Hello, Please get a serum beta hcg test done to rule out pregnancy as on date as urine pregnancy test shall not be sensitive. If teh hcg levels are less than 3mIU then you are pregnancy safe.

Depression and headaches can lead to one another or coexist. In your case, further details like character of headache and feature of depression are needed. Specially any treatment you have taken so far. Both conditions can be managed by medicines, lifestyle changes and intervention if needed. For headache treatment like botulinum injection or occipital nerve blocks can help depending on the cause of headache. Follow these lifestyle changes to avoid headache 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily ( aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it.

Squeeze a fresh lemon into a bowl to get the juice. Dilute with a little water if your skin is sensitive. Using a cotton ball, dab the fresh lemon juice over acne scars. Allow it time to dry. Rinse your facial skin using cool water. Repeat this dark spots on face cure once in two days to lighten dark pimple spots fast.

When we are stressed it is natural for us to feel lonely, feel sad and down and at times feel irritated, frustrated and get angry. As we take time out to do so many thing in our daily life we also need to learn how to take care of our inner self. How to nurture and grow our true self. Following tips will help you re build new response when you are stressed. Chronic stress is a byproduct of our busy life style these days, which at times leads to feeling of burnout and depression. Building your resilience will help you manage your stress and help in depression. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day. Hello docto, my age is 26 not married, i'm suffering from LPP on my skin since 3 years, I had showed my dermatologists and use many creams lotions sunscreen vitamins antioxidants but not get any results doctors performed many tests everything is normal, I have hypothyroid and now i'm using 50 mg electrixin from 6 months now thyroid is normal still doctor advise me to take 50 mg continuously, 1 week back I showed one senior dermatologists he prescribed me carofit plus tablet morning and nit and ban-a-tan at morning and afternoon, next carofit max cream at nit, melawash face wash I started taking these medicines, doctors said there is no no treatment for LPP, what I want to do now my skin became very dark face hands under arms neck stomach are flat topped pigments, doctors are suggesting me to take photo therapy is it gud and it works on my body please i'm requesting you to provide me solution for this pblm waiting for your reply. The more you run behind the physical complaints, the more you suppress them, the stronger they become. Same happening here. You are suppressing the disease by external fighting with medicines. Let it come out. LPP can be cured. No problem. You should have more n more patience in curing this. But, you will succeed. No doubt! it takes time coz complaint is deep seated now. Consult a Homoeo doctor and explain in detail. Everything will be ok. Don't worry; be happy. Good luck.

Am suffering from stomach pain from last 5 years, now am feeling very pain in some times. I visited many hospitals about this, all are suggested ultrasound scanning. They told no problem. Some times am feeling in morning times and it will ok after taking break fast. If I sit in bend position my stomach will start paining. I have no problem in food taking and Motion. Start with physiotherapy session for knee joint. Use knee cap also. Do regular knee exercise. Don't sit on floor. Take calcium.

Hello jatin back pain can be due to many reasons it may be due to sprain.any jerk.wronh posture.disk problem.etc so if it severe then rulw out the cause by meeting a specialist. for imediate relief you can do hot water bottle sake for 15 minutes two times a day and apply remalya liniment on pain region. avoid any weight lifting.running.long travellings.jumping etc for two weeks.

Coconut milk for hair regrowth coconut milk consists of fats and proteins. It promotes hair regrowth and controls hair loss. For quick results apply the coconut milk to the scalp and hairs. Grate the coconut and grind it in a mixer. You can extract the milk from this paste and apply the milk directly to the scalp and hair ends. Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour and shampoo the hair afterwards. It will stops hair thinning and promotes hair regrowth.

My mother is 60 years old and she has a back pain and legs pain problem. According to recent consultation with the doctor in surat, the MRI report says the lower back pain is due to (manka ) has weakened and need to do the operation for that. I am little scared that if the operation doesn't go well than my mother will have more problem and she will not be able to move also. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

See wrinkles occur due to changes happening in deeper layer of skin do cannot be treated with home remedies. Kindly visit your dermatologist to reverse your aging signs. Derma treatments has really progressed a lot. So many anti ageing treatment available like botox, filler and lasers. Get a face assessment done and accordingly your treatment can be planned.
