarest one tab 2 times daily for 3 days. Do gargle. Avoid cold exposure. If not ok in 3 days, consult family physician or ent doctor.

You can give her any fluridated tooth paste but the amount should be very less. It should be only thin layer of paste should be apply on tooth brush.

It's it is pain due to cavity then you have to go root canal treatment ( deep cleaning of roots and fill in ed with filling ).. meanwhile you can take any sort of painkiller

You seem to be anxious when on stage and this could be coming from a lack of self confidence. On stage or in presentations, it's not about how much you remember. It's about how you reproduce what you know. So it's important to know about the content of your presentation. If once in a way you refer to the contents. The people will not think i'll of you. Everyone can forget something on stage. It's common. Instead of focusing on yourself. Look at the audience and make eye contact. Engage them in your presentation. You can also work upon your body language and gestures and practice in front of a small group of known people so that you can become at ease. If your hands are shaking, hold a pen/pencil or the desk with your hands. Don't stuff them in your pockets as it's not considered as very respectful of the audience. Any thoughts that you have about your inability to do well. Need to be worked through in counselling. If you are the kind of person who becomes anxious in other situations as well, then it will be important for you to take counselling sessions and learn tips tools and techniques to manage and cope with stressful situations. Stage fear is a very common fear and many people are afraid to be centre stage but it stil needs to be done as it's part of their job.

Whenever I am working I get easily distracted, different thoughts came to mind, I can not concentrate, feel dizzy in daytimes of working, low energy, tired and little headache. Please help and suggest someone medicines or diet to help me outta this.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning...

Melon- Water Bells of summer

Melon is a Category of Fruits with a maximum water content approximately 80-90%.

Melons are gifted by nature into different colours like Musk Melon is golden yellow / orange. Water Melon is red giving ample amount of antioxidant in it making it a very healthy choice as it would protect you from damage caused by free radicals (External agent) in your body, thus improving immunity.

It is the richest source of Iron giving you about 7 mg / 100 grams of watermelon, i.e. 7% of Iron.

Your body needs Vitamin A to produce sebum, which keeps your hair moisturized. You also need Vitamin A for your body tissues (like skin) to grow. Watermelon has Vitamin A, so eat this fruit for attractive skin and hair.

One should also use the outer coat of watermelon which is green as it is very fibrous - can be consumed as a vegetable.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements. They will not work in isolation. You have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

This could b either due to sensitivity due to loss of enamel surface or due to decay of tooth. Tooth decay can b treated by filling of tooth or by rct n capping of the decay is deep. Sensitivity can b reduced by using desensitizing toothpaste such as senquelf or sensodyne toothpaste by rubbing some amount of toothpaste onto your tooth surface n wait till 5 mins before rinsing it off. Get your teeth evaluated by dentist to know the cause of your problem n get treated accordingly. Regsrds.
