Mam, srry to say, your hydroalpinx, is causing infertility, let me tell you bit clear IVF. Is the way you get conception, but untreated hydrosalpinx have lower conception rates than controls and it has been speculated that the tubal fluid that enters the endometrial cavity alters the local environment or affects the embryo in a detrimental way. Thus, many specialists advocate that prior to an IVF attempt, the hydrosalpinx should be removed. Lower abdominal pain, may be PID.

What medicine we have to take for sugar and blood pressure and what vegetables we have to eat.

What medicine we have to take for sugar and blood pressure and what vegetables we have to eat.
Mr. Lybrate-user hussain, treatment for diabetes depends on severity of blood sugar level & type of diabetes. Similarly treatment for high bp is also decided on the basis of severity and presence of other conditions. So to decide on treament one needs to know fasting, pp sugar levels, hba1c%. Plus dietary pattern and extent of exercise done daily. You can eat all green leafy vegetables, & salads like palak, methi, tomato, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, capsicum etc.

Hello lybrate user you have stated that you were taking four tablets but your doctor has now asked you to take two tablets per day. First of all you need to understand that more tablets necessarily does not mean better treatment. There is the highest per day dose for every medicine that is prescribed to a patient. Beyond a certain limit the medicine stops to act in a beneficial manner and in fact may become toxic or harmful to the patient. That may be one of the reasons that your doctor has asked you to take less medicine. Diabetes is a tricky disease. Tricky because it is a tough balance between keeping the sugar low but not so low that it causes harmful effects to the patients. Low sugar which is lesser than 70 mg/dl is a critical thing. This situation which is defined as hypoglycaemia can even lead to complete incapacitation and if allowed to persist can even lead to death. So please remember that sugar medicines should always be taken with caution on the mind that they may cause very low sugar as well.

Dear lybrate-user! This is not normal. This is what we call brittle diabetes. U have severe fluctuations in blood glucose with episodes of severe hyperglycemia and hypoglycemias. This is not at all good. I would prefer to admit you do a proper glucose charting and adjust your medicines so that this can be stopped and your blood glucose can be stabilized in the normal range of 100-150 mg/dl.

I am diabetic patient, what kind of diet I will take and what kind of exercise I will do for better result.
For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

Hi I did my RBS test day before. Report shows 198 means I have sugar. Please suggest me I am tensed.
RBS 198 is high but doesn't confirm diagnosis of diabetes. Get tests done from laboratory to confirm diagnosis. If it confirms diabetes start medicines under medical supervision with lifestyle modification. Don't worry diabetes can be controlled with medicine and lifestyle modification. And progression from pre diabetes to diabetes can be prevented.

Hi, I'm 55 years female from kolkata. I'm a diabetic (take Glycomet GP1 FORTE (GLIMEPIRIDE 1 mg + METFORMIN 1000 mg) twice & 10 iu insulin overnight ,fasting 80, PP 254 measured yesterday) & pancreatic (taking Panlipase 25000 after food thrice every day for last 5 years) patient. For the last 1 year, I'm feeling pain in fingers of both hands and in shoulder joints. Pain is unbearable at times. In afternoon often we see middle fingers of the hands get deformed. Visited a doctor. And he told this is a rheumatic arthritis. He gave Wysolone 10 mg for 45 days followed by wysolone 5 mg for 30 days. HCQ (Hydroxychloroquine) 300 mg, ARAVA (Leflunomide) 20 mg, INJ. Folitrax 20 mg once on sundays. Folvite 5 mg mondays to saturdays. Wysolone is now completely stopped. When I take wysolone there is no pain in fingers. Here is the test reports at a glance, Uric Acid 3.69 (range 2.6-6.0), RF 7.15 (<14), CRP 3.02 (<5) vit D (25 oh D) 36.12 (30 -100. AntiCCP Anti Body 5.61 (<20). CBC, Haemoglobin 11.8 gm/dl (range 12.5 - 15.3), MCHC (Mean corpuscular Hemoglobin concentration) 32.9 (range 33.4-35.5),Total RBC 4.0 million cells/cu mm (range 4.5-5.1), lymphocytes 52% (range 20-40) basophil 00 (range 01-02), ESR 16 (range <30) SGPT 13.8 U/L (range <35, Lipase 32.5 U/L (range 30-300), CRP 1.20 (range <10), amylase 78.2 (range 30 -110) Test was done in SERUM, Kolkata in 15th june 2017. Many doctors are telling me that this is rheumatic arthritis, But after 6 months of taking medicines for the same pain the still there, only fingers does not get deformed in afternoon. Please tell me is the diagnosis is right? Am I on right treatment? Or there is any other problem? Is there any bad action for taking panlipase 25000 for last 5 years? One more question for RA CRP & RF should be positive, but for my case it is negative, so how can it be RA?

RA is a autoimmune disease which is related to diet which needs to be radically changed for reversal of disease. Rheumatologist Drs in India only know to give pills for any illness .They do not know that there is natural treatment available because nutrition is not taught in the medical curriculum. They do not think outside the box. Change your diet and reduce the medicines. I think you were getting too many drugs for RA .Were they all given at the same time or at different periods. What was the dietary advise given by your Dr. for RA A detailed history is needed to advise you. Take a consult. Remember you cannot fix your health without fixing your diet.

Homoeopathy has best treatment for gout without any side effects, it will remove your tendency for increased uric acid permanently. Gout (also known as podagra when it involves the big toe) is usually characterized by recurrent attacks ofinflammatory arthritis—a red, tender, hot, and swollen joint. Pain typically comes on rapidly in less than twelve hours. The joint at the base of the big toe is affected in about half of cases. It may also result in tophi, kidney stones, or urate nephropathy. The cause is a combination of diet and genetic factors. It occurs more commonly in those who eat a lot of meat, drink a lot of beer, or are over weight. The underlying mechanisms involves elevated levels of uric acid in the blood. When the uric acid crystallizes and the crystals deposit in joints, tendons, and surrounding tissues, an attack of gout occurs. Diagnosis may be confirmed by seeing the characteristic crystals in joint fluid or tophus. Blood uric acid levels may be normal during an attack.
