Hi sir 19 years old and I get this fungal infection i.e.gajakarn before 3 years ago. So now it has more spread over my back of pelvic region. I have been applying many creams but that gives temporary relief and one thing is that only in night (sometimes in day) that region start to itch. It is spreading above infected area as well. So please sir prescribe any effective drug or any cream that will cure this infection for permanently.

Hi. Its not advisable to self treat fungal infection as they can become severe and even spread to contacts. Start applying DK gel twice daily and consult a dermatologist as soon as possible for further therapy.

Dear, These are the causes of pimples: • excessive sebum production (sebum is oily secretion from the gland). • Due to hormonal imbalance. These are the methods & instructions to avoid pimples: • To control the sebum secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin. * Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin.

Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

Dear Lybrate User, There are so many causes for bloating like improper diet, irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance, Over eating ,PCOS and constipation etc. So we need to rule out exact cause for further treatment As of now at home you can take Fennel, Cumin,Coriander seeds, Ajwayan.mix well and chew after each meal. You may feel relief from bloating. After each meal walk slowly for 10-15 min. Avoid Overeating, sugary cold drink[ soft drink], salty product and allergic food. Always drink water after 30 min -40 min after your meal. It may help you for improve digestion. Because Indigestion is main cause for all of this and Ayurveda treat this condition very well for further more details kindly revert back to me Thanking You.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Maintaining body weight is not a one time effort that you try, succeed or fail or drop the actions that take you there. You are what you eat. Your weight is nothing but a balance of how much you eat and how much you burn or exercise. Understanding this art of balance will make it easy to maintain your body weight. Walking, swimming, strength training as well as eating are all calorie burning processes. Along with this if you eat sensibly; then you will see the scales move. There is no short cut to losing weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by a small amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad, crash diets, medicines, pills or supplements will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, lose that fat not muscle mass.
