Assuming there is no history of injury from past 1 week, may be the pain is due to osteoarthritis, you need to get an x- ray done, to rule out that. Till that time you can apply" pain killer oil" a homoeopathic product from similia company, this oil has marvelous results on soft tissue as well as arthritic changes of the joints.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

May be your wife is suffering from cervical spondylosis. She should use no pillow under the head. She may take paracetamol along with multivitamin tabs. Neck & shoulder exercises will help.

Not to worry, at this fracture heals properly. Give her calcium supplements, n calcium rich food, like milk n milk products, papaya, orange, green leafy vegetables and so on.

Get an xray or mri done to know the exact cause - meanwhile - gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. It will relax the muscles and the veins of your affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i. E. Lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback after 15 days.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. Leg week h ya this week me pain problem hui anyway. If leg weak then do strength exercise like quadriceps exercise. If problem in this week then take heat fermentation and muscle relaxant medicine and do rest avoid long standing. After relief start stretching exercise in daily routine.

Hi, take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest. Take madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.

Hi there It can be because of plantar fascitis. Plantar fascia is the flat band of tissue (ligament) that connects your heel bone to your toes. It supports the arch of your foot. If you strain your plantar fascia, it gets weak, swollen, and irritated (inflamed). You can go for physiotherapy treatment for it. At home you can do certain things to get relief like contrast bath can be done for your heels. You can do stretching exercise of plantar fascia and use silicone heel pads or shoe insoles. Hope this will help you.

Hello , generally growing height up to 21 years of age, after complete of 21 years all long bones are fused, thats why growing height not possible- for growing height in elder age take more protein food.
