Hello- ayurveda gives equal importance to prevention as it gives to the treatment. Follow these ayurvedic tips along with some useful medicines to get rid of your oily scalp and graying of hairs. A) avoid spicy and salty food, junk food, fried food. B) avoid late night sessions and go to bed before 10 c) do not use harsh chemicals like shampoo and dyes if using. D) try this remedy- amla+mehndi + bhringraj-take these three herbs in powder form and make a paste by adding water>> apply this paste and old iron kadhai and leave it for three night >> daily add some water to the paste to avoid dryness of the paste. Hello, I am giving you general health advises for proper digestion: 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 3. Moderate physical activity regularly 4.avoid excessive tea, coffee 5. Do Not postpone Breakfast 6.Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 7.Take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. What is the solution for blood pressure.
First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Hello dear, Androgenetic alopecia is also known as Male pattern baldness, it usually follows a pattern of receding hairline & is related to genetic makeup and male sex hormones. Management includes: 1. Minoxidil preparation to be applied directly to the scalp to stimulate the hair follicles. 2. Finasteride preparations that interferes with the production of male hormone linked to baldness. But these medications have to be used regularly under the guidance of a Dermatologist. As hair loss tends to return on stoppage of these medications. Those cases which do not respond to medical therapy, are managed by hair transplantation. So. Tell your friendMasterbation is a perversion and compulsive Masterbation is a disease which needs counseling and treatment. At this age you are bound to be aroused by so many stimulii, try to find out and avoid e.g. Watching prone, continuously thinking about sex, going to places where you are aroused must be avoided. Engage your mind in other things. Some simple measures like exercise and meditation may help. But still if you are not able to overcome the problem you must consult a physician or a sexologist. 9 WAYS TO PREVENT AND TREAT LOW BACK PAIN

Back pain is difficult to treat and easy to prevent. Preventing back pain may be the simplest way to deal with it. In this article, you can find tips for helping to prevent back pain.

1. Exercises and physiotherapy
This is the mainstay of non-surgical treatment of low back pain. Exercises help you prevent as well as cure the back pain. Regular dedicated exercises at home or under the supervision of a physiotherapist help strengthen your muscles and reduced the load on the bones of the spine thus help to reduce degeneration of the spine.

2. Minimize and avoid twisting motions

The use of twisting motions should be carefully monitored, and scaled back or eliminated as appropriate. When lifting heavy objects, twisting should be avoided. When doing heavy work, such as housework, try to keep twisting to a minimum. In other activities, pay close attention to how you are moving your spine, as well as any warning signs such as pain or tightness, that may indicate trouble. Scale back on the twisting according to the warning signs your body gives you.

3. Drink plenty of water

Our bodies are comprised of approximately 70% water. Enough water keeps us fluidic, rather than stiff. Drinking plenty of water enhances the height of intervertebral disks, keeping them the healthy shock absorbers they are. Water is necessary for nearly every bodily process so is good to have in generous supply, at least, 8 glasses per day. It is almost impossible to drink too much water.

4. Live an active life and strengthen your abs

Exercise and activity keep the muscles of the spine strong. The most important muscles to strengthen to avoid back pain are the abdominals. Include stretching in your fitness program to avoid stiffness, which causes pain. Another reason to stay flexible is that stiff muscles are a precursor to injury.

5. Maintain a healthy weight

Maintaining a healthy weight is generally an excellent way to prevent all kinds of diseases and discomforts. For the spine, it avoids compression and loading of the intervertebral disks, prevents postural abnormalities, such as anterior pelvic tilt, and interrupts a sedentary lifestyle, with its accompanying stiff and/or weak muscles.

6. Find the best sleeping positions

Finding a sleeping position that works for you can help you avoid placing unnecessary strains on your back or neck. Doctors tend to vary when recommending ideal sleep positions, so being guided by your comfort levels and using your own judgement are a good accompaniment to his or her advice.

7. Warm up

For those who exercise, and that should be everyone, warm ups are a must. Warm up means 5-10 minutes of light aerobic activity just prior to the exercise session. The purpose of a warm-up is to acclimate the muscles to a more intense activity level gradually enough to prevent injury, and therefore, pain. Recommendations by experts vary as to whether the warm-up period should include stretching.

8. Cool down

The cool down period after an exercise period must include stretching. During cool down, your muscles are still warm from exercising and are very receptive to stretching. Stretching will be less painful during cool down, as well. Stretching relieves muscle tightness, which is one cause of back pain. Stretching also helps to balance the action of muscles, enhancing ideal alignment, and relieving joint strain.


9. Purposely interrupt long periods of sitting

If you sit for long periods of time, force yourself to get up from your chair as much as your work environment will permit. Sitting loads the spine and compresses the disks, leading to disk problems. Slaving over a computer for long periods of time can also cause posture problems, such as kyphosis, and neck problems.

Take homoeopathic medicine belladonna 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the morning and arsenic album 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the evening for 4 days. Take light and easily digestible food and complete rest. Drink lots of water to hydrate and eliminate toxins from your body.

Simple ways for a restful sleep 1.Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m. Or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2.Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3.Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.

Yes bulky uterus and fibroids will lead to cystocele means bulging of my bladder in vagina. If you have much incontinence then you have to go for surgery other wise pelvic exercise are enough.
